Not only did he recommended for me to shop around b4 making up my mind but he also followed up w me after buying the car to make sure we were satisfied w our purchase. He showed me the Carfax w confidence, this is an over all awesome place to buy. He 4 sure has my future business! I don't see why anyone would shop elsewhere.

Clearly, he turned it off and sold it to me. When I asked him how I should get it to pass smog, he offered for me to go to his mechanic. Great, I'm paying more money now for something that should have been fixed before I was sold the car. Also, the sensors in this car have never worked. When I mentioned this, I am asked "the car runs well doesn't it?" Sure. It drives. It's at a shop right now and later on today I'll see how much this car really cost me.. Update: Bought less than a year ago, five months as I bought in March. and they have turned the check engine light off and sent me to a smog check down the street knowing full well I'd have to pay for it to fail. He turned it off when I bought it to sell me a car that had transmission problems. Tried to tell me it was the GAS CAP LEAK when I bought it that turned the light on. LOL. The repairs on this car will cost me exactly how much I bought it for. BUYER BEWARE THIS DUDE IS A CROOK.

There is a waiting area with coffee and tea on the second floor First time I come here with appointment for oil change, they take the car and my number and tell me they will text me when the car is ready. I never received a text for 3 hours ...turns out the person inputted my phone number incorrectly into the system so I never got the message that my car was ready. Second time, I come here for a 9:00am appointment to get oil change and they were not ready to take my car til 9:30. This time I made sure my number was inputted correctly. 2.5 hours later, still no text message. I come check in with my rep and he has my car paperwork sitting in a tall pile with other cars paperwork that are ready to be picked up. I look at the time stamp on the paperwork and it was 45 mins ago the car was ready but I was not notified until I check in with the rep.

I normally don't write negative reviews, but I feel other buyers should be aware of my experience…read more In 2015, I purchased a used 2010 Lexus IS250C from this dealership for approximately $32,000. The hood had a noticeable dent (about an inch deep), and I made it clear that I would not purchase the car unless it was repaired. The dealership assured me it would be taken care of, so I completed the purchase. Fast forward to 2026, and the hood's paint began bubbling, blistering, and peeling. When I took the car to a reputable auto body shop, the technician sanded the damaged area down to bare metal and discovered that the original dent had never been properly repaired. Instead of repairing the damaged metal, it had simply been filled with body filler ("bondo") and painted over. According to the technician, this improper repair ultimately caused the paint failure. I've included photos showing both the peeling paint and the hood after it was sanded down, where the body filler is clearly visible. I'm extremely disappointed that a dealership would take this shortcut--especially after I specifically made the repair a condition of the sale. For a vehicle that cost me around $32,000, I expected honest, quality workmanship, not a cosmetic patch designed to get the car off the lot. The car has otherwise served me well, but discovering that this repair was handled so poorly has been frustrating and expensive. I hope this review encourages the dealership to stand behind the quality of its repairs and helps future buyers ask the right questions before purchasing a vehicle.

After trying to source an ultra-low-mileage 2001 911 Turbo on my own--coordinating PPIs and chasing…read moreemissions details across state lines, only to have the car sell--I switched to a broker. That was the right call. Cartelligent sourced my 2023 911 GTS, and the experience was excellent. David, the founder, knows both the cars and the market. He took the time to understand what I was actually looking for, then challenged my assumptions. That led me to choose a low-mileage CPO car for my first Porsche--a decision I'm glad I was pushed toward. I worked with Christian throughout the purchase and delivery, and he was professional and attentive. The delivery specialist handled the handoff with real care. The entire team was friendly, focused on my needs, communicated clearly, and operated with professionalism end to end. They have the network, expertise, and discipline to navigate the market efficiently--no wasted time, no dead ends. Buying a car, simplified. I plan to purchase a new truck in the fall, and Cartelligent will be my broker again. Highly recommended if you're serious about finding the right vehicle.

I had a somewhat negative experience working with an advisor at this location, and the experience…read moremade me wary of Cartelligent overall. It seems like it can be good in the right circumstance, but it's worth being a bit careful about it. A friend highly recommended the advisor, saying that they'd saved her a lot of money on her car lease and made the process easy for her. I called and talked for over an hour to the advisor. They were knowledgable and friendly - great customer service. I figured that I may be able to save a little money by looking for a deal myself, but that I wanted to save the time and hassle, so the cost would be worth it. Also, I liked the idea that Cartelligent had access to better deals than I would by purchasing at volume from fleet managers. My plan was to lightly get offer prices myself, compare them to the price Cartelligent got, and then hopefully having validated that they were beating my price sufficiently, I could use them forever and rest assured that it was a worthwhile deal. I reached out to a few dealerships and got opening offers. I was shocked when my Cartelligent advisor came back with an initial price that was worse than three of the five dealerships I'd reached out to, and that was before their $600 fee. When I explained this, they responded a little defensively and asked for proof I had better deals. When I provided it, they came back the next day with an offer $50 a month cheaper than the one they first sent me - a cost difference of $1,800 over the course of the lease! Thank goodness I'd looked on my own and not taken their word for it. The experience shook my faith a bit, so I decided to negotiate with the other dealerships myself and compare. Once I got a bit further into the process, I gave Cartelligent the ability to win my business if they could get to a specific number by dropping their quote a little further. They were unable to do so, so I kept negotiations up elsewhere. Specifically, when I asked if they could get to that number, the whole email they wrote back was "That's awesome. That's a great deal" and that was the last I ever heard from them. With a little bit of work, I ultimately was able to secure a lower price than Cartelligent had before taking their $600 fee into account. Using Cartelligent would have cost me many hundreds of dollars more than negotiating on my own over the course of my lease. At the same time, I was trying to sell my car through them. I did their thorough online process, taking pictures and filling out the form. After it was clear I was going to negotiate a bit and not just take their first price, I stopped hearing about the sale process from the advisor. After the "That's awesome" email, I never heard back from them again, even after asking for updates on the sales process over email. They ultimately never gave me a quote on my car. I think they got mad at me and ghosted me, which I found surprising and unprofessional. It's possible I was able to get an unusually good deal because the EV market is weak right now. The second quote - the one $50 lower - was reasonable, and it did take me a little work to beat it. However, it was clear to me that you should always do your own due diligence and get quotes to check the ones they give you. If you do that, ultimately, you aren't really saving yourself that much work, so I'm not sure the $600 fee is worth it. Edit: David reached out, and we talked about my experience. He sounded as surprised as I was by my experience, and he's looking into it. I was impressed that he would follow up!
