Tried out Pacha Collective today and it delivered on both vibe and food. The space has a boho-modern feel with an eye-catching storefront with a van inside the coffee shop. The menu has a wide variety, from bagel sandwiches to bowls and drinks. We ordered matcha lattes and coffee which were both good. The highlight for me was the breakfast burrito with their cilantro-style sauce... so good. It feels like more than just a cafe, definitely a spot to hang out, socialize, and maybe catch events. Everything came out quickly and the staff were really friendly.
Pacha Collective is a cozy cafe located near Green Lake. The interior is well-decorated with plenty of seating. However, it seems to be a popular place so it may be difficult to find seating during rushes. I got the iced latte with the seasonal banana cold foam and the seasonal ube coconut latte as well. Both drinks were so delicious, creamy, and you could really taste the respective flavors. Although there was a rush, our drinks still came out in under 5 minutes. Next time, I hope to try their food items and smoothies which looked really good. It's a great place to hang out or study. They were also live streaming the World Cup games so come here if you want to watch the games with some coffee!
I stopped by PACHA Collective near Green Lake, and wow, this place instantly made it into my top breakfast spots. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was special. The interior design is absolutely beautiful floral vibes everywhere, fresh plants, and even a van display inside that adds such a unique touch. It feels bright, welcoming, and full of personality. You can tell a lot of thought went into the space. My server (I believe his name was Rand, the curly-haired guy, I saw the name on the receipt so I hope I got it right!) was incredibly kind and patient. His recommendation? The breakfast burrito. And let me tell you... I have had a lot of breakfast burritos, but NEVER one this good. Every bite was packed with flavor. The ingredients were perfectly balanced, the portion size was generous, and the salsa that came with it? Absolutely amazing. It tied everything together perfectly. He also made a special mocha for me, and it was so smooth and delicious, you could taste the quality. I couldn't leave without trying the blackberry scone, and that was just as impressive. Moist, flavorful, and not overly sweet. The place was very busy, it seems like a lot of people come here to start their day or even hold meetings, but even with the crowd, the service was warm and attentive. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you get. Overall, everything was flavorful, fresh, and made with care. The kindness and patience from the server truly stood out, and the food speaks for itself. If you're near Green Lake and looking for an amazing breakfast spot, I highly recommend PACHA Collective. I'll definitely be back.
Pacha Collective is a perfect spot if you want to grab lunch, coffee, smoothies, açaí bowls or a quick mimosa. It is right next to green lake and such a perfect spot because enjoying a nice walk around the park. A girlfriend and I stopped there before walking green lake had a mimosa and had some lunch. I ordered the avocado toast with smoked salmon and she is ordered the red curry bowl with shrimp. My avocado toast was good however I was surprised the smoked salmon was cooked instead of cold smoked salmon and my toast a bit burnt. The curry bowl had good flavor however not that much shrimp. There is so many other items on the menu. This is a place I would go back and try something else. People rave about the break burritos and salads. Overall a good place to come, grab lunch and dog friend which is a plus. Also very cute on the inside.
Pacha collective is definitely a cafe favorite! I'm a huge fan of their juices and their bowls! Service is always smiling and very friendly! Plenty of cafe seating I always love coming here with family or friends but I'll have to come and check out their events! They have select days where they do house music and other really cool events!
Cute brunch / lunch place in Green lake! They have a lot of options from coffees to fun drinks to fun foods and basic go to's. You can even sit in a cute old van that's in the middle of the restaurant! It can get pretty busy on the weekends so plan to have a little bit of a wait. Service was friendly, I'll give them that, but everything else felt like a masterclass in how to charge $45 for... nothing. Two chai lattes (one double) in 12-ounce cups, and two dishes later, we were still reaching for salt and Tabasco just to taste something. The $14 Emerald City Toast was literally one slice of bread with a whisper of avocado, a couple of radish slices, and some arugula sprinkled with attitude. Pretty, yes. Worth it? Not even close. Take a look at the photos and decide for yourself. And just to clarify: it's self-service. You order at the counter, pick up your own drinks, and when you're done, surprise -- you bus your own table. Sigh.
It was my first time here at Pacha and my friend and I decided to order a Vanilla Latte and the Nut Butter Blast which was bigger than I expected and tasted great. The interior was cozy and clean and a place I can definitely see myself visiting again soon. Thanks to Juliana for the amazing friendly service and for welcoming us! Look forward to being back soon.
Pacha Collective is such a great cafe! This was my first time visiting, and it definitely ranks high on my list of favorite cafes in Seattle. The space is bright and roomy with plenty of seating, and there's even a cozy spot inside a VW bus--super cute touch. Parking is limited to the street, but you can park at PCC and get your parking validated with a purchase there. LEMON DROP LATTE - 5/5 This was a standout drink. The latte was silky smooth with just the right hint of lemon. The name is spot on--it really does taste like lemon drop candy in the aftertaste. Sometimes coffees leave a bitter as unpleasant aftertaste, but this one was quite pleasant. Very unique and delicious! MATCHA STRAWBERRY RHUBARB - 4/5 This one was refreshing, though the matcha flavor was lighter than I prefer. The strawberry came through nicely, with little strawberry bits in every sip. I'd love to come back to try their food and more drinks from the menu!
One of my favorite little cafés in town. This place is all vibes, love all the plants in the indoor Volkswagen. Food is super healthy and fresh always feel great leaving this place. It's become more and more popular since it's opening so tables are a little bit harder to find during the daytime not as bad in the late evening.
This coffee shop is basically a restaurant but with a lot of cozy sitting where you can enjoy a good book or sit and work. Not only do they have the coffee and pastries, but they also have alcohol and regular food! The young lady that took my order was so sweet and made me feel welcomed! I loved all the plants they have throughout! If in the area again, I'd come back for sure!
Very cute cafe with a lot of seating inside. Only tried their drinks, but many other customers seemed to get food. I ordered the pistachio cold foam + cold brew. As you can see from the photo, it was just regular cold foam with pistachio on top. I was expected the cold foam to be mixed with the pistachio syrup. The cold brew was also a bit too acidic for me. My friend ordered the strawberry matcha and it was a miss. The color of it was so light. You could not taste the strawberry either. This was a miss for me.
They were sadly out of their juices. I decided to get a London fog instead. My friend got a smoothie. We both liked our drinks and were comfortable working on our project. There's lots of outlets by the window tables. The only bummer was that there were a lot of bugs buzzing about that we had to wave off and also some kind of spider we saw briefly on the window seat area. I'd probably sit elsewhere if I could.

Cute cafe with delicious food so close to green lake. There was a mix up on my drink order and the barista happily remade it. Definitely will be back to try more things on their menu! read more
Had a very nice visit here with a friend. There was a little line but they had an open table. I got the breakfast sandwich and an Americano. The sandwich isn't huge but it's good and tasty. They have a vw bus in the middle and you can dine in there. Kids seem to love that. It's very relaxed and casual. read more
This tropical themed cafe has a never ending line when I visit and for a good reason. The interior has a wide variety of seating including a gutted van that you can sit in, lots of tropical plants, and an overall lively yet homie atmosphere. I ordered the breakfast burrito which was full of high quality ingredients and paired with a tasty dipping sauce, as well as an espresso roasted by Idle Hands which had a great balance of fruity and chocolaty notes. I regret not ordering more food or their fresh pressed juice, but just a great excuse to visit again. Overall the service was amazing, offerings were delicious, and it was worth the roughly 10 - 15 minute wait in line. read more
I've been here twice and both times were good. First time I sat at the bar and had the Emerald City Toast (avocado toast) and a chai tea latte. Both were delicious. The atmosphere was calm and friendly and I enjoyed relaxing at the bar with my brunch. The second time was a very busy Saturday afternoon. The place was loud and bustling. I thought I wouldn't find a place to sit but someone got up right after I ordered. I had visions of studying here but it was way too crazy and I didn't want to take up a needed table. I ordered the Triple J Melt (beef and cheese melt). The beef was tasty and I enjoyed the sandwich and the pickled vegetables on the side. My only complaint is that the menu mentioned a "house coffee date bbq sauce" that I was really looking forward too but it seemed non existent on the sandwich. I only tasted some Dijon mustard, for $16 I just expected it to include all the mentioned ingredients. That said, I will still come back to try other things, maybe ingredients won't be forgotten if I return on a day that's less busy. read more

Wanted a quick bite after the library and stopped in for a warm drink and the strawberry rhubarb matcha is easily top 5 drinks I've had in Seattle! The place was pretty packed and the most charming thing was the VW bus, which we were lucky enough to snatch for the one table in it. The desayuno tipico was a bit messy to eat but still very yummy, but if you don't like mushy foods, you'd probably not like this. read more

Pacha is one of those rare spots that instantly feels like a reset button. The space is calm, grounding, and beautifully curated without being overly precious. You walk in and just exhale. We started with their marinated olives and spiced nuts--both super flavorful and perfect to snack on while soaking in the vibe. My friend had a latte (smooth, well-balanced, and creamy), and I went for the freshly squeezed watermelon + basil refresher -- honestly, my favorite part of the whole day. Bright, herby, super refreshing... I just wish the portion size was a bit bigger (ended up ordering two because one was not enough!). The vibe inside is warm and earthy, with this subtle, peaceful energy that makes you want to stay. And the coolest part? They've got a renovated mini van turned into a seating area right in the middle of the cafe. Such a fun, unexpected touch--it makes the space feel even more creative and inviting. Service was lovely -- warm, attentive, and laid-back in the best way. This place has been all over the reels and I thought I'd give it a try! It's in greenlake where the hotpot place used to be (next to the country dance place). Location couldn't be better. There's a huge space inside and a lot of two seaters and bar seats. The VW centerpiece seats probably 5-6 people? Seems like a good place for groups of friends to sit. It was really busy inside and the atmosphere is more social than coffeehouse-get-your-work-done. Menu is big and I tried an oat latte. The espresso shot pulled is a bit more sour than I usually like, but it wasn't bad. read more

FINALLY! Seattle needed a place like this so bad. Late to the party and so happy to know about it. Got the veggie bowl. It's $13 but it's HUGE. And quality. So worth it. I almost ordered the rhubarb matcha and then saw someone else with it and they said it's their favorite drink. So will be checking that out next time. Everything here is great: food, service, ambiance. Music needs help (at least when I was there). read more
Cute cafe near Greenlake with unique seating (there's a mini Volkswagen bus inside with a table that you can sit at!) and good WiFi for work/study. Chai lattes are well-spiced but a little on the sweet side. Breakfast sandwich has a nice fluffy egg and the chicken sausage tastes homemade. Didn't try any of their bowls but someone next to us had one and it looked HUGE. Prices are on the more expensive side but seems like the value is there. read more
This place is wonderful! I came here to work, and there were plenty of tables available on a Sunday morning. The drinks were great, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place itself is also very cute. I hope to come back for food sometime, as the food menu also looked very good. read more

The staff was friendly and fast. I think the food could use work the avocado toast is: avocado with raw arugula stacked on top, some thinly sliced radish, some flavorless oil and sprinkle of hemp hearts to top it off , all on a thin slice of bread.. my arugula had rotten parts that I picked off only to uncover that there was a whole lot of brown avocado underneath which was off putting. I think the flavors were lack luster for the record and I don't think it actually had much to do with the rotten components, like it was extremely bland. The avocado toast is 15.45 and I do not think it is worth 15.45 I think you are better off getting an avocado and a loaf of bread and actual seasonings from the PCC across the street for probably a little cheaper than 15.45 read more

A cute place to study, drink, eat and chat! The bus has seating and seems to be a very popular photo worthy spot. There is plenty of seating, but it does get busy on weekends. Also to keep in mind with busy hours, our food took 25-30 minutes to come. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that came with no chicken...but the staff was nice and they brought out a new order. Their matcha was not one of my favorites, but I liked the vibes here. read more
Came on a Sunday morning and it was a bit packed but we're able to find a seat (order at the counter then get seated). My friend got the matcha latte and I got the chai latte and a cheddar biscuit (?). The matcha was really good, it wasn't too sweet. The chai was good but a bit too sweet for me. The cheddar biscuit had a good consistency but not a lot of cheddar flavor. The vibes here were super cute and there's a lot of space! I definitely want to come back here to get food and maybe a smoothie bowl! read more

The cutest indoor space of a cafe I've ever seen in Greenlake! Wide selection of offerings from wine to cocktails to meals to juice and pastries. Ordered a very refreshing watermelon juice, tropical tan, and sweet croissant roll. My one knock is that prices are a little high. read more
i'm prettty sad the strawberry matcha did not live up to the hype. i had to ask for more strawberry syrup and it was still light.. the matcha was light as well. maybe they were in a rush as there was a long line on sat brunch. the interior is cute with the vintage car and decor. maybe the food is worth a try, my friend and i noticed more ppl eating the food rather than their drinks read more
If you haven't been to Pacha yet, you're really missing out!! Suggestion a cute vibe, the service is quick and friendly, and the food is outstanding. We got the breakfast bowl and the emerald city toast (on gluten free bread!) and were not disappointed! Perfectly portioned in my opinion. We also got some wellness shots and a couple matchas with oat milk. I wish I lived closer because this would be my go-to place. I will absolutely be back to try more, and possibly even to work, as it's a large, inviting space with great lighting. read more

Came here on a Friday afternoon and it was bustling. Lots of people working and grabbing lunch/coffee with friends. I give it a 4/5 because it was a lot louder than what I was hoping for, but I'll probably come back on an early weekday when it's not so busy. Food and drinks were amazing! I love lavender flavors and I found the lavender white kombucha to be light, floral, and refreshing. The spiced pear & honey latte had the perfect coffee to milk ratio, and was so cozy for a cold winter day. It tasted like nutmeg. My hubby got the verde visa green smoothie which was also super tasty. It's nutty and fruity, not super sweet, and you can tell it's made from all fresh and real ingredients. We shared a chicken sandwich. It was delicious and flavors were on point, with a side of pickled veggies. Overall, I'd like to come back for a working session or to grab a coffee with a girlfriend. The interior is super cute and comes with a little retro vehicle that also has seating inside. read more
This cafe is so aesthetically pleasing and cozy! We ordered two 16oz iced sweetened matcha lattes ($6.80 each) and we were disappointed. Both drinks came in a cute glass jar but the matcha itself was underwhelming. It just tasted like milk. No matcha and no sweetener. read more

Great coffees, friendly staff, and open space with lots of seating. Van is very cute too. Walkable (3 min) to Greenlake path :) The seasonal specials mocha, bourbon maple cold foam on cold brew, and spiced pear honey latte were so good. Mocha (hot) was rich and flavorful and would get again! The bourbon maple cold foam was really good and I added extra to counter the cold brew sourness after. Spiced pear honey latte (hot) was similar to a gingerbread latte but still nice. read more

This place is fun. Looks like they have cool community events (I've seen dancing!!) and a good dinner / more substantial food menu too. Have only tried a chocolate croissant there which was OK. Pretty dry but I did like that it was strong dark chocolate! The drinks were so good. Miso caramel latte iced (so bomb, like more interesting salted caramel) and pistachio cold foam cold brew (strong cold brew!). Lots of seating - did not have trouble getting a seat on a week day afternoon. Which for greenlake is good! read more
The staff was doing a great job handling the line that was out the door and down the sidewalk. The have online ordering "coming soon" which might help with the line that never stops. That being said, there is a reason there is such a line. The coffee was fantastic! They get their pastry selections from Sea Wolf and Macrina, so those are good. I daresay the Macrina items we got were better here (fresh) than at the Macrina location itself. This place is high quality eco conscious fresh to order. The menu is a little minimalist. Before we went, I couldn't decide if it was a coffee shop, a cafe, or a restuarant because they have coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails; but only a handful of items for each category. We had a breakfast bowl that had the best flavor, but I will say there was very little tofu in it. It was chocked full of rice and beans. It was very good, but as a personal preference, I don't prefer rice and beans for breakfast. The breakfast burrito was substantial. The breakfast sandwich, again, good flavorful ingredients, but more like a snack. The smoothie bowls were a decent size and a beautiful picture with the fruit poking out of the top like a bouquet of fruit flowers. The inside is bright and cute, and of course everybody wants to sit in the VW bus. It's not a huge indoor space, so seating fills up fast as the popularity only increases. read more

their menu has a lot of drink options and is filled with things I wanted to try! the atmosphere gives california and cozy vibes. good cafe if you're looking for a place to do some work or a spot to yap with friends. the breakfast burrito with lime crema has been living in my head rent-free. I will definitely be back, especially after a good run at greenlake! read more

Location is perfect, right by green lake. The ambiance is amazing and some pretty interesting seating choices. Not the cheapest option around green lake but the coffee and bakery items were pretty top tier. read more
One of my favorite coffee spots recently. They have great coffee options, and I love the matcha lavender latte. The service is always super friendly, making it a welcoming place to hang out. It's a great spot for chatting and studying, but it can get a bit noisy at busy times. The large group tables make it perfect for meeting with friends. Highly recommend! read more

I've already been back twice and am looking forward to my next visit! The breakfast burrito was delicious and very filling. The rhubarb matcha is TO DIE FOR! So pretty and really tasty. The staff is super friendly and the overall ambiance of the place is really cute and welcoming. read more
