If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I had to argue with the guy because my car was still not clean. I called the car wash after I left and I open my trunk at home. The Truck was still full of sand and mot vacuumed. The B#&&& for the lack of a better word here had the nerve to just hang up. No, pleasw bring it back so we cam correct the situation. Paid $39.99 for what I thought would be a nice slightly detailed work. But NO I GOT A CLEAN CAR OUTSIDE AND DIRTY ON THE INSIDE. They broke our window, didn't care they broke it, did not even tell us up front and then simply responded that we should just call our insurance. The PM cashier is pretty rude. It feels like she's upset and yelling at you. God forbid you ask her something, she'll get upset. She never says thank you, doesn't make you feel welcomed. I had an oil change done there and the mgr Noe very unprofessional most oil places come out and e plain what needs to be done what they did. Nothing I get my invoice and they're charging me 100 to change my oil. When I asked for service I stated I had my air filter if they could change it. Well nothing was changed it was still sitting in my seat. I than Proceed to ask why wasn't it changed. He said they don't touch anything they don't sell. Ok so why wasn't that told to me. In the past I've always used synthetic blend. They took it upon themselves to put synthetic without my approval than whe. I question. If he comes out and says that's what the manufacturer requires well that's fine but he should've asked me. Especially when. You see the oil is differ from than what he has. HIDE YOUR VALUABLES THEY ARE THIEFS been going here for about 5 years and sad to say that I won't be coming back. Whoever cleaned my car stole $300 from my center console, the money was placed at the bottom and covered and when I got my car back and finally checked everything was moved, stuff that should've been at the top was at the bottom and vice versa. I talked to the lady at the register and she told me "I have no idea how they do things" I asked for the manager and "that's how they give us the tickets" Finally I go to the source and talk to the guy who checks in the cars. We told them to re-clean my rims and the man said that my rims were rusty but I showed him that it was grease. I was better off going to an express car wash than coming here. $20 for my car to still be dirty. After you car runs thru the "wash", they let it sit in the dry-line for 20mins before someone even touches it. Top of my car and trunk were still dirty with tons of water spots. Use to come here a lot, but I dont know why the quality of the wash has went down; maybe their machines need an update? I have been coming to this car wash for about 10 years. I never had any issues till today. I recently purchased a 2022 Honda Accord about a month ago. I have had my car washed 2 previous times. Since we had the rain a couple of days ago I needed my car washed. I didn't notice anything about my car til I went to the Chase bank. As I was walking back to my car I noticed what looked like a fog in the area of the gas cover. I was able to take my finger and run whatever that was on my car and it just smudged. I started looking at other areas of the car of found scratches in several places including on the taillight. I went back and spoke to one of the workers and he tried to tell me it was paint. By this time I a thoroughly pissed off. So now I need to have a detail guy look at my car and see how to correct the issues. My recommendation is to go somewhere else. I am not a happy man right now! Honestly, just stop coming here unless you really don't care about your car. They leave cars outside after a wash baking in the sun for 10 minutes before the actually start drying it. Thats bound to ruin the paint, and this isn't the first time I had this happen to me. There was also a ton of blemishes on my car still that came off when I wiped it off with my finger, the car wash doesn't even do that good of a job. Its my own fault for being lazy and not wanting to wash my own car, now I'm going to end up washing it myself again to get off everything they missed. Pacific Auto Spa is on the corner of good and super bad here in the lovely city of Whittier. I will be kind and give them a 2.5 star review only because they did a decent job today. I've been here twice and both times were completely different experiences. Both times I have opted for the $16.99 option which I don't know what it includes exactly but I am sure vacuuming the car in one of the items on the package. I am big on vacuuming because 1) I am a mom of an 8 year old boy and 2) I am a mom of an 8 year old boy who plays every sport under the sun which means my carpet always grows grass. Always. The first time it seemed they skipped that part altogether. They half-assed it so much I made the executive decision to just wash my own damn car for half the price (see my review on my fave 5 n' Go Express Wash http://www.yelp.com/biz/5-n-go-express-wash-whittier-3) I had to literally go home and get my own vacuum cleaner and run it through the whole car because it looked exactly the same as when I first took it in. They also didn't wiped the inside of the car and I was just pissed I got chumped out of 17 freaken bucks. Today, I decided to come back since I was too lazy to wash it myself and I was expecting to get back a poorly vacuumed car but to my surprise (GASP!) they actually did a good job! Inside was way cleaner than last time although they did missed a few spots here and there (the shifter) but nothing too crazy. They have free WiFi and if you come early like I did (8 am) there is really no wait time. But do know that they are not consistent with their work, it really depends who takes your car at the beginning....so make sure to keep your fingers crossed when you get it back! read more

Seems like every time I go there, I have to flag someone down to give me a ticket. I know first world problems, but still, a little bit of grace and a smile go a long way... I got my car washed here today without checking the reviews first (bad idea). I got the $25 wash and my car looked great afterward. My only complaint is that they did not wipe down my seats, not even a quick wipe down. They did, however, do a great job on my windshield, dash board and center console. I either forgot my wallet on the front counter, or dropped it on the way out... either way, somebody found my wallet and hid it in the bathroom's trash can!! As soon as I realized that my wallet was missing, I reported my missing wallet to the front, but the lady brushed it off and tried to shoo me away. She was acting very insensitive to the matter. She assured me that I didn't leave the walker in the counter and that there was nothing she could do. So, I asked the owner to check the security camera. It took him 20+ min to finally go through the video (which he refused to let me see). He claimed that he saw me walk out with my wallet. After an hour or so of looking for my wallet, I was tipped by a another customer to check the restroom trash can (because supposedly the same thing had happened to her a while back...mmmm.... VERY SUSPICIOUS). Although it's pretty obvious that the customer who told me to look in the trash can took my wallet, I am very disappointed in the manner in which manner the owner and cashier handled the situation. read more

Terrible job. I paid $160.00 for wax and detail interior with shampoo seats and stuff. Terrible I ha fro get manager seats still had simple spots they had my car for 7 hours. It was like they actually only spent an hour basic stains I had them use spray and spots came off before my eyes door handles noticeable still dirt spots horrible . I've taken my car there a few times. I don't know about you but I like to watch my car go through the wash. I took my car to get washed 9-14-21. The glass between the car wash machinery and the lobby has been blocked by some smeared wash. You can no longer view your car getting washed. My point is. I don't know if they really are using the wax that paid for. What are they trying to hide from us customers? Are we not getting what we paid for? I'm not going back EVER. I asked to speak to manager.
