Never again. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after today I have had enough. I consistently waited for over an hour for my car to be washed, all the while watching customers (who paid less) arriving long after me who are leaving while I wait. Cars getting a basic wash with 2 and three people finishing them while 1 person works on mine on and off for an hour. I had to talk to the manager to get someone to finishing detailing my car (never mind the fact that they charge $45 for a package they advertise for $40). I love this spot, I've been coming for years! The only thing I don't like is that every time I have a coupon they "forget" to apply it or they don't apply the full "discount amount". Their excuse is "oh, that has changed and we no longer apply that dollar amount discount". You guys! I use the flyers that are hung on my frdoor or the receipts I get at Ralph's. Another thing I don't like... for convenience purposes after they vacuum a car they need to put into the wash (my car didn't go in right away, it was 10mins before they took it in, and it was vacuumed as soon as I got there and there wasn't any car in the wash) meanwhile someone else starts the vacuum on the next car instead trying to vacuum all the cars then take them in. I stop here about twice a year even though I know it's not the best. My car is never spotless, but okay. When they didn't clean my windows properly, I was informed I needed to have my car waxed to make my windows looks good. Pay with cash as they may run two transactions on your credit card and get away with it. Unless I have cash on me, I won't stop here anymore. read more

It was close and the hours were convenient. But it was not great. Their prices are about average so there's no huge savings if you come to this place. Also, one of my pet peeves is when I go to pay and the cashier is too busy chatting it up with a friend to deliver any type of customer service. That was the experience here. The was itself was just average. There were parts of my car that were still dusty, parts that were not vacuumed properly and on the outside, parts that still had dirt on them. Went to Pacific Auto Spa today, use to go there some years ago, they were the best, decided to take my new Honda there for a wash, so far no problem, they finished, gave the kid a $5 tip, drove off, then I started to notice that the windshield was still dirty inside with a film, then I noticed there was still Bug spots from my travels to work, got home and checked the rest of the car out! Still had some water spots on it, the kid hardly did anything to it, spent $26.99 for what! Lost an old/new customer, never again. Should have read the other reviews. The vacuum guy closed the cup holder that I purposely left open so it be vacuumed and he just closed it and left all the cookie crumbs there. I had to make the end guy clean it out. DO NOT COME HERE!! I have been a loyal customer coming here for years, car washes and oil changes. Had my oil changed here a day ago woke up to find my garage floor FULL of oil! And this is not the only mistake they have made. A year or so ago they left tools under my hood! I came back, returned them and said " you might need these". Figured everyone makes mistakes so I continued giving them my business. Now today I have oil all over my garage because they did not " put on a washer right" They were soo rude! The customer service could be better ( from the guy taking the orders to the cashier) but overall the job was done. Wait time wasn't too bad for a Saturday morning at 9:30am. Good to see everyone wearing masks and social distancing. The guy who did the servicing on my suv was good save for having to ask him to wipe down certain areas. Some spots on the hood and the vacuum job wasn't done properly. Some things they can improve on. They are fast but need to work on the quality of the work. read more

I came in for a wash decided to get the Super speedy upgrade. Asked the attendant if this included a full mat cleaning and vacuuming of the front, mid, and rear and how long it would take. I was assured all would be cleaned and vacuumed and would take 30-45 minutes. The wash took about 1:10 and I came back to my car the appeared to be completed haphazardly. My dash cover was thrown in the back seat, the interior had the protective " armor all" wiped over all over in a thick layer over dust, the mats appeared to just have the dust shaken off and the rear cargo area was not vacuumed and the rear mat not removed. To be cleaned or vacuumed. I will definitely not be coming back and advise that anyone not upgrade your washes. read more

Don't know if they left it out with the key and someone stole it. or if they locked it in their garage. why would they close early? On Yelp & Google it shows they close at 6pm. Update - Went back to check again and they had the car locked in their oil change garage. the worker inside the office refused to let me get my car at first claiming that he is off duty. Come here every other month for a good cleaning on my truck as opposed to the do it yourself washes. But the quality after today I won't be coming back again. I have a suction cup mount on the window that I removed prior to arriving so that area can be cleaned, and it wasn't even touched. A dirt mark that was obvious on the dash not bothered to be cleaned. The vacuuming of the interior is a joke. I stated don't worry about the backseat as I have tools and work gear there, and they couldn't even do a decent job on the front seats and floor. My first visit to find a serious wash and detail business since moving to CA. There are plenty of space upon turning into the reception lanes. There are 3 price points with different services with each wash. I placed my order and there was a little confusion in the beginning, I was having family visit later in the day so I picked the top of the line wash with interior detail. There is a very nice retail store with snacks, car care amenities to select from. There is even complimentary wi-if, this is very neat and orderly. The prices are fair for the high quality work performed.I was most impressed with the quality of wash and the interior detail, the vacuum was excellent, all the tiny corners were cleaned. I live close by and get many of the receipt coupons from the local grocers. Coming to this car wash was very convenient. But they have been consistently dropping their game! The vacuuming this time around was the worst! The center, where the break is ,was untouched and I asked them to vacuum the trunk, which still had bits of debris. I have a Fiat, pretty small and so I don't understand what the deal is. When I got out I noticed their was still sap/pollen on my drivers side which easily came off with a napkin! Seriously I wonder if they touched my car! Then to top it off I had a cute little green m&m on my antenna that take was taken off through the wash, which I don't blame them for but definitely didn't make the experience any better. I have been using the oil change shop here for many years. They are able to do many other services and obviously recommend (upsell) these to increase their business. Everyone does this, as a consumer you should have some idea what service you actually really need and what is discretionary. Check your owners manual! I routinely decline some of their recommended services. The chief mechanic here is very knowledgeable and I have been satisfied with all of their work to date. I recently picked up a 2005 Ford Escape and used this shop to do fluid changes, spark plugs, PCV valve, brake pads and rotors etc. I purchased the parts myself and they just charged me a very reasonable labor cost. I always get a free car wash following service and it is adequate. I have not experienced any of the negative issues noted in the other reviews. read more

Of all the different places I've taken my car to get washed, Pacific is by far my favorite. The prices are reasonable and they do a great job. Granted, I only go about 5 times a year, but that means I get a free car wash every two years since they have a punch card. They have plenty of seats outside, under an open lattice patio cover, to wait for your car. They also have free wi-fi. read more

Been coming here for quite a while and typically receive good service. Last week i brought my truck in to get washed and waxed. I had recently driven through a puddle of paint, which left the side of my truck covered in white paint. I was charged the $40 wash and wax fee, plus an addition $20 to remove the paint. When my truck was returned, it looked like someone had just breathed new life into it! The paint was nowhere to be found and the interior was fresh smelling and clean.
