Just wanted to write a quick note of appreciation to Dr. Won and his staff. I was in for a routine cleaning when Dr. Won asked about my mom (also a patient of his but not due for a check up yet). I said she's fine but she complained of a hole in one pf her teeth, but without pain. Dr. Won performed the filling for her on the spot, after an exam. This despite not having an appointment. Dr. Won has been incredibly caring for many years, looking after me and taking a special interest in the health of my elderly mother, while being cognizant of our financial constraints, never recommending unnecessary procedures. The entire Pacific Dental Care office is always so terrific w me. Dr. Won and his staff are very in tune w what is happening w me. They are all so patient and kind with me. I am not surprised that Dr. Won is a teacher at USC. I could not ask for a more experienced or skilled dentist. He has a lot of knowledge and uses it. When I need something requiring a specialist, he always gets me to that person ASAP. I love this dental office SO MUCH. There's never a wait, everything is super clean and smells fantastic. I had the best cleaning done by Dr. and polishing done by Nayelli. No pain, so gentle and thorough. There were no ridges of missed buildup left on my teeth afterwards. Nayelli polished my teeth after the cleaning, taking her time and really getting every tooth. I have never had a polishing done so well, she was careful not to glob on polish on the tops of the teeth and took her time to rinse everything out. Dr. Won did a great job again taken care of my teeth. This round it was issue with my back lower right third molar. I ate something a bit hard and it chipped the molar. Had to get it repaired with a crown. Not a big fan of getting teeth repaired but Dr. Won made it a much easier experience. I needed to bring my dad in for tooth pain as he'd fallen down. I called his "in-network" dentist office yesterday (10/8) and they couldn't see him until 10/24/23. I did let that office know that he's elderly and had fallen and tooth hurts but still could not see him any earlier. I called Pacific Dental Care Rosamond Office which is "out-of-network" and I explained what was going on and Rosamond office said, "oh no that's too long" ( I agree) and she got him in for this morning at their Palmdale office and finished with two extractions in about 45 mins, it may have been less time than that. Turned out my dad had two teeth badly decayed, deep cavities. The fall may have caused one or both teeth to chip. Dr. Vladimir Dontsov is excellent. Wonderful bedside manners, tech assistant is wonderful. GREAT QUALITY CARE. Front staff helped us save money which I so appreciate for them to help to save patients money. Smooth. If I could give a 0 I would I have had 2 of my girls worked on, the first one all I can say is wow great job then he started my other daughter but then retired and what a loss for that place . this new Dentist stopped tightening her teeth so it got bad and he would not take the responsibility on her teeth going to the side and becasee we payed them within the yr. he said that's all he can do the first dr had them centered so I don't know if this dr should be a dr he has most of the kids in Rosamond with sideway teeth wtf and then had them removed by Palmdale office where the girl chipped my daughters tooth read more

I want to start off by saying I love looking in the mirror and being able to smile more confidently. My teeth were healthy-- I had some cosmetic bonding done when I served in the military and I decided to talk to Dr. Won about options of going down the bonding route again or having crowns or veneers implanted. We discussed it and decided on crowns. He never pressured me into getting anything completed. He gave me options and gave insight into what would have the best outcome. He truly cared for me as a patient and made sure that what I wanted and got ;was the best result! Over time he completed a total of 10 teeth. I had 6 done and then went back for 4 more (I felt like I smiled widely and needed the extra 2 on each side). There was a piece of equipment I was fascinated by which is his 3D modeling of the teeth that gets sent out to the lab that finalizes the work and those pearly whites get sent back to his office. I will never go to another place for my dental needs! The front desk ladies are super friendly and nice, even before I came in for my first visit! I had to come in unexpectedly and they scheduled me right away. They reviewed all my expenses with me and were very familiar with my dental insurance. I've never had a long wait. Even when I show up 20+ minutes early. Dr. Won is the best dentist I've ever had. Before Dr. Won, I would switch dentist like socks. I would like to leave this review for anyone finishing up their dental assisting program and is looking for a place to do their externship at. (I'm not sure if they are still allowing externs here but just incase, I'm going to give my honest experience at this office.) I finished up my extern hours here and I would say about 2 out of maybe 6/7 staff members were very welcoming. 1 being the receptionist (marianne I think) and another male assistant. The doctor (owner of the office) was very nice. Only thing was even being there for a little while he would not let me assist in any treatments. ( I only assisted in light scales and did prophys.) The back office manager Bianca (or Blanca, I don't remember her name.) was very rude. I didn't bring it to the owners attention because that was not going to be a office I wanted to work at. She was very stand off ish, anytime I asked a question it seemed as if I was annoying her, she had no problem communicating with other assistants so I didn't see why she was so "cold" when I tried to make conversation with her. Not sure why anyone would want those type of people working in their office. But managers like that do not allow the assistants to learn the proper set ups, what to do and not to do etc. the male assistant was very helpful taught me everything the manager should have been teaching me. The Back office manger did not show me 1 set up, did not show me how they properly sterilize the instruments, nor turn over rooms, not even how the scheduling works, where the charts are, Bianca was very unprofessional. So I personally DO NOT RECOMMEND this office for any externs or anyone who's looking for a dental assisting position. read more

I really love the great team of people at Pacific Dental Care. I first visited Dr. Jeon as a second opinion because I had terrible, uncontainable pain in a lower front tooth. I had visited a dentist in Cal City who took a blurry Xray and immediately told me I needed a root canal. I left and went to Dr. Jeon, and it is a good thing I did. He received the Xray from the first guy and had to take another because it was too blurry. He showed me the problem tooth and explained the details of the tooth. He said it was likely caused by trauma in the past and I did need a root canal, but it was infected and first needed to be treated with antibiotics before he could go in because of a risk of the infection spreading to my blood. So he put me on painkillers and antibiotics and I came back a couple of days later. He numbed the area and I did not feel a thing AT ALL! That is the first time I ever had painless, invasive dental work. He fixed it and everything has been great since. The decision to go to Dr. Jeon could have possibly saved my life, and I'm not being over-dramatic. Now the team that works there. They are all incredible! I really love them all! I don't know everyone's name, but I do know Haley and Miriam. They work the front office and they are really wonderful people. They really have a heart for their patients. I had the best experience I have ever had with a dental office, at Pacific Dental Care. I would question the negative reviews. However, Dr. Jeon has a dry sense of humor and not everyone can appreciate him. He is actually nice if you understand him. I don't know the name of the lady doctor, but my wife really loved her as well. It is hard to find a great dentist, let alone a whole team of people as incredible as the team at PDC. I would go back in a heartbeat if I had not moved out of state. I really miss them. read more

Two Spanish ladies assistances are rude, speaking Spanish front off the customer using bad word like "puta." Shocking!
