I had the 6.99 breakfast with bacon, eggs, hash browns and English muffin. I've honestly had much better. The eggs I ordered over med. They came over easy which I don't mind. I order them med so I don't get runny whites. These eggs came over easy, based with too much butter on the plate. The 2 pieces of bacon were stale and hard like it had been pre-cooked and left to sit. Cool to the touch. Hash browns were white and barely warm. Definitely under cooked. English muffins were barely warm, not toasted at all. This was more like a $2 meal. I really try hard to write good reviews, but for just opening a day before, this was a bad breakfast. read more

I find it really hard to give a lot of stars to a diner because it's just not my type of restaurant. This was your average diner and served chicken strips, burgers, eggs, etc. It was spacious and not overly crowded. Service was good and the food was hot. There are no options if you are gluten free or have allergies. They did make their own dressings and burgers were cooked to order. Food ranged around $10 per meal. read more

If you like the taste of good food, don't eat here. Ordered to go and the chicken fried steak portion was so pathetic. It looked like it had been frozen and put in the microwave. The hash browns melted through the styrofoam container. The omelette I ordered wasn't supposed to have green peppers. But they put them in anyways. They also put a piece of an onion skin in my omelette, you know the part your supposed to peel off and throw away. Imagine taking a bite of food and discovering that. The hash browns looked rubbery, didn't even look like real food. The sourdough bread was probably the best thing we ate. Although it was hard. Almost as if it was stale for a day or two. My son got the pancakes and the texture was again, rubbery. When I went in to pick up my order, the vibe was very weird. I wouldn't want to go there to sit down and eat and after our to go order, we won't be returning. We spent almost $40, including a tip. And I am totally regretting it. I hate spending our hard earned money on food that can't even be passed as food. As Gordon Ramsey would say this place is pathetic. read more

This place just opened so we were excited to give it a try. Very typical diner style decorations, staff was nice and greeted us right away. I was really hopeful but unfortunately the food did leave a lot to be desired, my husbands food seemed like it had been made before and wasn't evenly heated to the same temperature. My omelette was really good but with the potatoes, it was again pretty apparent they weren't made fresh and they were barely room temp when I got them. There are really too many good breakfast places to settle for just mediocre so we probably won't return for breakfast, maybe lunch will be better. read more

We can't wait to come back! My husband and I found this place while trying to find a decent breakfast place in Henderson. They only opened a few weeks ago. The diner is spacious and newly renovated. The food was awesome and a great price. The service was wonderful as well. So glad to have found this place, as Henderson doesn't really have much to offer these days. My daughter and I recently had lunch for the first time at Pacific Diner. I had a cheeseburger and she had a French dip. Service was fine, took a while to get food When we received our lunch, my cheeseburger looked pretty good, until I realized the overcooked fries were luke warm and my burger, with a bun that tasted good but didn't fit the large patty, was completely tasteless! How do you have a simple burger with no taste? My daughter's French dip was small and dip tasted like beef flavoring, beef looked like lunch meat beef instead of fresh sliced roast beef. This place was great. We went yesterday as a walk in with my sons entire youth hockey team- about 40 people total including parents. They were so accommodating and awesome. I recently had lunch at Pacific Diner with a small group of friends. This place is the best. I ordered the club sandwich with onion rings. The sandwich was great but the onion rings were to die for. They were crispy and just melted in my mouth. I wish I lived closer because I would be there alot. Pacific Diner will be my go to restaurant when I am in Henderson. I was in the diner on Monday and after asking for my normal waitress (Beth) I was told she's no longer working there. I asked what happened because everytime we would come in she was our pick. After hearing what happened it makes me believe that the management here doesn't treat their employees the way they deserve to be treated. Great employees like Beth are hard to find! We like the location of the Pacific Diner and the menu looks very interesting. We were greeted at the door and seated at a booth looking out at the street. So far so good. We ordered the Island breakfast with scrambled eggs and portuguese sausage. My better half ordered the homemade corned beef hash with soft poached eggs. Our waitress Tammy had to put all of this in an ipad-like device that seemed to take a lot longer than the usual paper pad. The problems started when Tammy told us that they don't poach eggs but could baste them. She likes eggs soft boiled or poached to avoid frying them in oil but she tried basted. Both dishes were very disappointing. The portion of hash was the smallest we have ever been served in any restaurant and the taste was just okay. The basted eggs were cooked with oil so that wasn't what she wanted. The portuguese sausage was presented with a lot of the fat on the plate which wasn't good. They had too much cumin and didn't taste very good. I've never had worst sausage at any restaurant in Las Vegas! The scrambled eggs were good but all in all not like what you expect from any decent breakfast restaurant. No problems with the staff but the kitchen didn't keep up their end. I live nearby and wanted to love the food here but it's just mediocre I'm sad to say. I had steak and eggs and steak was dry and tasted frozen. Coffee isn't great either. The interior fails to reach the old school diner charm I assume they were going for.
