Alexis always smiling such a wonderful person!!!

Great place to stop and grab a bite. Alexis is so dang AWESOME!!! Always smiling and has the cutest giggle. Cheap breakfast eggs bacon or sausage potatoes and toast $6. Yum yum.

Been going here since they opened. I agree with some of the reviews stating it was better in the beginning. My wife and I both had the Saturday prime rib special and for the money it was pretty good. Our server made the visit, Tawnie? I am not sure on the spelling but this young gal is an asset.

This is not the bullet train you're looking for. Bullet Train is a 24/7 bar and restaurant across the parking lot from the Railroad Pass casino, which it shares ownership and players card/points/comps with. I've built up some of those goodies on my card and decided to give this place a try for a late weeknight dinner. I should've taken the hint by the host to sit at the bar because the server took uncomfortably too long to come to my table. I promptly placed my order and then got back to waiting for the food a while longer. There was either some sort of karaoke or desynced speaker situation, which was a bit uncomfortable to listen to. I went with the Classic Double Smash Burger ($15.00), which unfortunately does not consist of truly smashed patties with the crispy edges. They were just plain 1/4-lb patties, and they were cooked way beyond my requested medium-rare. They were okay to eat at first, but they really tightened up toward the end as they cooled down. The thousand island dressing was woefully lacking, and small lettuce pieces really took away from flavor more than anything. For my included side, I chose the tater tots. They were actually cooked nicely, with lots of crispiness outside but also still enough fluffy character inside. However, there was a slight but increasingly un-ignorable note of old cooking oil, and I didn't end up finishing all the tots as anticipated. The only great thing is that I paid fully for the food with my points. This is a better alternative to the cheaper restaurant inside Railroad Pass for anyone who frequents that casino. However, I'm reluctant to try Bullet Train again in the future since they weren't on point tonight. I'd rather stick to their sister property The Pass in downtown Henderson.

A hidden gem. The place itself is very new so it's really nice inside with lots of space for dinning inside and outside :) Really good food options for a good price and not to mention they have ALOT of beer choices and drinks to choose from. Service was great and quick The only thing I wasn't happy about was location as when we walked out to go to our vehicles a older women was checking cars to see if they were open :/

So Railroad Pass, if not already innovative enough, has decided to open their own stand alone bar on their property called "Bullet Train". The appearance is that of an Upmarket Taproom. It was roomy, with plenty of seating at the bar even if you aren't a slot player. There was a mellow, yet effervescent and high-spirited vibe. Contradictory but accurate. The Menu had some moderately priced and straightforward items to choose from. I saw (and smelled) someone's "Cajun Alfredo" with chicken and that was instantly my choice. It was a superlative dish. I am still thinking about how flavorsome that pasta and alfredo and chicken actually was. Highly recommended. This would be a exceptional venue for dinner, drinks, music and anything else your heart desires.

I'm trying this again. A do-over "first" visit. This time we had better service with the water glasses and attentiveness. Our food did come out at almost the same time. Reasonable time at least. We had a group of 6. The food was okay. Nothing special or incentive for us to come back. Zero spark of personality to the staff. Not off putting but not thankful either. I am not expecting Chuck E. Cheese however the vibe of hospitality was lacking all around.

Ellie and the staff were 10/10. I've come here multiple times and it just gets better every time. The food is always amazing, service is great, drinks.. sensational. Plus, ambiance is better than most bars. If you're looking for a bar that's not dirty, but cheaper than most, come here.

Decided to try Bullet Train for breakfast lunch (11:00am) since we live pretty close. No one was at the front desk when we entered but the person working the bar said we could go in and sit anywhere. It was pretty empty. There were a couple other customers, but not many. It appeared that they only had one person working the bar and one person working the " dining room". The dining room was spacious and easy to move around ( we had two people with walkers so we could easily stash them out of the way. Our waitress seemed very unhappy to be there.... Not a single smile. We ordered the following: 2 pancake short stacks, a side of soft scrambled eggs with cheese, a crispy chicken sandwich and a breakfast burrito(hold the meat). Pancakes were fine, what you would expect from any diner. I was told the crispy chicken sandwich was good. The breakfast burrito was not eaten after a couple of bites. The soft scrambled eggs were not soft, but rather overcooked. This would not be my first choice for breakfast. I have been here before for a book club meeting and the evening waiter was extremely friendly (only ordered a glass of wine). It's a good place for a gathering because it is spacious and not busy. Too bad the food doesn't taste better.

    Grimy looking cutlery (hard water?)

This restaurant opened a little over a year ago, and I have been wanting to try it, but the online menu showed prices beyond what I was willing to pay. However, I went last night to celebrate a coworker's retirement, which is a good excuse to bust my meager budget. It's a nice place, perhaps a bit loud, but the service for our large party was quite friendly, if not terribly swift. As I waited at length to place my order, I unfurled my black cloth napkin to reveal extremely spotted cutlery. For the most part it looked like hard water film--we have some of the hardest water in the nation--but looking more closely they were simply dirty. Ew! I unrolled another set that was just as icky-filmy as the last, but with a firm polishing with the napkin, they were acceptable. I ordered the fish and chips that comes with fries and cole slaw for $18 as of this writing. While the fish came in the form of three generous-but-overcooked pieces, the only thing more disappointing than the scant handful of fries was the two ounces (1/4 cup) of slaw. You get more than that at KFC! It was a shame, too, because it was actually very good cole slaw! All of the dishes, including steaks, were served on metal trays with a paper lining, giving it a rustic, casual appearance. There is indoor and outdoor seating, full bar, and slots. Easy parking and freeway access, with the little Railroad Pass casino and Holiday Inn Express nearby make this a decent option for better eats before or after a visit to Lake Mead or tackling the River Mountain Loop Trail. I recommend it with caution.

Onion rings and nachos paired with a cold beer make for a great combination. You can't go wrong with that!
    Javier V.

Onion rings, nachos, and cold beer. Can't go wrong. Just across the way from the Railroad Pass Casino. The waitress were pleasant. Pretty good place if your passing by like me.

Is this spot part of Railroad Pass? Or a separate structure entirely? Affiliated?

Same Property- but in the parking lot adjacent to the freeway. Separate structure entirely- not in the Casino at all however likely in some way affiliated with the casino as they seem to acknowledge one another.

With little to no background, we were surprised at all of the "As seen on Food Network" labels next to several menu items. It was hard to choose with so many lunch and breakfast options, but we settled on the Godfather Omelette with a waffle and the Meatloaf & Eggs. The Godfather was like a pizza inside of eggs. A very generous and tasty portion. The upgraded side of a waffle was well worth the price; fluffy, thick, and well flavored of vanilla. It's honestly a perfected classic, and the best waffle we've had in a while. The Meatloaf & Eggs were also great. The waitresses were so kind and personable. This is a family-owned, family-run staple breakfast and lunch destination for locals and people around the globe. It has also been featured on Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. I had the Papa Con Chili Verde with hashbrowns. This dish is made with Pork Chili Verde, cheddar cheese, pepper jack, pico de gallo, and flour or corn tortillas. I added an over-easy egg as well. The hash browns had a really nice crunch and good seasoning. The egg was cooked perfectly with a nice runny yolk. The cheese added some gooey texture, a little salt, and a bit of bite, while the peppers added a nice crunch to each bite. The pico also added a bright, fresh texture to the dish. The Pork Verde was beautiful, with great spice and juiciness, tender yet with a good chew. The entire dish works well together, and it was hard to stop eating it. I also sampled their biscuit with homemade gravy. The biscuit was light and airy with great texture, chew, and flavor. It was buttery and fresh. The gravy was seasoned really well, with big chunks of well-seasoned sausage that weren't overpowering, along with sage and other seasonings. The gravy was thick enough to stand up in its own, but not so thick that it had the consistency of glue. Perfect, flavorful, and amazing are about the only ways I could describe it. My wife had the B.L.T.E. on sourdough with home fries. This sandwich is served with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and egg. The sourdough was thick-cut and lightly toasted, with a light flavor, crunch, and great chew. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, bright, and both had a great texture. The eggs were well fried and seasoned. The bacon was medium-thick, cooked to perfection with crunch, chew, and a great salty flavor. The home fries came in a huge portion, were well seasoned, but were undercooked and had an unwanted crunch. They also came with grilled onions, which tasted good, but I'm not sure why they were put on top of the potatoes rather than cooked along with them. Coffee Cup has a full menu for both breakfast and lunch. They serve loads of burgers, wraps, sandwiches, plate meals, burritos, omelets, diner classics, and sides. They have a full bar and serve beer. The staff was extremely nice, and the service and food were quick. The Fat Man says that The Coffee Cup Cafe is Fat Man Approved with 3 chins.

Unfortunately, the experience was such a complete disappointment that I felt compelled to write this review. I ordered eggs over medium. They arrived with raw, runny, uncooked egg whites. Not once. Not twice. Three separate times. After the third attempt, I gave up. If a restaurant that specializes in breakfast can't properly cook eggs after three tries, that's a serious problem. To their credit, they comped my breakfast. However, what happened next was far more disappointing than the food itself. The owner came over while we were checking out. Rather than addressing me -- the person who actually had the issue -- he spoke exclusively to my dining companion and never once looked at me, acknowledged me, apologized to me, or treated me as though I even existed. I've honestly never experienced anything quite so rude or dismissive in a restaurant. I mentioned that I had previously owned two restaurants myself and understand that mistakes happen. His response? He said he had looked at the first two plates of eggs himself, but never once acknowledged whether they were prepared correctly or incorrectly. No accountability. No explanation. No apology. Just indifference and disrespect. I have to be honest: the way I was completely ignored while he spoke only to the man I was dining with left me with the personal impression that my opinion simply didn't matter to him. Whether intentional or not, that was exactly how it felt, and it made an already disappointing experience even worse. I've worked in hospitality. I understand that food can occasionally come out wrong. What I don't understand is treating a customer with such blatant disregard and disrespect, especially when they're giving you the opportunity to make things right. After waiting years to finally try Omelet House, I can honestly say it was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I've had in Las Vegas. Bad eggs can be fixed. Bad service can sometimes be forgiven. But being treated as though you are invisible by the owner of the establishment is something I won't forget. I will not be returning, and I certainly won't be recommending this restaurant to anyone. After reading the response from Fred's wife Kelly here's my response to her because I have no way to comment to her response: Kelly, Thank you for taking the time to respond and for explaining Fred's visual impairment. I was completely unaware that he is legally blind, and had I known that at the time, I certainly would not have interpreted his lack of eye contact as intentional. I sincerely regret any hurt caused by my misunderstanding of that aspect of the interaction. That said, my review reflected my genuine experience as a customer. After receiving eggs with uncooked whites three separate times, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. While you did apologize and attempt to rectify the situation, I still felt that my concerns were not fully addressed, and that was the experience I shared. I have owned restaurants myself and understand that mistakes happen in any business. My disappointment stemmed not only from the food issues, but from how the overall experience felt from my perspective as a guest who had looked forward to visiting Omelet House for many years. I appreciate you providing additional context about Fred, and I wish both of you and the restaurant the best.

The biscuit was really small, but super good, so it gets a pass. The berry "cobbler" was also a smaller portion.

I was really disappointed with my experience at Biscuits and Bourbon. The potatoes arrived burnt,…read moredry, and barely warm. The food overall was bland and lacked seasoning, and to make matters worse, they had run out of eggs. The service was subpar and didn't make up for the disappointing meal. Unfortunately, this was not a good dining experience, and I won't be returning. The ambiance was disappointing. The restaurant is very dark, with worn concrete floors that make the space feel dated rather than inviting. The bench seating is especially uncomfortable and quickly starts to hurt your back, so I'd avoid sitting there if you can. It also seemed like the bar received much better service and attention than the dining room, which made the overall experience feel neglected
