One of the many drive through espresso stops here in the Pacific Northwest. Nobody here dares to live without a coffee cup glued to their hand. I say, right on! The coffee was good, but not as deep and rich as I prefer. They make a 24 ounce cup (humongous in my book) that dwarfs the competition. Priced right at $2.50. They also offer food items like breakfast burritos, hot dogs, and other snack items. But be prepared to wait if the guy in front of you has 7 kids in the car and they all want something to eat. Very convenient, friendly service, drinks are decent quality. I tried the "nutty Irishman mocha" special with decaf espresso and oat milk. I enjoyed it, but $6 seemed like a lot for a 12oz drink even by non-dairy milk rates. Oh well, hazelnut and Irish cream flavor made for a tasty mocha! For chai, they have Big Train powder and Oregon Chai. I'd consider Pacific Edge Espresso an acceptable Dutch Bros or Human Bean substitute for basic drinks at least. read more

I've always had great service from here. All the girls are wonderful. My complaint is regarding one girl in particular. She has darker/black hair. Every time she takes my order she is rude and impatient with me. Every time. I let It go so many times because I am a forgiving person and I love this coffee shop and all the other girls! I cannot keep my mouth shut any more. I have an adult autistic son who has major social anxiety. I had him walk over to Pacific Edge to order on his own. He needs the practice and interaction. He came home in tears because the same gal (dark hair, rude) was so extremely rude to him. He had a hard time explaining what he wanted to order and she was completely insensitive to his disability. She had zero patience with him. This is unacceptable. He is now even more terrified of doing things on his own. Again, I love this place but this is unacceptable. read more

Drove by this place which is conveniently located right inside Garibaldi. Came with three other friends, and we ordered an Italian Soda (which he liked). A regular coffee, & a caramel machiatto. The coffee drinks came with a chocolate covered espresso bean on top. Cute touch. In addition to the drinks we ordered some food. The sausage egg and cheese crossaint was delicious. I would definitely get it again. It was huge too, the size of my hand, and four dollars which seemed reasonable. My friend ordered the wild cheddar bagel which he raved about. Unfortunately we ordered two sausage and jack cheese burritos which were not up to par. I really needed some more tortilla to go with the cheese, and by that i mean literally half of the burrito was cheese. I took two bites and I was done. Wayyyy to cheesy, and not in a good way. We found this little kiosk on Yelp. When we approached, the ladies were very friendly. There were 3 staff inside. Two were properly wearing masks, one was wearing a face shield that didn't cover her nose or mouth. She happened to be the most talkative and friendly, and the only one with a visible nose ring. While looking at the menu, I saw her cough into her hand and never wash. We went to the other side and ordered with one of the girls with a mask. She was a young lady with long blonde hair. I told her about what we saw and placed our order. While waiting for our food, we observed the same face shield g Lady lift her arm in the air and scratch her armpit. Again, she didn't wash. By this point, I was upset. I asked for a manager's name. None of them could provide contact info. I told the lady what I saw her do and how disgusting she was. Food hygiene is lost on the lady with the nose ring! This had all the makings of a great little road stop for coffee and treats. Yay, they have English Toffee which to me is a major factor in where I go for coffee. Service was friendly and fairly quick. The coffee however could have been a bit stronger. The coffee was very good, and we received it very fast. We ordered three 16 oz Mocha Frappes, and a blended Chai Latte. We had to change one of our drinks to decaf last minute and there was not one sign of frustration on our baristas face. My wife did coffee for 10 years and I am barista as well.
