I was also treated extremely rudely through the entire application process after mentioning I was using subsidy. I expected more from this company based on all of the good reviews but I was treated horribly from start to finish. When I mentioned that they violated certain housing laws, the owner finally reached out to try and minimize litigation by offering a "Re-Do" after I was originally told to basically "Get Lost". I couldn't imagine all the issues I would have being managed by this company so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Based on my horrible, stressful and discriminatory experience dealing with the owner and office staff I cannot recommend using SRE company. If you experience discrimination from this company I highly encourage you to file a complaint with the Civil Rights Department of California.

I called to get clarification on when December's rent would be due, she told me that I had until December 12, 2025. Well, December 4th they charged me a $150 late fee and $10.50 for rental insurance, which I already have and sent a copy three times! I called trying to get clarification and no one knows anything!!! They keep passing me off to people who tell me it's not their department! I'm so sick of dealing with this company!!!
