I purchased two toilets and want to say recent but that's not the case, because I purchased them two months ago and have just received the full order. Something that should normally take no more than say 10 business days took as I said two months. Really! The whole time I had to do the follow-up and chasing down the sale rep as to the status. So, what happened!? Well my original order was for two, but only was was placed or ordered. An error on their part, and can't explain what happened. Then the other toilet was ordered and the toilet arrived but the tank came with broken lid, so that had to be ordered. Then they ordered that and that was hung up in Dallas and they said a big mess. You get the point! Just a major sh...t sh...w! Don't think I'll be going back because the customer service sucks with a capital S, cause I ended up doing the service reps job! Personally I should give them 1 star, but the price offsets the hassle, but not really. Highly recommend when you place the order you have it sent to them for receiving and not direct to your home, because then you'll have to deal with the manufacturer rather than let Pacific Kitchen manufacture defects or broken items. read more

Pacific Kitchen & Home is affiliated with Best Buy, but they will claim they are not a Best Buy company (at least this is how the sales guy expressed to me). I really like Eric Brooks, he was a great salesman. Problem is that his management is terrible. They promised they meet/beat competitors pricing, but when I brought valid competitors pricing based off of either the website price or website price and a coupon I had from moving (Lowe's/New Egg/Best Buy/and several others), his management said they would not honor it. They worst part is they said it in a very condescending manner. The lady reminded me of either the Wicket Witch of the West or the David Spade "no" goat commercial. The male manager was a guy who probably learned management skills at a JuCo and thinks he is ready for C-Level Position @ a Fortune 500. If you don't want to match prices, don't offer that service, or put only the companies and manners of how you match it on a banner so consumers are not wasting their time. Also, you could say it in a more hospitable manner. Their loss, of about $7,000 in sales & a 5 years warranty plan. Went to Lowe's today and they took excellent care for me at the price I was trying to get Pacific Kitchen & Home to just try to match for the best Washer Dryer Samsung sells. I was still unsure of which Samsung French door fridge I wanted, but Lowe's even had an open box Fridge that was in perfect condition that was just opened today so I snatched that one up. About a a $4k fridge for about $1,800. Thanks Pacific Kitchen for messing up our sale so Lowe's could take good care of me. Lowe's 5 year plan was even cheaper than the Pacific Kitchen's plans significantly for all 3 appliances. I would give 0 stars for the experience if that was an option. read more

Con (and the reason its only 3 stars): The install for our dishwasher and microwave took two weeks longer than expected, and it was a major headache getting resolved as Pacific Sales contracts out installation to a 3rd party contractor. The contractor cancelled/misplaced our dishwasher in warehouse, cancelled our install date, and basically delayed the whole process. Since we didnt have the contractors number, we dealt solely with pacific sales to resolve this process, and it was extremely frustrating as they also incurred issues since it was an outside company and they couldnt access their database. Pacific Sales' manager Brianne, and the entire team behind her i never met, have worked tirelessly to resolve the issue since Tuesday (its finally resolved today, which is Thursday). In the end, our only complaint isnt even with pacific sales, its with the installers, but since i cant contact them and its all done on Pacific's end, they incur the unfortunate wrath and angst. Is there a minus one? I can NEVER get back all the hours and money we wasted with this horribly run business. For the love of all things good, I urge you to not give Pacific a red cent. My principal complaints: 1. Horrible communication 2. Diabolical management of staff and contractors 3. Zero sense of urgency We needed to replace our range. It's in an island and is a down-draft. The only range we could purchase is a Jenn-Air 30". We ordered it. We paid for it. When it was supposed to come in, it didn't. We chased. Finally we found it out was back-ordered. We chased. Then it finally arrived in stock and Pacific never called us to tell us when delivery was scheduled. We chased. Then they gave us an installation date. Their contractor who does delivery never called. We chased. The delivery guy said oh, your range was so damaged that we knew you wouldn't accept delivery. So we started all over at SQUARE ONE. (I don't know about you, but I don't like paying $3,800 for something I don't then receive.) Ordered it again. Their inventory system is a bit screwy so it had to first record a damaged-out product before we could reorder. We chased. Finally it came in. Pacific's responsibility was to again schedule installation date with a contractor. Again, we chased. Contractors show up with the range and they cannot install the range because the technology has been updated so modifications must be made on our end. We called in another contractor, got it ready. Today, a guy from their contractor shows up solo to install the range and take away the old one. I say to him, uh as you can see, you are standing in a townhome with a second floor kitchen. Why didn't your company send more than one person? He said his company said it was just a cooktop he was taking away. *slaps palm to forehead This whole time, we have been in constant contact with Pacific. Roughly 25 emails have been exchanged. We are nearly seven weeks into this special hell. And yes, I still have a new range sitting in the middle of my LIVING ROOM. The positive: Their prices are less expensive than others around town. The negatives: 1) They cannot deliver when promised, and if you're not ready to accept the merchandise you ordered when they get it in, it goes to the next customer who ordered it, so you apparently go to the end of the list waiting for that one again; 2) sales people are not responsive; 3) management is not responsive; 4) their installation charges are outrageous; 5) they will haul off appliances being replaced only if they are fully disconnected, meaning you essentially either have to use their installers or hire your own installers and have them out a day ahead of scheduled delivery and then hope they deliver as promised. We recently replaced most of our kitchen appliances, and I received a call one day telling me my appliances were in for delivery "tomorrow". I told the salesman I couldn't get the installers on that short notice, so he allowed someone else to take our refrigerator. A week later, he called to tell me the fridge was in, but the range top was no longer here. I told him to deliver everything that was available, and I'd worry about getting installation done myself. I'm still waiting on the range top, and can't get my phone calls returned to find out when it will be returned. I'd advise you to shop elsewhere unless you can pick up your appliance at the time you purchase it. read more

I have done business with this Pacific location a couple of times and spent close to $12,000 to $15,000 with them. I will be buying a new house very soon in the near and I WILL NOT BE USING THEM. I am writing this review because of the frustration I had to go through and my latest experience with them. Part 1: I wanted buy a new washer and dryer, I chose Pacific because I have previously done business with them and of course their selection of high end appliances. Their "Appliance Specialist", Robb Shultz helped us with the sale. I wanted to purchase a small to mid size Samsung washer and steam dryer, but Robb pointed us to the largest of the 3 models, and also the most expensive (which I'm ok with, since it's "high end" and I was ready to pay). There was also a sale going on that day and I asked him why the highest end model was cheaper than the lower end ones? His answer was "we're overstocked so we wanted to get rid of them". That sounded a little weird to me and I looked over the lower end models and ended up finding the "SALE SPECIAL" tag which was hidden behind their price tags, which brought down the price. I asked my so-called "Appliance Specialist" did you know about this and he just looked at me with a blank stare and walked off. Good job hiring a great sales guy that doesn't know what he was talking about! Part 2: So we scheduled a day for delivery and installation and Pacific gave us a 6 hour window and said they would arrive between 3pm to 9pm. So I took half the day off and waited. They came at 9:15pm, 15 minutes late and frustrated. The delivery/installer came into my house to look at the pipes and he said our plumbing was rusty and will not be responsible if it breaks and floods the house. I told him you should check on it again with proper lighting because I just spent money on renovation. According to the installer, he has seen this problem before and he didn't need to look at it because literally called himself an "expert". So we went ahead and canceled the installation. I made an appointment with my plumber the next day. Part 3: Plumber checks all piping and plumbing only to find out it was paint. Yes, paint. It wasn't rust, it was paint. I was charged $150 just to get my plumbing inspected. Part 4: I called Pacific once again to reschedule an installation day and told them about my situation. They were going to charge me $75 for the installation. This was obviously unacceptable because their "expert" told us not to proceed with the installation, only to find out it was paint. So they finally comped the $75 and went ahead with the rescheduling. Part 5: Another 6 hour window, 3pm - 6pm, once again took half the day off. 9.30pm hits and no one showed up. 10pm hits, they're obviously not coming. Angry and frustrated by now. Part 6: I called the next morning to their HQ in Dallas and a gentlemen by the name of Andrew picked up the phone. I told him about my situation and he told me he'll try his best to call their Houston store manager BreAnn to reschedule again. According to him, he can't do much because he is in Dallas. Part 7: Reschedule is done and I received a call from the Houston store. Once again, another 6 hour delivery time window, 3pm - 9pm. Once again, I took half the day off. 9.30pm hits, nothing. 10pm hits, nothing. 10.30pm hits, nothing. Part 8: Called their HQ again the morning in Dallas and spoke to Andrew. Explained the situation to him and there he goes again with his usual reasoning, "I am in Dallas, I can't do anything about it but I will try my best to call the store manager." So by now, I needed to take matters into my own hands and decided to call the store. I spoke with their store manager, BreAnn. I told BreAnn about the situation and here was the EXACT conversation we had: Me: *explains the situation* BreAnn: Ok, I'll talk to my assistant about this. I'll call you back. Me: I've tried to reschedule about 3 times now. BreAnn: Ok. I have to be in a conference call now, so I have to go. Apparently, this conference call was very important because I hope they were discussing about the situation I was going through. To cut the story short, I was put on hold for a total of 2 hours on the phone throughout the entire process, a total of 9 hours taking off work. I will not be coming back, I will be buying my high end appliances somewhere else. read more

The sales process was smooth and efficient but everything fell off a cliff after that. I bought a washer/dryer combo and a built in refrigerator for a new home. I suffered through three aborted delivery attempts where the delivery guys claimed it was impossible to carry the refrigerator up the stairs to my second level kitchen (the reason why changed every time I asked). Finally I give up in disgust and had Pacific Kitchen leave the unit in my garage. I ended up having to hire a moving company to complete the work -- who apparently can perform the impossible and simply carried the fridge right up the stairs with no drama. I then called the Pacific Kitchen delivery company back to have them complete the install as they'd said they'd do. I was first told that they did not offer installation services for the specific model I bought (despite the fact that I'd paid for installation). Then they simply did not show up for the scheduled installation appointment we'd set. By this point I no longer had the energy to keep fighting with them, after two weeks of living in my new house without a working refrigerator. I again hired a different company to finish the work that I'd paid Pacific Kitchen to perform. At every turn I was met by stonewalling staff, inconsistent stories, and flat-out lies about what they would and could do. Definitely one of the worst sales experiences I've ever encountered. If I could I also would give them a zero star rating. Their customer service is completely unprofessional. This company installed my washer and turned the machine on with the entire owners manual left inside. As you can imagine it left an awful mess that I Had to clean out because after several calls and promises to come back I never heard anything. Next, I went back into the store and was given the option to get a brand new unit but I had to pay $140 as the unit was no longer on sale. If my dad hadn't been willing to give me the money there is no way I would have agreed. We both agreed the headache needed to go away. They called me and told me they would arrive between 8-12 and then never showed up. At 630 I get a phone call saying they came by and I wasn't home and now I have to reschedule my delivery for another day and take more time off. I left the house after 6 and went around the corner, when I called them back and said I was around the corner I was told they were gone and couldn't deliver the unit tonight. In short, it's bullshit that I had to pay an additional $140 to replace a washer they they ruined. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. Also, to the Pacific Sales rep who comments on these posts to try and make the company look better, there is no way to make your company look better. I bought a dishwasher from Pacific Kitchen & Homes in BestBuy, Paramus, NJ. I have not used it for a long time. When I began to use it and pulled out the two racks, the machine began to fall. I noticed that the dishwasher was not attached to the side frame. The screws were missing. I called them, explained the problem. Their telephone is 800-304-1259. The representative finally (going away from the phone and coming back) told me that it was 13 months after the purchase and they cannot help me. I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from them at Best Buy on 1604 two years ago and bought the extended warranty. I was glad when I bought the warranty three weeks ago when the appliance quit working, however the unit has yet to be repaired. After a week and a half a guy from Appliance care came out and spent about two minutes to diagnose the problem and 20 trying to order a part. That was 9 days ago. This probably looks like a fake review after all the bad ones, but I had a great experience with Pacific. The guy who sold me my fridge, washer and dryer was named Eric Brooks and he was fantastic! He really knows his appliances, and he was very honest and helpful. After we got a quote, I went home and read all of these horrible reviews about Pacific and was really doubtful about making such large purchases with them. However, I went back because the fridge I wanted wasn't in stock anywhere else, and I expressed my concerns to Eric. He assured me that my delivery would be there on time and told me if it wasn't to call him and he would take care of things personally. Well, everything came when it was supposed to and the delivery people were nice and professional. They even called me the day before to let me know when my appliances would arrive. Maybe they read all the Yelp reviews and changed their process? Either way, I am a real customer and an avid Yelper, and I don't think they deserve all of these negative stars. Talked to manager yesterday. She said that they are really sorry for the delivery company not being able to deliver the refrigerator. She said she is going to work on fixing it and would call us back in a few minutes. An hour later, we call back and she is busy with a customer (we have gotten this every time we call). We were happy when she said that she worked a way to use the actual Best Buy truck instead of the delivery company they use. She said that the next day from 9-12 the refrigerator would be delivered. AGAIN, it is now past 12 on supposed day of delivery and we have yet to receive a call from the delivery company or Pacific Kitchen & Home. Surprise Surprise...one more day of dealing with this and one more day without a refrigerator. Just talked to another person at PK&H since the manager is not in the office today. He shows in the system that delivery is in 3 days (NOT WHAT WE OBVIOUSLY DISCUSSED). Also, apparently "the delivery company they use" is the same thing as the best buy delivery crew. I have no clue what is going on with this company. We hear a different thing every hour, every day. 2 Days Later: No call back about delivery of refrigerator, but received call this morning that they are at my house. My husband is about to go into a meeting and I am at work. I have to leave work to go to my house. They set up the fridge..finally..and to top it all off scratched my new hardwood in two places. UPDATE We contacted Allan with Consumer Relations and we were then contacted by Sarah Labbe of the Executive Resolution Center for Best Buy. She was wonderful! She was on my side and agreed that my experience had been a terrible one. She offered to remove the entire delivery and install cost and worked with the store to get my delivery rescheduled for the following Saturday. I couldn't be at the house for the delivery because of a prior commitment, but my husband stayed behind to be there. I called later to see how the install had gone and believe it or not, they DIDN'T do the install. Turns out they can't install it if the existing power is hardwired rather than a plug and apparently the microwave would have hung too low. At that point I was completely through with the whole thing and my husband and I went back to the store for a refund. They were hesitant because we didn't have the microwave with us (the delivery man took it with him). They eventually processed the return, though we had to call back back because we never received the credit. We eventually got our refund though. Sarah checked back in with me on Monday morning just to make sure install went smoothly and I told her the whole story about why it hadn't been installed. She again apologized because I explained to her that I had asked the store three times to verify they could install the microwave because I had no idea how it was done and I wasn't an electrician. She was very empathetic and offered to give us a discount off our next purchase if we decided to give them one more chance. Well that worked for me so we purchased a new oven and Sarah offered us $150 back on the purchase. The credit will be processed today and I'm very satisfied. Thank goodness for the Best Buy Resolutions Team because they saved the day. The oven install went great and I will buy from Best Buy again, just probably not Pacific Home and Kitchen. I sent this off to Pacific Sales. Our old secondary refrigerator died suddenly Friday night. We purchased a new refrigerator Friday night, and although we wanted a fridge right away, we understood there is a queue so waited expectantly for our delivery for Tuesday. The refrigerator arrived today and it sits idle, with nothing in it. 1) The hinge was not reversed, I know we talked about that. 2) It was not leveled, and when I say not leveled, it's rocking back and forth an inch (see video) 3) I don't mention this in the video, but they didn't even turn it on to test it. The service says it includes switching the hinge leveling, TESTING, and DEMONSTRATION of the new unit functionality. We got none of those. In fact, the big tag is still hanging on the inside so I expect it was plugged in but never even turned on. As far as I'm concerned, I haven't yet received a refrigerator. I called and said they needed to come back because this was unusable as is, their answer was "sorry sir, Thursday or Friday at the Earliest". I still haven't heard back on an official time but that will be a week from when I ordered it. I'd like to know when my fully paid refrigerator is going to be working. I'd also like a refund of the 69.99 delivery charge, since my expectation was a delivered, working, refrigerator and I did not get that. Now I also have to take another day away from work because it wasn't done right the first time. In the last 5 or 6 years, just in appliances, I've purchased an LG washer/dryer, a new main refrigerator, and now a new secondary refrigerator. I hate the idea of having to rethink my trust in Best Buy and Pacific Kitchen and Home, but I have NEVER seen (and I'm old, so I've seen a lot), I have NEVER seen such a crappy installation. They yelled at me for refusing the delivery because they wanted me to keep the dryer on my living room till they found another washer. Now I bet I will never see my new washer and dryer because as of today the second delivery attempt they called me to say I spoke to "one of our new sales guy who didn't know anything so he should not have promised you a washer delivery the next day". Awful experience. After a 4 man crew took a quick look and told me I needed to rip my doorframe out to have a washer dryer installed, I did. Rescheduled Only for them to send a 2 man crew which told me they couldn't install it because the hoses I bought from Pacific were too short and they needed a 4man crew... The hoses were the last of the line of excuses of why they didn't want to install it including 'you don't have valves' which took 2 seconds to prove otherwise. But they didn't have any longer hoses to sell me and couldn't wait for me to run to Home Depot to buy. I'm now back with hoses and no one has even called to reschedule. I think I'm going to need a sedative if they ever do come back to install it. read more

The other reviews are correct. This company is a joke. Ordered very expensive dishwasher. They delivered the wrong one. Said it was a mistake. Not. The one I ordered was on back order and would not come for weeks so they though they could get by sending me a different model in stock. Did they think I would not notice? Waited weeks. Repeatedly told dishwasher would be delivered on a certain day. Waited each day at the appointed time. No dishwasher. This happened several times, only to be told by the manager each time that the sales person must have made a mistake. Finally, today, the dishwasher shows up. Unfortunately the fellow sent to install it was not qualified to install it. He got part way and then decided he couldn't do it. So the company knew what kind of dishwasher it was and sent someone unqualified anyway? I was then assured a certified installer would come by in the next hour to install it. It is now several hours later. Old dishwasher in middle of my dining room. New dishwasher unconnected but blocking entrance to kitchen. DISASTER. NEVER EVER do business with these people. read more

Wait until 3PM nobody show up nor call. For the next 3 hours I called back 4 times and every time were transferred to different departments and the problems are not resolved. And finally a customer service gave me the explanations "One associate accidentally cancel the delivery order this morning. I can reschedule for Saturday, another 4 hours block." I recently purchased several appliances from Pacific Kitchen & Home. One of the items was an LG dryer which ended up not working upon installation (the power would not stay on). A technician came to diagnose the problem and it turns out that the interface board of the dryer was not functional. I called the store to request a replacement. I left several messages for the store manager to which I never received a response. After calling the store for two days and being put on hold for very long periods of time, I finally reached a store manager. They informed me that this particular dryer was discontinued by LG and that they did not have any more units to replace ours with. I was left with the options to either have our brand new dryer repaired, pay the difference to upgrade to a the next LG model, or wait for the new series of LG dryers to come out to replace this one with. I was actually told that "this is the risk you get with buying electronic products". In my opinion, it is unacceptable to need repairs on a brand new product (unused) or have to pay money for a replacement because the store no longer carries the dryer that was just purchased. Having been extremely frustrated with the customer service provided by the store, I have tried reaching out to Pacific's corporate customer service via email (customercare@pacificsales.com and consumerrelations@pacificsales.com) and phone. My emails have not gotten any responses and the customer service representative whom I spoke to on the phone just told me that the store which I purchased my dryer "wouldn't budge". At this point, Pacific has told me that I will need to wait to hear a response from the Texas district manager.... It has now been over a week and I still stuck with a broken dryer. Bought all new kitchen appliances from Best Buy and got them install within 3 day of the purchase. I was told I would get a phone call the night before to confirm delivery time but got no call, the only call I got was from the installer 30 min. before they showed up. Installation I thought went pretty quick and done correctly but when the installer left I start looking everything over and found the microwave an stove were not installed correctly. I call to try and get someone back out to take care of the improper install and was told someone would be calling me back within a few hours and I'm still waiting and it's been 2 weeks. I finally decided to call back to see who has dropped the ball, I never got the answer I was looking. I got a new date for someone to come back out to fix everything so we wait and see if someone calls or even comes out (will be waiting 5 more days). After initially shopping at Ferguson's Plumbing and finding their staff very unreliable and their prices high we checked their online company build.com and found prices more reasonable and including free delivery. As a final comparison, we visited the Pacific Sales shop at the Galleria Best Buy location as we had actually purchased a large amount of plumbing fixtures some 5 years ago from them for a previous home remodel. Purchased a nice new stove/oven from Best Buy, had it delivered and installed by Pacific Kitchen and Home, and everything seemed great. Except for the faint smell of gas. We were told, "don't worry, that smell will go away after using the stove a few times, it's just residual gas." Something along those lines. Fast forward a few weeks, luckily with no gas explosions or fires, and the smell is getting stronger. We call the local gas company, tell them what's going on, they immediately send someone over to check the gas levels in our home. The guy determines the gas levels are unsafe and he considers it a hazard. He also let us know there is a gas leak, most likely from the installers of our new stove. He turns off our gas and says we must contact the installers to come fix the problem. After feeling a little irritated we call Pacific Kitchen & Home to come fix the issue they caused, and were told they can't come out for another week. That sucks, no gas for a week. After hearing our gas was shut off until the problem is fixed, they basically said: Tough luck, we can't fix it for another week. Bottom Line: Don't buy your appliances from Best Buy, because then you'll have to deal with Pacific Kitchen & Home. read more

Latest we have now been told the warranty company does not service our area and has offered a partial refund for the damaged nonworking appliance. read more

I recently purchased a complete shower valve assembly. It's a high end type product so it was not cheap. The sales rep was wonderful, but my overall experience with Pacific was disappointing. It took 4 weeks to get my shower valves and stuff. That's crazy. 1 maybe 2 weeks from time of purchased to received would have been acceptable. . read more

My refrigerator broke so I purchased a new fridge at Pacific last Thursday; it still has not been delivered, hundred of dollars worth of groceries/food has spoiled since then and they have not done one thing to compensate for it. No customer service and they all lie! This has been a disaster! First we were told that black friday prices would not be lower for the refrigerator we wanted (the price went down $300). Then we were told we would be credited. Not.Ever.Happening. During black friday sale, purchased dishwasher, under cabinet fridge, and range. Told that all was in stock and would be held for our delivery. Ordered delivery. Came without the range. Says it is back ordered. No warning, no call. Old range already out of kitchen. Holidays coming. Guests. Not in stock for another month. Over a period of a week, no one ever returned a call. Finally we are getting a substitute of a less-well reviewed range at same price point, but they are doing us a favor to substitute it at the same price (because not on sale any more). Run--buy from anyone but these guys. Would have given no star but not sure that's an option. read more

We ordered a sink that came in a horrible finish. Both our contractor and our decorator said it must be wrong and that they have never seen such a finish. We can't use it and are buying a different one NOT from Pacific. The sales guy was nice but his hands were tied and the manager was horrible. Since we signed a paper that it is not returnable they don't care and won't work with us. They haven't even replied to our emails. We will not be shopping there again or recommending it to anyone. There was very very long lead time on most items and they didn't let us know until a month after we placed the orders. It set us all behind. Often when we went in there was no one who could help us in the plumbing section. Very disappointing. read more

I just purchased a washing machine on Sunday. I was told it would be delivered on Tuesday. I am having surgery in 9 days...wanting to replace my broken washer before this....and I'm working Monday through Saturday. Monday, as I was leaving work I get a robo call saying the machine would be delivered the next day between 10 and 2. As soon as I got home I called to reschedule the time. After waiting on hold for 20 - 30 minutes I am told, that is the time and we will not change it. I pleaded with the person saying that I work and can not take time off because of pending cancer surgery. She said she couldn't do anything about it but would reschedule it for Saturday. I hung up the phone in disbelief. i have to work on Saturday. So... this is just not going to work for me. I called the store and told them I wanted to cancel my order. I was told the manager was not in and I wasn't ALLOWED to cancel the order. Brianne was at a conference . they would make a copy of my order and she would call me back. When they looked the order up it said they were delivering it on Wednesday. I said...no it are is not ......it was first Tuesday and then changed to Saturday. I said i don't know anything about a Wednesday delivery. the first person at the store i talked to changed it . Brianne Bowers has not called, I have left 2 messages. These people are TERRIBLE. I would give them a zero star score if I could. read more

The people there are so incredibly rude and useless. They avoid eye contact to prevent you from approaching them. I have been a few times and the people at the counter where you pay always make me wait way too long, or just are hidden. I ordered a refrigerator, it was supposed to be delivered between 4 and 8 PM and they arrived at 11:30 PM !! The refrigerator had a broken part so they went back with it. It was supposed to be redelivered a few days later between 12 and 4 PM. I spent all day waiting. I got a phone call around 6 PM (already 6 hours late) today it was going to be delivered as late as 9 PM. It never arrived and they didn't even bother to call me. I called to cancel it and request a refund, which they processed, but they didn't even bother to apologize or offer me any kind of compensation. What a disgrace of service. read more
