We bought a range for our duplex and had great service from Manny but the results went down from him. Best Buy owns them and set the delivery schedule. I went into great detail for the delivery so my tenant would be ready and happy! I gave them her phone number and email and they continued to contact me!! Day of delivery and they contact me not her and show up an hour and a half early!! Then they did not protect the floor and scratches the linoleum in deep cuts! We had a complicated issue with a new home we just purchased. The range, the builder installed, was the wrong size. Who ever designed the kitchen was terrible! The dishwasher door would not open all the way because it would hit the range oven door. We went to Lowe's and Home Depot. We were stuck! Until we went to Pacific Sales and met Manny Jordan! He was diligent in his effort to help us. Manny worked tirelessly measuring and searching the many products on the floor and in the computer system. He found two ranges he thought could work. Manny then arranged for a Pacific Sales installer to come to our home to see which of the two ranges would work. I don't usually leave reviews, but after meeting Luna, I feel like the world needs to know about this insanely amazing human being. I walked into Pacific Sales looking for a new refrigerator... and somehow ended up having one of the best customer service experiences of my entire life. Not only did Luna help me pick out the perfect fridge -- explaining every feature like she was unveiling a masterpiece -- she also went above and beyond in ways I did not expect. At one point, I accidentally got a small cut on my hand (totally my fault -- I'm clumsy ), and Luna literally applied a bandage for me like some kind of retail guardian angel. She even noticed how dry my hands were and put lotion on them, which was a little awkward but honestly she was so sweet that I couldn't help but appreciate it. I'm convinced she's part nurse, part product expert, and part fairy godmother. She's kind, incredibly helpful, hilarious, and radiates nothing but positive vibes.
