Had an issue where my subs went out and amp was not getting power some how . Took it in on a Sunday to see if I can find out the issue . Was helped by Andy right away was able to troubleshoot the problem for me quick and had me out within 10 minutes fast easy service really great shop . Horrible customer service they installed a sub and amp ram power cord through a firewall rubber where the sunroof drains with recent rain it flooded the front and back floor boards took it in thinking they would reroute it the proper way where there is a oem unused rubber boot but no they filled the boot where they ran it originally with silicon so I cleaned it up because it looked awful and they put a stupid plastic cover on the power wire where water would've still kept running through even with all the silicon they put guys are lazy and the owner just blows you off they just want your money don't care about the customer DONT GO HERE they charge so much for labor just to do a half assed job read more

I've been a patron of their business for over 20 years. They do good work, but the employees have bad customer service. I've continued to give them my business because prices were reasonable. In 2022 I brought 2 cars to be tinted. A 2021 Mercedes C43 AMG, and a 2022 Mercedes GLS 450. Both ran about 250. I recently got a 2024 Mercedes GLS thinking the price would be close to the same. They quoted me 450. I asked why so much when I got a car tinted for much less 2 years ago. He replies with an attitude, "Well that was 2 years ago, and there's been a recession. I assure this is a great price." I replied, I'll call around. He immediately just hangs up. I call one place and they quote me 220.... in the end, between the lack of customer service and now price gouging I won't be patronizing this business anymore. I came in to replace my old head unit and was helped by a salesman who would not allow me to go to a certain section of the retail store sales floor because a manager was taking a "tax call" on the *sales floor* Mind you, I did not ask to go behind the counter. I simply asked to see the 2 head units I was comparing side to side. So I asked him to compromise and bring the boxes to me to compare and I was told "I really don't want to go to that section". What kind of retail store operates like this? Makes me question what type of "tax call" this was all about. DO NOT go here. I had gotten some sub woofers installed here along with an AMP and the salesman told me they would put the AMP in the trunk. When I got my car back, the amp was under my passenger seat. I didn't mind at first I was pretty optimistic thinking maybe it didn't fit in the trunk or whatnot. But after like 5 months of having it installed, a passenger tried to put the seat back and it was making a screeching noise. I looked under the seat and there was no clearance for the fan ( I have heated and ventilated seats). The amp was sandwiched with the fan and the fan came off its bracket. Didn't happen to my driver side fan so the only problem was coming from the AMP no question. So I called Pacific Stereo and the guy told me since it has been past 60 days or whatever their policy is, I'd have to pay for them to move the amp. So I do not recommend bringing any vehicle here. Absolutely crazy how they played me like that. First I'm told my amp will go one place, it goes another, then when the amp is obstructing for my seat to move, I HAVE TO pay to fix that problem. All I wanted was a simple AMP relocation since I was told it was going somewhere else but where THEY decided to put it somewhere else. read more

I had took my wife's ford edge to get a stereo and paid almost 900 dollars only to have to go back 3 times for faulty equipment or terrible installation skills or could be lack of audio experience. Anywho in my opinion if I had taken my g37 to get the same work they probably wouldn't have dropped the ball to have it picked up and scored by the other team fail. Been a customer since '06.
