Pacific Table in Las Colinas was a great choice for my colleagues and I to go to for dinner. They offer a well rounded menu where even the pickiest of eaters can find something. We ordered several appetizers. Each one was better than the next. Fried Calamari, Grilled Artichokes, and Sushi. For dinner the short ribs would be my recommendation. A red wine sauce with horseradish cream was a perfect combination. Vegetables compliment the meal perfectly. While the amount was enough for me it may not be for a bigger eater. The restaurant was really nice. It located on the edge of the man made lake. You can sit outside if you prefer but we choose to sit inside because we liked the atmosphere. This seafood restaurant offers a superior dining experience. We visited with a coterie of travel writers all of whom were in town for a conference. The restaurant was teaming with patrons. The staff was busy swirling around one another carrying trays and bottles. But service did not suffer. In fact, if anything, if appearances are an indicator, the demand for service seemed to "up the game" of the staff who arose to the occasion to meet all challenges with grace and aplomb. Came in last Saturday for a late lunch early dinner. We got three oysters to start. All were tasty and fresh with two options to choose from. I got the squid ink risotto with scallop special. The risotto was delicious the scallops would've been better if they had a sear on them. Because they didn't the texture was a little off putting. My boyfriend got the pan fried fish which was delicious!! The food took about 35 minutes to come out. It was long for the time of day but I was enjoying the view and we were chatting. By the time the food came out the server apologized for the wait time. By the end of the meal he said the check was taken care of which was so kind of the management! I had a great experience here. I had raw oysters, fried oysters, salmon and creme brulee. Everything was fantastic, but the fried oysters stood out to me the most. They were delicious! I really like the creme brulee too. Our waiter, John, was fantastic! He had great recommendations and knew the menu like the back of his hand. The restaurant has a very nice ambiance. We arrived early enough to have our choice of seating, this is a popular place for lunch; within minutes it was packed. Bring a flashlight. Bring seat booster. I am young and have very good vision and for me to not able to see the menu was very frustrating. Also, try NOT to be seated in a booth unless you are over 6 foot tall. As soon as you sit, the seats sink you about 6 inches and it feels like you're a toddler eating at eye level. Our waiter, not sure what his name was, was quite forgetful of things. He was a very tall african american fella. He forgot to bring the soy sauce with our sushi and never came by for us to ask so we just ate it plain. He forgot a coffee we asked for at the end. He forgot to get us our individual check because we came with a big group and ordered something separately. It wasn't even that busy so not sure what happened. The food however was 5/5. This evening I met my best friend and his soon to be wife for a late lunch/early dinner. As they are in town for the weekend, I wanted to show them what I considered to be what is one of DFW's most scenic restaurants. Sitting right atop of Lake Carolyn's beautiful waterfront, Pacific Table has a beautiful and inviting ambiance. The hostess was absolutely lovely, professional, and attentive. Without a reservation we were sat quickly. The service was excellent. Louis was ultra professional. He demonstrated an excellent demeanor, knowledge of the menu, and candor that were reminiscent of some of the places I used to be a GM of. Places that were 3X more the price. Excellent service. Post dinner, the bar service has been incredible. Zoey and Julia, demonstrate professionalism, are quick on their feet, and an uncanny ability to multitask. The bar is excellent, and no wonder it's "full." Anyone looking for an excellent dining experience in Las Colinas, should come here. Went for brunch later in the day. First, the ambiance and the outdoor scenery is awesome. Once it cools down a bit I can see the patio being jam packed because of the view. Inside is nice and modern and very airy. When I sat down I was a bit disappointed because there were crumbs on the booth seat and strands of hair. I have long hair myself, and shed too but it was an indicator that the booth wasn't cleaned off thoroughly. We started with a mimosa carafe which felt like a higher juice to champagne ratio. We made a request to for less juice and was accommodated. Appreciated that. I preferred the grapefruit over the orange. Ordered the crab Benedict which was a feature not listed on the menu. Hands down my go to brunch entree. I'm not sure if I assumed it was going to be a crab cake but it came topped with crab. It wasn't a ton of crab which was disappointing. Everything else was fine, sauce was great, swapped potatoes for fries which had hints of rosemary. Overall okay, maybe if closer I'd give it another try for the cocktails. read more

I went to Pacific Table on 12/14/25 for the first time ever and I was thoroughly impressed! I'm from out of state so I didn't know what to expect. Our server, Ian was incredibly kind and made sure to make time for us despite the fact that he was training someone. Maggie was very sweet, very funny, and removed trash from our table as needed. Arlette was also very kind. Emmanuel even stopped by our table and gave a great sushi recommendation that I ended up loving. I like the variety of different menu items that allows guests to find something that they would like. I've had some of the seafood dishes as well as a chicken sandwich. We were seated on the patio overlooking a body of water that surrounds this development, which contains a mix of commercial and residential buildings. Everything here looks like it was freshly built so this feels like a new whole new community. I went with the Blackened Ribeye(grilled over hardwood and topped with bourbon worcestershire). I also ordered a side of Grilled Brussels Sprouts. The ribeye was juicy, tender, and satisfying. I also like the Brussels Sprouts. Not overly hard or too soft, with good flavor consistency. Our waitress was friendly and accomodating. The staff was quick to act and our group had a great time on this mildly warm evening. This is a great spot for group gatherings with good food. Mrs and I had late lunch here today while waiting on the kiddos who were at the convention center. Arrived @ 2:45pm and sat immediately. Server was excellent, but alas I have forgotten his name. He knew the menu very well, was very polite, efficient, personable, knew how to pre-bus a table and made good recommendations. We ordered the fabulous shrimp cocktail as an appetizer. 6 huge shrimps cooked just right and sauces on the side, all served on a large crushed ice plate. Then we had the pan fried lemon sole and the chef special (grilled redfish in a creole sauce), with some great ice tea. Also had one expresso martini. All the food was great, well presented, fresh and cooked perfectly. Very nice impromptu lunch today. We will be back. read more

It was my first time at Pacific Table & I really enjoyed my time. I ordered the Cedar Plank Salmon, a side of brussels sprouts and a diet coke. My food was delicious. The salmon was full of flavor and literally melted in my mouth. The service was great as well. My server in particular was very friendly and welcoming! It made my night how she brought me a to-go drink. I didn't ask for it but the fact that it was brought out for me was really nice. I sat inside and was able to enjoy the view of the lake. I left in good spirits and with a full belly. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable for me were the seats. I was seated at one of the booths near the front entrance, and the seat felt really low & odd. It wasn't unbearable, just noticeably uncomfortable. If I had any expectations going in, which I don't think I did, Pacific Table exceeded them! I'm not a seafood connoisseur but I've visited the Las Colinas location with one, and they only had great things to say about their food! Apart from the bugs, I loved everything about the dining experience at Pacific Table. (and who could really blame those flies, mostly near the window, for wanting a piece of the action? It could've been worse) I was not only caught up in the overall ambiance from dining on their patio near Lake Carolyn both visits, but the food was also top notch! The service indeed matched! Our server Gabby was awesome. I hope I get her again. They seem to have floor managers also covering ground to ensure all needs are met. I had the miso salmon on one occasion, grilled to perfection, and the herb almond crusted halibut on another. If you have the option, I recommend the sides of mashed potatoes and creamy spinach, but either way you can't go wrong at this place. Please, if anything, try the Pacific Dip for starters! Best decision of the night! It is made with trout, cream, cheese, and whatever other amazingness, served with toasted pieces of sourdough bread & slices of avocado. The beverages did not disappoint much either, but may have been bottom of the list compared to the impressive food, service & scenery. Drinks were my least favorite but still ok. On both visits I did have reservations, and left full & happy. There are some brunch/lunch items worth checking out that I have not yet experienced. I also have not been to the FW location. However, I do look forward to returning to Pacific Table Las Colinas. That retail area offers a number of great dining options, and this is absolutely one of them! read more

My husband and I had been wanting to try this newer restaurant and decided to go since the weather was so nice. We sat outside overlooking Lake Carolyn- such a beautiful view! The service was excellent and attentive. We started with the Pacific Dip, served with grilled bread. I was expecting a hot dip, but it was served cold. It was just ok and I wouldn't order it again. My husband chose the Ahi tuna salad. The quickly seared Ahi was delicious and he gobbled it up happily. I opted for the Arctic Char. The fish was beautifully cooked and so good! After reading reviews, I splurged and had a side of french fries. I honestly found these quite boring. It reminded me of Steak N Shake fries with some fresh rosemary thrown on top. I was so happy to be able to have sushi on this work trip! Our waiter, Mike was amazing and truly helpful. (And gorgeous) and even offered us drinks to go! We got the shishito peppers to share and I had the tuna with avocado over sticky rice and my lunch ate had the orange chicken bowl. All was delicious.
