Unfortunately had a flat on the side of the freeway on the way to work. The emergency freeway services were great but couldn't solve my issue. Enter Josh from Pacific Towing. Much like my previous experiences with the awesome John (shout out again to that dude!), Josh was quick to show up, super friendly, knowledgeable, 100% able to identify and handle my problem right away, and he went above and beyond by making sure my other tires were full and suggested an alignment (which I needed AND that identified a worse problem)! These guys really know their stuff! They are always so kind and friendly, they make you feel like they really do care and, ultimately, when you're in such a helpless situation, isn't that what you really want? Like registration or unpaid tickets. and had to pay as much as I did to recover THEIR personal property. Towing companies and cities who use them to take poor peoples property are THIEVES. Period. I had call AAA and they contacted this towing company at 7pm say truck will be they at 820pm i wait until 835pm i call aaa again to see what going on and they say i have to wait because they doing a call for hwy patrol. They couldn't give me any info how long. 1030 still haven't heard from anyone. I blame aaa and this towing company. I have a premier member and this how they treat they customers. Today I called AAA at 8:28 to request a flat bed tow and told me that it would arrive at 10:10am due to being a special request. I had no problem and understand the extended time wait. What I was bothered by was the fact that my tow never arrived after waiting for 2 1/2 hrs and I never received a courtesy call from Pacific Towing because I found out they rejected my call for service all because I was sending my truck to LA and not nearby in the Anaheim area. Complete idiots and extremely unprofessional. They called me "on behalf of AAA" to clarify the type of tow truck that was required. The first representative was quite rude and had her information all wrong. This was the second time they screwed up, so I called back and asked to cancel the tow and the idiot that answered the call "Tango", yelled some nonsense out and then just hung up the phone. Never experienced such foolishness, so I called back and offered to provide the address so his co-worker wouldn't end up driving out to meet me with a truck. Pacific Towing was contracted by AAA to have my car towed to the dealer. The driver showed up already with an attitude when we told him that we had requested a dolly tow. His first response was that he just started his shift and didn't know anything about it. The driver didn't wear a mask per California State Law. I was wearing one. Then the driver was in our car without a mask trying to start it. In the meanwhile I placed a complaint with AAA about the driver not wearing a mask. When I got to the dealer and he showed up afterwards he had even more of an attitude because we did call AAA and let them know he was not wearing a mask. I then called Pacific Towing and I got a gentleman on the phone that was no help and said I'll have to talk to the driver. He then told that I have already complained to AAA and to let it go. My rating is for John a tow truck driver, AAA flaked on us for almost 2 hours , we had a flat called in to AAA at 4:45 pm it was given to dispatch at Pacific towing that person shift ended and left us hanging after telling us help would be to us before 6:15 , so by 6:31 no help called John he came I wasn't happy by then he was friendly, helpful and understanding , he went over the top to help us even tried to locate a tire place. I wanted to give zero stars, but that's not an option. Never used Pacific Tow, never will. Will be calling AAA to suggest they cancel their contract with them, especially after reading other reviews here. 1:30 AM. We live in a townhouse. I had FINALLY gone to sleep only to be awakened by a flatbed tow truck under my bedroom window. Not happy. So I went down to the parking lot to talk to the driver. Instantly, he copped an attitude and tells me, "I'm Triple A." I asked him why he was dropping the car here at this ungodly time. I get that people break down and need a tow, but this guy was making excessive noise, (which got louder after I went down to talk to him) dragging the chains across the bed of the truck... he asked me to imagine if I had broken down..... I told him that I would have not pulled into the parking lot here but would have unloaded the vehicle on the street. The funny thing is this, if the driver had just apologized for the noise, tried to be a bit quieter, instead of increasing the level of noise, I probably wouldn't be writing this review. After reading other reviews, I'm prone to think that a bad attitude is a job requirement. read more

Pacific Towing was contracted by Safeco Roadside to tow my vehicle. Safeco relayed my message from my initial call that the parking garage clearance was just over 8 feet tall. The tow company sent a truck that supposedly requires 15 feet of clearance, and it was over 30 minutes late. Not only did I have to call a different service, but the only concern from both times I talked to dispatch was that I should "press 1 to get rid of the automated calls," which would have told Safeco Roadside that Pacific Towing would have already arrived, way ahead of schedule, and long before the delayed arrival time. This simply was not the case. A point of advice to Pacific Towing: Take care of your customers properly first, then worry about your reporting numbers after. You're not fooling anyone, and it's frankly disrespectful that you even try. read more

If you've ever had your car towed you know how much it sucks and how angry/upset you could be over it. My wife and I had gone through hell the day we found out her car had been towed that same day. Both of us battling food poisoning and having to stick that out all while flying 10 hours from London was absolutely miserating, coming home to no car was just what the doctor ordered. But, I can't praise the staff enough at Pacific Towing for working with us every step of the way. They truly wanted this process to be as smooth as possible. I was so impressed with how they treated us. We've been towed before by another company and if Pacific Towing could train those guys I bet their Yelp reviews wouldn't be so negative. These people were awful. They were rude and made for a difficult experience after I was rear ended and my car was towed to their lot. They gave me a bunch of runaround about retrieving my personal items from my car. They also were difficult to work with according to my insurance adjuster who was told he was not allowed to take pictures during the appraisal. But after I hit a high curb in a parking garage and my wheel casing came off triple A sent out Taylor to tow my cmax and he was so kind and skilled. Towed the car out of a. Arrow parking garage without a problem, after letting me know I really didn't need a body shop but just a replacement of the tire and wheel casement. Nick, when I called to talk to you about your driver overcharging me and refusing my payment for calling AAA about the unfair rate increase, then ordered your employee to take my car to your lot against my will even when I agreed to pay the unfair 292.60 because of your issues with the towing company I picked to have my car towed to. I tried to talk to you and work this out between the two of us, but apparently you think it's ok to overcharge me because I picked a rival tow yard who told your driver he's overcharging me. The videos of your driver refusing my payment because I had no choice and still trying to take my car will be provided to AAA.
