I was in Pismo and was having a great time, Me and my friends decide we want to go to the outlets and it would be so fun. We start off strong and go to Pacsun, we get in and think wow these deals are great!! wrong... everything is mixed around, they have wrong prices on tags from "different stores" and trying to make me pay double?? Not only that the Lady was SOOOO rude with all the tattoos, she seems like she hates her job and everyone that comes in. I've never had such an unpleasant experience in Pacsun and im really sad that this was my experience, I won't get them wrong it's a big store but all the excluded and clearance are mixed up, if I wanted to pay full price I wouldn't go to an outlet. Would like to add that the guy there was super chill and was nice. read more

I will never again shop at this location. I was in the dressing room with my 2 kids and a baby in a stroller the worker Christopher was banging on the door telling me 1 person only in the room I said they are my kids with me he said they need to stand outside the room. I put my clothes back on so fast and walked to the register and asked who banged on my door and Christopher said me, I told him those were my kids with me what am I suppose to do while I'm trying on clothes he said they need to stand outside the door, mind you my kids are under 6 years old. He then proceeded to tell me I shouldn't be shopping if I have kids and no one to watch them while in the fitting room. He clearly doesn't have kids because he would never tell this to someone who does if he did. I then told the other worker vandy about her coworker and she said I don't need to be yelling at her associate as other customers are confronting them saying they can't believe that he really had the nerve to bang on the door and tell me my kids need to wait outside the door. For even thinking it's okay to bang on the door and tell me my kids need to wait outside or I shouldn't be shopping with them it's harassment. They then said it's a safety hazard to have a stroller in the dressing room I said why he said because I can put their items in the stroller so not only did he offend me by telling me I can't shop with kids he also then basically accused me of stealing so I opened up my car seat and showed him my sleeping baby. When corporate opens up tomorrow I will make sure they are aware of this and I will contact all the higher ups as far as I can go because I won't let them treat another person like this. read more

I wish I had read the reviews before going. Was really looking forward to visiting this store with my grandson. After finding a plain black hoodie that fit him, priced at $46, I was charged $54.95. The manager said even thought the price tag showed $46, she said they just hadn't gotten to the rack to change the price AND the larger amount was what it was selling for. Terrible way to do business!! It'll be a very long time before I ever go back, if I ever do!! read more

Pac Sun has never been a store I go to shop at, but this particular Pac Sun has changed my opinion about it! I went during a sale time and their clearance items were an additional 70% off when you buy two or more items. I ended up buying 15 items with the most expensive item being a nice warm sweater for $6. Everything else was from $2-5 and I got some really nice quality dresses that are super cute for $4.50. Everything I bought was pretty good quality and they have a ton of really cute styles. They had about 4 clearance racks for women and about 2 racks for the men. My boyfriend found a really nice jacket that retailed for over $80 on sale for $21. With both ended up finding some pretty good deals and left very pleased! There was only 4 dressing rooms though, so if you go during a crowded sale time, you might end up having to wait a long time for a fitting room. read more

I don't even really like their clothes besides the pants. But this 1 star is for their return policy. I returned $82 worth of stuff about 3 weeks ago and I never got the money back on my card. I've been emailing them back and forth for about a week and a half. They keep telling me the same exact thing. "Please allow us 1-8 business hours (not days) to reply." And nobody ever contacts me with anything that resolves why I'm still waiting for my money to be back on my card 3 weeks later. It's so frustrating. read more

After I got home I noticed that the alarm thing was still attached to my jeans. I tried calling Pacsun, but only after 7 calls did anyone pick up. The women was very distracted as if she didn't care about what I was saying. She didn't even offer to help me solve my problem. I live 25 minutes away and the only thing she said was that I would have to come in and have someone there help me. The staff there was very limited and didn't even offer to help carry my clothes. terrible people working there, acted like they didn't care about their customers and definitely made my experience worse. read more

Clearance racks are okay. Everythig else is a little pricey

THE PACSUN EMPLOYEES ARE HORRIBLE. We waited outside for an employee to come let us in as per sign. They ignored us after knocking many times and looked at us then shook their head. Store hours were not posted on door, instead of coming to the door to explain like a decent human being they just yelled were closed. I had the wonderful pleasure of stopping by pacsun this evening and was greeted by very happy and polite employees. They let me know about this AMAZING sale going on, and as much as I love saving money, their customer service left me with an even better lasting impression. Specifically Victoria, who's working there just for the season, was so kind and without a doubt made my night! She helped me save some money, was very personable, and made me feel so welcome and valued as a customer. It sounds cheesy but she truly had my best interest at heart! Decent store. Well laid out. Odd styles... definitely for the under 20 crowd. Some good sales. Salespeople that follow you around. I never find anything in here worth buying that I can't find cheaper at say, Kohls. read more

I have been shopping at this PacSun frequcenty for about 5 years. I started becoming familar with the store when I began tagging along with my elder cousin when she would go shopping. She is 6 years older than me, so you can imagine she has been shopping there for a longer period of time and she is really fond of PacSun. As you can most likely sense, I am absolutely confidant with the store. If you apprciate fine quality clothes, and clean enviornments inside and out, your next shopping destiny should be PacSun. With friendly employee making you feel welcomed, PacSun is the go to store. The variety of sections in the store is amazing, from formal to informal accessories, fashion forward shoes,excellent jeans, cozy in style jackets, and trendy shirts. You could be depressed, stressed but at least you know you are well dressed. Not everyone is able to buy a pair of socks for 200 dollars, PacSun acquires great economic clothing for a great price that meets great to your style needs. It's completely fine if you like outrageously wasting your money for a piece of clothing.
