It feels less like a typical coffee stop and more like part of the overall hotel experience. What really stands out is the attention to detail. The syrups are made in-house, and you can taste the difference--nothing overly sweet or artificial, just well-balanced flavors that elevate the drinks. The menu is impressively versatile too, with plenty of options whether you're in the mood for coffee, tea, or something more substantial. Speaking of which, the veggie flatbread was a highlight. Fresh, and thoughtfully put together with seasonal vegetables and a delicious goat cheese that tied everything together without overpowering it. Add in genuinely great customer service, and you've got a spot that's worth lingering in, not just grabbing and going. If you're visiting 21c (or even if you're not), Good Press is absolutely worth a stop.

When walking into the building the coffee shop is to your right away from the art pieces you get glued to! I ordered the iced HONEY BEE LATTE and it was incredible. By far one of my favorite coffees I have had in awhile. The service was great and quick service. Overall, the best part is walking around the art museum after receiving my coffee. The lounge artwork and couches were also a nice touch!

The old jail cells turned into seating areas are super cool and give it a vibe you don't really get anywhere else. Coffee was not bad. Not overly experimental, but definitely reliable and enjoyable. I've been to a lot of cafés where the atmosphere outshines the drinks, and this is kind of that situation, but the quality still holds up well enough that you're not just coming here for the aesthetic. Service was friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe is relaxed but still lively. It's a great place to work, read, or just hang out for a while. They also allow dogs! Compared to other spots I've been to, Antagonist really wins on character and atmosphere. It doesn't quite reach "destination coffee" level in terms of complexity or standout drinks, but it absolutely delivers a memorable experience. The cafe itself does not have any food other than pastries but it's connected to a board game cafe so if you want to get a quick bite, it's right next door!

The space has a unique vibe that makes you want to linger over a cup of coffee and soak it all in. The staff was friendly and attentive, and I was impressed by how quickly our food arrived. Even better, everything was delicious. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the coffee was good too. This is exactly what you'd hope for from a neighborhood café. This is the kind of place that gives a neighborhood its personality. Great food, great coffee, great service, and a fantastic ambiance. If you're exploring Cherokee Street or just looking for a relaxing spot for breakfast or brunch, I highly recommend The Mud House. It's a gem in one of St. Louis' most charming neighborhoods.

It's always more being greeted with a smile and a "good morning!" The food: they have the best blueberry muffins I've had in my entire life! Seriously! If i could eat them everyday without gaining an ounce, I would. Since I can't, I've opted to try their breakfast sandwiches and as of late, their breakfast bowls. When it comes to sandwiches, my usual go-to is the California, which comes with your choice of bread(get it on the Hawaiian- TRUST ME), avocado, egg, cheddar cheese and bacon. I gave up pork a while ago, so I get mine without. As for the bowls, I sort of create my own. I get the sandwich version of the California but I add spinach. They're both so good. I've tried their soup and salad combo, which doesn't disappoint either! No matter what the day is, I've never had to wait for a long time. I certainly appreciate them being so thorough and efficient with the orders and timeliness. The place is quite large and there's ample seating, which makes a difference since we're in the post Covid era. If you're looking to try some place new, don't walk, RUN! This place is legit!

The logo, signage, and decor inside is a bit dated, but the rave reviews speak for themselves. The service here is very friendly and fast. I decided to take to go, but there are quite a few tables here and lots of breakfast and lunch options made to order or ready to go. I ordered a ham, cheese, and egg breakfast sandwich on gluten free bread, and unfortunately, I realized after I had left for takeout that they forgot the egg and hadn't toasted the bread. I ended up with a ham and cheese sandwich, which was still good but missing some key breakfast elements!
