The tomato sauce was probably the biggest letdown it tasted like straight tomato base with very little seasoning. It wasn't bad, just kind of flat and lacking that garlic/herb punch you expect from a standout slice. Topping options (especially for slices) felt limited. If you're walking in hoping for variety or something creative, it's pretty basic. Yelp reviews apparently shit on the previous owners but rest assured the new management of this shop have changed things up and care about the business. I got two slices of different cuts to sample two types of their pizza and let me tell you it was on point! Anyone can slap cheese on dough but what makes amazing pizza is the sauce. The sauce is the star of any pizza so if it's flavorful the pizza is going to be clutch. The regular slice was really good but the square Sicilian slice which I realized after I gobbled it up is actually a grandma pie. I had heard of the grandma pie but never had it and OMG they make it insanely good here. The ambience is simple with plenty of seating. The main shop has about 3-4 tables for eating in but they do have a large area of seating (further into shop) if business was bursting at the seams which I hope is the case for them because speaking with the new owners they certainly are demonstrating they care about their shop and customer feedback. read more

Placed an order for pick up, large pepperoni with half onions. It smelled so good, that it took all my will power not to eat a slice in the car. I swear the pizza taste better here than home .... must be the water! The toppings were super fresh and flavorful. Love the thinner crust and that sauce! Still tasted amazing for breakfast the next day...warm or cold! The place itself is small, just a few tables for people eating in, they do sell slices too. But as I waited in line to pay it seemed like everyone was getting their order to go. Service was fast and friendly, giving us napkins and plates. A few slices even made their way back home to Rochester, they were quickly devoured too :) Only complaint... they don't deliver to my house. read more

i came in and ordered two Sicilian pizza for lunch, they were immediately heated and severed. quick service, but got to say they are pretty quite there, but i do notice they very quick to clean which is +. the slices had a decent amount of sauce, the cheese was toasted well with burnt spots, crust was warmed and not doughy or burnt black. overall great slices of pizza. read more

Got pizza from here the other night, once I got it home it was cold mind you I live 5 mins away. For fresh hot pizza it was neither. The pizza tasted like it was cooked the morning of and that they just threw pineapple on it and heated it up. The cheese was gross, it didn't even look fresh, the crust tasted like cardboard. I went here Friday night with my son. We ordered an appetizer and a pizza. When I got the bill, the prices were different than what was on the menu. I'm a single mother and money is tight so I questioned it, he said that they were old menus and the prices were correct on the bill. I told him that wasn't right and that he should adjust my bill to the menu price. He blatantly refused with such an attitude!! Pizza is good. Wraps are Great! I ordered a Chicken bacon ranch wrap and the thing was loaded with fried chicken pieces and bacon. Ridiculously slow delivery and bad attitude! We decided to try Paesano's based on a coupon we received in the mail, and ordered a single pizza and salad at 5:30pm. We called at 6:30 to check on its status, since we had hungry children waiting to eat, and were told that they were very busy but our order was the "next one out". At 7:00 we called again and were told "it was on its way", and the guy we talked to was not concerned about how unacceptable this time frame was. At 7:15 we called to cancel the order and my husband drove down to Pasquale's to pick up a few slices so we could feed the kids and get them into bed already. I give this restaurant two stars because who knows, their pizza may be mind-blowing. But we should have been told right off the bat how busy they were and how long the delivery might take, and in this economy, businesses should care about customer service. read more

This place has gone down hill and fast. Placed my order and asked for a total price which was $85.24. I was told 45 minutes for delivery and I'm only 5 miles from the pizza place so after 1 hour and 10 minutes it wasn't delivered yet so I called and I was told it was just going out for delivery. While they had me on hold waiting to find out where my food was I could here them talking on other phones telling other people ordering food it would be 45 minutes for delivery when they should have been honest and said more than an hour. I wait another 20 minutes to be delivered and the delivery driver says $95.00. I had to call the pizza place to tell them I was told $85.24 and after the driver read the delivery ticket back to them with my order they came up with $88.00. They said they had a 16 year old adding the tickets up and probably did it wrong. I paid the $85.00 I was originally told and then I find out one of my side orders of meatballs was missing an no bread was sent with the dinners. Never again, they seem unable to run a business the right way and I have high expectations when I spend the amount of money. read more
