I always love a Tosco pizza. It's got a local hometown vibe every time you go in, and they're always quick and efficient. I usually order over the phone, and I've never had any problems. My favorite pizza to get is the White Flag, but add pineapple and jalapeño. Delicious. Their slices are huge but you can ask them to double cut them to make them more manageable and easy to share. Just make sure that you pick up at the same location that you ordered over the phone with. 10/10 read more

Kenny provided excellent customer service and made sure that the pizza shop delivered to my address and that I received my delivery once I had placed the order. New to the area. Passed by and decided to stop in. Pizza is good. on the thin side of crust which i like. Not overloaded with cheese that it drips off and that's all you taste. House salad is nice and perfect for 2-3people. besides tomato , cucumber, and red onion, i like the black olives and roasted red peppers! My only slight complaint is that on subsequent phone orders, when told a time to pick up, seems its never ready on time and you may have to wait like 5-10 minutes. the positive is it is then hot out of the oven! read more

Food took 2 and a half hours to be made. 45 minutes to make and the rest to get someone to deliver. When I called they said well it's under warmers so it won't be cold. And that I had to take up any refund with door dash. I explained I ordered from there website online through there slice app not door dash. Again they told me it was through door dash and not there problem. Cold food, rude customer service, and a 2 and a half hour wait for food that is barely inedible. Terrible terrible terrible I can not say it enough!!!! The food, the customer service..I have 3 separate issues at this place. OH and be careful if they give you a credit. Dec 27th we ordered food, which got delivered and was totally wrong. My children were starving after waiting extremely long to begin with after being told it would be 30-40mins.. so I was given the option to be brought the correct items or get a credit. I took the credit...and made my kids food that they liked. Because it was getting late. Well, little did I know I had LESS THEN A WEEK TO USE IT, Because calling today 2/5 I was told they expire at the end of the year...would have been nice to know when I was given the option..I mean really who orders pizza twice a week?!?! Not that many people. And the girl who answered the phone today to tell me that was very rude. I recommend going to ANY other pizza place in the area. I'm not a food snob nor am I difficult to please. However, as a former frequent customer, this place is absolutely horrible. My friends and I made fun of Tosco's every time we ordered (2 hour delivery times, food cold and tastes like cardboard, routine incorrect orders). This was the norm every time we ordered. We finally found another Italian restaurant that delivers at lunchtime and are delighted to be rid of Tosco's. I most recently ordered here last week at dinnertime (their main competitor was closed for vacation) - just a simple bacon cheeseburger (plain) and fries. As usual, the order was wrong. It took 90 minutes to arrive. The fries were like cardboard. The burger order was completely wrong. All the food was cold. My friends who ordered different food all complained that their orders were incorrect also. This is a routine occurrence. The only thing Tosco's can make right here is their Sicilian pizza, but it takes literally 1-2 hours to arrive. We've all made fun of this place so often that we're relieved to have found a good competitor to use. read more

Wow, what can I say. This was a really amazing pizza. We got the Jalepeno poppers and an extra large Crazy Chicken. Yum yum yum. Now this was more of a NY pizza I was expecting. Th extra large was entirely too big for my wife and I but it was really something special. I am so glad my wife found this place and we will definitely be preserving her when we get the pizza cravings (or about once a week). Over charging for credit cards without notice. RIP OFF ALERT they are adding a hidden charge for credit cards. When I went to pick up my pies they added almost a dollar to the bill, when I asked why the charge was to high they informed me they add a charge for credit cards. I asked were is the notification off this charge, they said they don't know. No where is it stated! In store notice, coupons or online! I can understand the charge back but hate hidden charges and the lack of notification. Customer lost! read more

The sauce is good but I couldn't get past the vast amount of bugs flying around. It wasn't only flies... it was other winged critters... mosquitos (long legged ones), gnats.The place is a dirty mess. The garlic shakers are caked and nothing flows. The server took a plate off the table and instead of walking it to the back left it by the garbage can. The tables are a mess. It seems the Lucy rush was busy and no one has cleaned the tables. It's 2:27pm. They are not busy. We are the only customers here now. Lots of playing around amongst the staff and no care is given the place. It's sad because the food is probably really good based on the sauce I tasted on their pizza. read more

Terrible service!!!! Every time we call to place an order it take 20 minutes to repeat the order, your put on hold. The one gentleman ( I'm being sarcastic) is very rude doesn't know how to take orders and more than 50% of the time it take 60 to 90 minutes to deliver, the orders are wrong and cold! Have spoken to Manager and she was very rude too. Not going to be using them anytime soon! The only thing they have going for that place is Kaitlyn. When she's in Orders are correct and taken in a timely manner and she is professional and courteous! And no matter how terrible the service is, I tip the delivery guy quite handsomely. This place is not good. The restaurant had a ton of flies and we did not enjoy our food. Paninis were soaked with dressing (who puts dressing in a panini??) and as a result the bread was extremely heavy and mushy. It tasted like raw dough. The meatballs in the meatball parm hero had no flavor. The servers were friendly but extremely busy with take out orders so service was slow despite there only being 2 tables for dinner. I wouldn't return. I hope they can take care of their insect problem. read more

Tosco's has consistently been very disappointing. The food is pretty good, but every time delivery takes close to 2 hours. I have eaten at the location and found the food good and service fine; however, I have officially given up on ordering delivery. Excellent pizza! I'm hooked! I have never been disappointed there. Good pies and good prices what's not to like.

I placed a phone order for pickup and first hen my daughter got there to pick up they said that I just called it in and it was half hour before that. She had to wait at least another half hour for the order. We received the order when she got home and was missing two slices of pizza. I called to ask them for a credit for the missing food and this is where it gets crazy, I literally had to call them back 17 times to speak to someone. They either hung up or just left the phone on the counter, where I could hear everything that was going on. On the 18 try, they told me that they would return my call when they closed and never received a phone call back. I will try again today and I am hoping that I can actually resolve this issue. The customer service is horrible and if you are that busy,maybe they need to hire more help. read more

Not consistent. To be safe, order from Robs if you're around here. Their pizza came burnt and their chicken wings were dry. They do have okay pasta, I'll give you that they can cook a basic penne pasta. The people are kids, so you have to be VERY clear and ask every little detail because your charge of 20 may end up being 30. I usually order from this place but so disappointed with the service and the quality lately and make no mistake, the delivery kids are at no fault. However, the people who open the phone and take your delivery orders, PLEASE DO update your customer for any additional extra charges. Also, we are not ordering a lavish pizza so when there's extra charges, terrible communication and burnt food, that should be a sign to regroup your team managers/owners. As for us customers, be mindful they are young kids taking and adding up charges so when the food is delivered you may get hit with out of nowhere extra bucks.. it's a shame to say, this place has seen better days. Anytime you order with the coupons (they mail it to your house for deals but it's not really adeal) you get charged extra 7-10 bucks, so beware. S U C K S is my final thought, probably will play safe and order from Robs Pizza. At least they charge for what they say and never deliver a burnt pizza. read more

I ordered a bunch of food tonight and it was all horrible. The cheese calzone was watery. My chicken parmigiana was so tough I could not even cut through the chicken. All of the tomato sauce was very sweet, and was thin like water, it also tasted horrible. The garlic knots looked great but had no garlic flavor or any flavor at all! Who ever owns this place cares about the food they put out. I had the chicken parm dinner. It comes with a full salad. Romaine lettuce, roasted peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and and olive.
