Paggliacci Pizza is incredible. Im a huge fan of pizza, and have tried many many pizzas and Paggliacci is on a level of its own. I recently tried the PSR combo with pepperoni, cascioppos Italian sausage, ricotta, mozzarella and romano. For me its the ricotta and italian sausage that makes the PSR so delicious. I cant say much for the atmosphere or staff because I ordered mine to go. The person working was nice though. I would like to try more pizza, but everytime I order pagliaccis, I cant help but order the PSR. Its just that damn good! read more

My husband's teammates highly recommended we try Pagliacci Pizza, and I'm happy they did. I called to place the order at this location, out order was ready within 20 mins. I wasn't even in the mood for pizza tonight, but our selections were phenomenal. The fresh and quality ingredients were very noticeable; and most importantly the pizza was not greasy. The Presto Primo was also really good, and very filling I only ate a few fork fulls and have plenty left (I ordered the small portion.) I would be remiss if I did not mention how wonderful the breadsticks are, I could have honestly been satisfied with an order of salad and breadsticks. Placed a to go order for a custom 13", half cheese half Parma primo. I arrived 5 mins after I got my ready txt and for some reason the pizza was cold. I believe they didn't make it fresh n instead just grabbed slices from the display. You can see how the slices don't really connect. Had to warm it up my self and the Parma was good. Ik it would taste absolutely great if it was fresh tho. The cheese on the other hand had a rubbery texture n the cheese just wasn't up to par. The sauce portion was definitely it!!! The dijon vinaigrette was their closest thing to ranch. To me it's really good. U taste a bit of sweetness which threw me off in a good way. 25$ and I probably won't get delivery again to avoid staleness. Other than that, the environment was clean and spacious enough. Decided for a pizza last night and I was going to initially call a chain pizza place, but wanted to see what the local flavor had in store. So I decided on this place. I called in for delivery and ordered. Was pretty easy and smooth process. I got what I usually get....beef or sausage, green pepper and onion. Got the small. It arrived in about 25 minutes. No issue with the driver finding or contacting me. The pizza was hot, the toppings were good. I liked the fact that they use white onions and not the red ones like a lot of other places do. Only small point it seemed a bit pricey. 3.00 delivery charge that says it doesn't go to the driver. Not sure what that cost would cover, but after all said and done a small pie was 29. They moved! This Pagliacci is still on Main, but no longer in the Old Bellevue district. They are located in a precarious lot in the opposite direction, closer to the freeway, Sushiland and Hmart. The pizzas are still delicious and there is more parking than the previous location, but it can be easy to miss if you're going too fast since the shop is slightly below street level. read more

We got the Brooklyn bridge pizza to go, it was mid. Not super flavorful and not a strong char. Felt healthy which I don't love when eating pizza. It was also pretty expensive but maybe that's a Bellevue thing. Overall not sure if I will return voluntarily. read more

Stopped here for lunch before my tattoo session and wasn't sure of what to expect as I believe this place is a chain or has a few locations. I was happy to know that I could order slices and not a whole pizza. I got two beautiful slices, one a classic sausage and cheese, and the other had drizzles of pesto, cherry tomatoes, and mushrooms and I would marry that second slice, it was tangy, nutty, creamy, and umami. The perfect treat and filling food before a tattoo sess. I wanted another slice after my two, but I will be back again! Service was okay, not super welcoming or warm. It'll be a sad day when the last downtown Bellevue location closes, which is set for later this year, to build a condo building. Go figure. Pagliacci Pizza is a classic Seattle joint that's been around way before there were any threats of development. Its Sasquatch graphic on the boxes are iconic and I like that with all the shops, you can get a slice or two instead of getting a whole pie. This Pagliacci Pizza is located in Old Bellevue on Main Street. The space inside is small and narrow, with a few tables inside, but the side patio outside is more comfortable and is especially great to hang out on during sunny days. Staff is always so friendly here, too, even during promotional deals, which brings a crowd of people, with a line outside the door. Parking can be tricky with a small lot, but it's walking distance to Bellevue Downtown Park where there's tons of parking. The pizza is solid. I usually stick with the Pepperoni slice, and two is enough, as the slices are large and cheesy. They do have a good amount of different pizzas on the menu, including salads and booze, like Washington beer and wine. I hope to visit again before it closes. It's one of the few restaurants on Main Street that's casual and affordable and is the only pizza joint in downtown Bellevue where you can get a slice to go. It'll be missed. read more

There are a lot of Pagliacci locations, and we've been to half of them. Out of all of the Seattle and Eastside locations, this is our favorite! The crust and toppings are winners and the staff is always quick and accommodating. I like their new location, though have a soft spot for the original Old Town Bellevue shop. The building was mid-century modern, so it had distinct architecture to it! However, I'm glad that they have a new location that has more parking. We normally get slices here for a quick bite and whole pies for a full meal at home, and they are always delicious. The crust is rolled out nice and thin, much more than other locations, and has a great chew. Some of the other locations have a dense texture and bite to it; almost like eating a thick cracker. The toppings are balanced and every bite feels like you're getting a bit of sauce, cheese, meat/fruit, aromatics without overkill. Even the cheese slice is simplicity at its best and has a nice flavor of balanced tomato sauce and mozzarella! Their seasonal slices are artisanal in concept, but executed well. I highly recommend getting a slice or even a full pie. Their Fall specials that are currently running are fantastic - we've tried Autumn Harvest and Pear Primo and have enjoyed them immensely. Still have to try the Primo Sage, but I imagine that will be good too. :) As previously mentioned, service here is great. The team members are friendly and keep you updated on what's up and coming and recommendations suited to your tastebuds. During the pandemic, they've gotten creative and partnered with surrounding local businesses. I've even seen a collaboration with L'experience Paris! Social distancing markers are clearly indicated, though each time we've gone there's been 1-2 other customers, making it easy to social distance. Entrance and exit are clearly marked in 1 direction only as well. They make it easy to order via phone, online, and in-person. As a 7 year pizza cook/kitchen staff from a well known pizza restaurant in Illinois, this places sauce was pretty much tasteless, crust was more like a cracker thin. I love thin crust too but this was just bland and tasteless. The dough tasted/looks to be mass produced and frozen possibly. One of the worst pies I have had in awhile....would not recommend. Overpriced for sure. You would be better making your own pizza at home. Sorry, but I do not like your pies. I paid $38 for a cold tasteless pizza that was supposed to be made with fresh mozzarella cheese but instead it was made with tasteless dry mozzarella cheese. We ended up eating here twice on our visit to Seattle. We stayed in Bellevue and this was walking distance from our hotel. Personally, I absolutely LOVE Pagliacci! Honestly, it's my favorite pizza I've had in Washington, and I lived there for 25 years. It is my go to spot. Their centiolli is an aboslute MUST - if you have not tried it, you need to!! It's absolutely delicious - frequently I will go and just order that, or that and a salad. I like their pizza too, I typically just get cheese but I've tried the margheritta, pesto primo, tomato gorgonzola and the italiano, each of which I enjoyed. Other than cheese, the tomato gorgonzola is my favorite! Their cesear salad and the pagliaccio salad are both wonderful. Most of the time I am pretty boring when it comes to salad and stick with ceaser, but at Pagliacci I REALLY love the pagliaccio salad! It's absolutely delicous and they do not skimp on the toppings... I would HIGHLY recommend! Also, they used to have a pesto pasta salad that was just about my favorite thing on this earth.. I haven't seen it on their menu the past few times I've been in, but it's on their menu online, so it would be worth asking them about it if you like pesto and/or pasta salads! I like it so well I even bothered to develop my own copycat recipe, which is always a huge hit when I make it for potlucks! Overall I think they have an awesome selection on their menu, with lots of creative pizza toppings that you wouldn't see at most fast food or fast casual pizza joints. Service has always been friendly, interactions with staff are fairly limited since this is more of a fast casual restaurant but I've never had any complaints. Ambiance, I think the restaurant is nice to sit in. That said, there is a lot of empty space.. which is both a positive and a negative! It's nice in terms of feeling more open, but at the same time the seating is fairly limited and the restaurant can get pretty busy/crowded. Overall I HIGHLY recommend Pagliacci! It's really some of my favorite if not my favorite pizza, outside of some of the authentic Italian pizza that I had while literally in Italy, but I don't think that's a fair comparison. I really think Pagliacci Pizza is a top tier establishment, perfect for dine in, take out, groups, or solo meals! Plus, they have parking, which is very convenient particularly in downtown bellevue!
