The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly! I will definitely be returning.

Very very kind service, amazing ambience, absolutely delicious food, and very reasonable prices. The pizza was the best part. The crust was just perfect. I will definitely be coming here again.

We had pizza, pasta and cheesticks and all were good. The man and the lady- both were very courteous and he set our table very nicely to make sure we have a comfortable dining with our kids.Food was really tasty and presented nicely!!

Here's their website, which clearly states they open at 10 a.m. M-F. But when I showed up at 10 a.m. on a Mon., they were not open.

Eek. Did not try the food, but the gentleman I spoke to on the phone must be angry about life or something. The website, yelp, and google states they are open on M-F starting at 10 a.m. So, I showed up at 10 a.m. because I was hoping to order pizzas for some middle school students (there's a middle school right up the road from here) who really deserved it. The gentleman was, unfortunately, very rude and horrible on the phone. He said "what do you want" to which I replied "to order pizzas..." (this is a pizza place, yes?) he then stated "does it look like we're open? (repeated this 3x's)" to then I replied "no. but your website, yelp, and google states you open at 10." he just then stated "NO WE'RE NOT OPEN." The sad thing is that I would have recommended this place to the entire middle school staff who are always looking for good pizza places, especially for the kids.

Great Family who owns this restaurant (super Greek!) and also great sandwiches. I don't know why they only have 3.7 stars.

My nephew was with us and so he said he wanted pizza. So my brother-in-law found Pagliacci pizza about a few blocks away. Upon arriving, the restaurant was already busy. Walking over to the counter, they had a few slices that you could choose from. They looked really good. However, my older sister decided to order two whole pizzas. The counter person was really helpful and my sister decided on one plain cheese and pepperoni pizza and the second was a sausage mushroom pizza. We didn't order any other drinks since we were still thirsty from our walk around the botanical park but the total for the two pizzas came out to $50. That's kind of pricey. We were able to find a nice family sized round table. We were able to get a few cups and got some waters and the usual time for our pizzas to be delivered to our table. I can understand why this restaurant is busy as the pizzas were really good. We waiting for our pizzas and more families sat down and ordered pizzas while others walked in. Got a slice or came in to pick up their phone orders. Even a police officer was patiently waiting for his order to be ready. I would recommend this place and would frequent this restaurant if I lived in Bellevue.

We shared a pizza and ordered two pasta dishes, and they even let us order a full bottle of wine instead of just a glass. Today's special pizza featured a pistachio sauce--it was creamy, refreshing, not overly salty, and served in a generous portion for one to two people. The pizza dough itself have very strong firewood aroma, which is lovely. We ordered the Pappardelle Bolognese, and the unique, wide pasta truly set it apart from what you typically find at other restaurants. Since we were still hungry, we also tried the Rigatoni Alla Vodka, which came with spicy sausage. While I expected more of a vodka flavor, the bold kick of the spicy sausage made it intriguingly flavorful. We couldn't resist today's special dessert, the Panna Cotta. It had a distinctive gelatinous texture and even looked cute as it jiggled on the plate. This cozy spot is perfect for a date or a girls' night out--ideal for sharing a bottle of wine and enjoying the authentic Italian ambiance.

No, really, it sells out. My friend and I visited for happy hour, when they have stellar deals with three pizzas for less than 20 bucks and drinks for less than 10 bucks as the menu is normally on the steeper side, especially for the pizza. I ordered the Feelin' Peppi pizza, which is basically a pepperoni pizza and my friend had the Happy Gal pizza, which was a mushroom base with garlic and different cheeses. We each drank a glass of sangria, which was strong, which is how I like my booze! The pizzas take a bit to make since everything is freshly made - and is worth the wait. The crust is crispy but soft enough to sink your teeth into and the pizza has tons of flavor. It's easy to finish a pizza on your own because of how flavorful it is. Although the happy hour is a deal you cannot beat, all the other pizzas on their standard menu are worth checking out at full price, especially their weekend specials, like the NY style pizza and Detroit style. Both of these specific kinds of pizza sell out as people usually wait before the place opens, I kid you not. It's that popular here. Despite how popular it is, there is a parking lot besides the restaurant if street parking nearby cannot be found. It's also not too far of a walk from Redmond Town Center as it's near the transit center and is in the downtown core. Plus, dogs are welcomed on the patio, which is a win. Staff could not be friendlier. For pizza on the Eastside, Spark Pizza is the best.

They have customer parking underneath, across from the QFC. Overall they were really friendly in inviting us in, bringing water, and letting us use the space for puzzles. For me specifically, they ...kind of dropped the ball on all of it. One person told me she'd bring me a menu once I was seated, but proceeded to pass me by when handing out menus (maybe because I already had water? Unclear. I tried to flag her down but she either didn't see me or ignored me). When I got up to ask about it, a different person just looked expectantly for me to order. When I told her I hadn't received a menu yet, she just gestured at the to go menu on the counter. When the pizza came, there were no napkins or utensils or anything given to me either. Throughout the whole hour and a half I was there, no one so much asked how I was doing despite that seeming to be standard for all the parties around me (including another one with only one person, so it wasn't because I was a Singleton working on puzzles!). The pizza I got was the aggressive mushroom one, which was great on mushrooms but oddly overly sweet, so I probably wouldn't get it again. The texture of the pizza was great though. Overall, the place was nice for puzzles and the food was good (just not what I expected for my order, but that's not really their fault). It was just a really weird night of service of feeling like they were snubbing me for no reason. It would be different if that's how they treated everyone or at least everyone who was puzzling solo, but the other person at my same table who was working solo got much better and nicer service than I did. :/

However, I rarely see anyone sitting at it, and I wonder how many hard liquor drinks are served at a pizzeria. Last 2x we were there they were out of the white wine I like and the Coke was very off, something clearly wasn't mixing correctly. Food is low-mid now...and some strange staff (manager/hist person) dropped the F bomb when joking with us about something (doesn't personally bother me but still wildly unprofessional), criticizing our server in front of us, and just oversharing/too much chit chat in general.
