The only slight thing was that the manager was clearly unhappy with something his staff member did and those of us there overhead the reprimand. i have been ordering from this location for years now (also have attended other locations) thought it was time to finally write a review and share what i've figured out: Note: i guess this location is one of the few that are pick up/delivery only. As of now they do not serve slices and there is not a dine in area. so they don't open until 4pm everyday but sometimes will on special event days. I always recommend picking up, as nice as delivery is, they seem to get very busy, and you'll get a fresher pie. Usually, come in about 5 minutes before you were quoted and you'll get it fresh out of the oven. if you walk in and order, counter people are usually pretty helpful if you can't decide and will usually have to stop and think to list their favorites (from what i hear they get to eat a lot of pizza, always good recommendations though!). they also know they're regulars! anyways they have good and bad days like any place, they seems to be a lot more room for error when it's hand tossed they're not using a conveyor belt to cook it, and they're product doesn't just come in a bag. so sometimes not the best pizza but other times a heavenly box of cheesy goodness. to sum it up they're good try them. read more

The pizza is above average with their hand tossed dough and their fresh cheese and good quality toppings but they skimp on the cheese and toppings and They don't have a lot of combinations to choose from and although they are very tasty, and I do enjoy their pizza more than some of the other places I order from, the price is a little steep for what you get. I still chose them from time to time when I can afford it but I've had better, for less "dough" (pun intended). read more

I have always received excellent service and delicious pie from Pag's delivery. The folks on the phones are courteous and know what I like, how I order (e.g. salad dressing on the side) and the drivers don't seem to have trouble finding my house even though the numbers are hard to see. read more

I left New York in 2006, so I've pretty much gotten over the fact I can no longer get a slice of pizza and soda for $1.50. Paying $30 for good pizza is standard unless you want Domino's. I do not want Domino's. I'm so glad Pagliacci is literally across the street. I have implemented "Pizza Friday" to make sure I get pizza regularly. Pizza Friday is the only thing that gets me through the week. I think about it every day and actively look forward to it. The only thing I can even talk about on Fridays is pizza. If I had to pick one food to eat for the rest of my life, it would be pizza. They know who you are based on your phone number as soon as you call, and can see your past orders. I thought it was bad enough the pizza place knew who I was and what I wanted to order as soon as I called, but I think I hit a new low when I walked in to pick up the pizza and the girl at the counter goes: "hey Kate! It's been a while since I've seen you. Normally your boyfriend picks up the pizza." They have my business as long as there is one nearby. read more

You get what you pay for, if you want 5 dollar pizza to feed 20 kids, go to the Hut. If you want great, high quality food in the form of a pizza, order Pagliacci's. The centralized call center makes ordering easy and accurate estimates on the times. I did a little research into why times are usually a little longer than the others, turns out Pagliacci uses a brick oven for the pizza, while the Hut and John use a conveyor belt like Costco. That explains a lot. Anyway, can't recommend them enough when you are looking for quality food delivered to your door. read more

I'm a New Yorker and there is nothing I love more than a good thin crust. This overpriced collection of toppings seved up on cardboard does little to satisfy. If you believe two large pies and side salad should run about $50 then, by all means bon appitite. At least it is better than Pappa Johns! read more

I love the pizza and caesar salad here. This is definitely my favorite go to pizza place. I have always had great service. However, as others have stated, it is beginning to get a little pricey. That being said, they recently surprised me with a free pizza and salad upon delivery. :) read more

I just called Pagliaci and ordered a large pizza with mushroons onions and Canadian bacon. They told me the price was $29.50. I laughed out loud and hung up! Get over yourself Pags! Worst pizza I've ever had, tasted like salty cardboard. Threw most of it out. The delivery time was about 90 minutes.

Love the pizza here. Called in an order and it was ready for pickup when I got there! Love the crust.. Just the right amount of chewiness and the wood-fired flavor was great. Really enjoyed the crushed italian tomato sauce, fresh basil, and fresh mozzarella. Friendly employees in the store and at the call center. I'll be back for another pizza soon! read more

Ordered pizza here on a recent visit to see family and was so disappointed with the service. Was told that the pizza would be twenty minutes on a pick-up order but ended up waiting forty minutes after that. After about twenty minutes waiting in the restaurant, my husband was told that the pizza would be right up but that didn't happen. After about fifteen more minutes, my husband told the cashier and requested a refund. The cashier inquired as to why and my husband recounted the experience. The cashier tried to make it right by refunding our money AND giving us the pizza. We still ended up waiting longer after that because they seemed to have put the wrong name on our order so when it was called out, it took my husband more time to figure out the order was ours. In the end we waited over an hour for our food. I almost could have understood if our order had gotten lost or misplaced but we weren't the only ones that ended up waiting so long. Later on I learned that Pagliaccis actually has a call center for phone orders. It seems if you call the Kirkland or another location to order a pizza for pick-up or delivery you will probably speak to someone who isn't actually at the restaurant and might have very little idea for what the night is going like at that particular location. If that's true I wish the call center had better communication with the individual restaurants. If we had been told it would be an hour wait we could have changed our mind about getting a pizza there or done other things while we waited to pick it up. By the time we realized it was going to be an insanely long wait, it would have meant even more time to get back in the car and go find food elsewhere. So we just had to wait it out. The pizza itself had a good flavor but it was chewy and pretty cold by the time we ate it. Would have rated this as one star but at least they tried to make it right by comping the pizza. That's a pretty big deal considering how pricey it is. However, we probably won't go back. Was looking forward to eating here because I've read the reviews and everyone is always raving but, all in all, the experience was pretty disappointing. read more

so pricey. most of their food is tasty, but they raised their prices about 9 months ago and it just ain't worth it as much these days. pizza and salad sometimes runs 30 bucks or more. i can eat at wine bar across the street and get buzzed or get some really good steaks and cook at home for same price. read more
