I was surprised to see a Pagliacci in the area as I thought they were mostly in Seattle, so I popped in for a slice and a pie to go. The location was small but had enough seating for diners to sit and eat comfortably; I love how many windows this location has as the lighting is very natural and pleasant. The store seemed to have 3 staff total - one person making the pizzas, one taking orders, and one emerged from the back room to take someone else's order after me. I enjoyed watching the 1 guy make pizzas in their open concept kitchen, but was disappointed with the person at the front of the house as I felt she was lacking in communication skills. She had boxed up my slice but didn't tell me, so it got cold and stale as it waited on the counter, and I was only alerted that it was my slice when the whole pizza was ready. This was a bummer as I had meant to eat it while I waited, but I guess that's on me too for not checking in with her sooner. She did apologize vaguely when I went to collect the total order, as her male coworker had checked to see if I had gotten everything, and I told him I was still waiting on that slice. Oh well...lesson learned. Overall, the pizza was delicious and I will probably come by again in the future. I will just be prepared to be over communicative and will advocate a bit more loudly for myself.

Italian and cheese

I been to Pagliacci in other locations but didn't realize there was a location here near me!!!!! The pizza here is 3.5 star, but I'm rounding up they do a lot for our community and the people here are really nice :) The pizzas have been consistent. I like the crust on these and the slices are pretty decent size. Some pizza are more oily than others though. Especially the pepperoni. Parking at this location is small but it's better than other locations where there is none at all!!!

Freee pizza on valentines day day??!! Damn right you just stole my heart. 5/5 stars for the Hawaiian, cheese, and pepperoni slices. Pizza was saucy, crispy, and loaded with toppings. Thank you Pagliacci's!

Slices of Italiano and Extra Pepperoni

Love coming here! Whether it's for slices during lunch or a pizza for dinner, the pizza is worth the visit. The service is always good as the staff are friendly and helpful. The pizza is made fresh often. My recommendations thus far: the italiano and the tomato Gorgonzola. The italiano has cloves of garlic on the pizza that give the pizza a great flavor. As for the Gorgonzola pizza, it has a rich taste from the cheese and fresh tomatoes to pair.

Yummy mushroom pie

Tried them first time and was pleasantly surprised . They have a great selection of veggie items on their menu. You order at the counter and they bring it your table. We had their special mushroom pizza that had a mix of different types of mushrooms such as criminology, enoki ( I think it also had some morels ) The pizza had a great flavor , the crust was great and the 13 inch was enough for sharing for two people. Would definitely try their other options. The place has ample parking and has both outdoor and indoor seating. The indoor is great but I wouldn't really recommend the outdoor seating.

Cheese jalapeños pizza. Look at the amount of jalapeños????? Why ???!

Unfortunately this place remains inconsistent. From a great pizza few weeks ago to getting two terrible cold pizza's delivered yesterday. Just look at the pictures for both pizzas. Again the jalapeños pizza is loaded with jalapeños as if I asked for extra jalapeños?? I could not even eat more than one slice. The crest on the pineapple pizza was not cooked. It was just doughy and my son had to cut the crest off . Both pizzas were just cold ... not even warm but cold. After over 20 years of ordering from this place o must say that I have truly given up. I don't mind paying premium for a pizza but not for this pizza. It has been always a risk to order. One great pizza for each few bad pizzas. I can't do it. This location has some issues . I am done and I have no interest even in getting replacement pizzas. It's such a waste of time and a bad experience. By the way , o used to work in the best Pizza places in CA for many years and I know what a good pizza should look and taste like .

Brooklyn Bridge - minus onions & green peppers

My boyfriend and I visited Pagliacci (finally! I've never gone) and I'm so glad I was able to give it a try. I feel like it's a place everyone in Washington has tried EXCEPT me. This location seems to be good for takeout and delivery, that's it. We were hoping we'd be able to get pizza by the slice or at least eat in... But, nope. :( They just have a lobby. We did see that they're applying for a liquor license... So maybe they're expanding and will be a place for you to dine in? I'd assume so with liquor/alcohol being served. We ended up going with a medium Brooklyn Bridge, no green peppers or onions (boyfriend's modifications). We were given a wait time of about 15 mins, I'd say it took about that. The pizza was yummy, and I was super excited when it was finally ready because it smelled AMAZING. It looked bomb, too. It was suuuper good. The spicy pepperoni was super tasty and I'm allll about the extra cheese! Mushrooms were also a great touch to this pizza. I think my only complaint is that it was PRICY for what we got. Don't get me wrong, it was good, but... It was $30 for a bottle of water and a medium pizza. And that's for carryout! I'm not sure I'd choose to go back because of how pricy it is. I'll stick with ordering Domino's where I can get 2 pizzas & some sides for like $30-$40!

The centiolli!! It's seriously AMAZING!

Worst pizza I've ever had, tasted like salty cardboard. Threw most of it out. The delivery time was about 90 minutes.

The food here is always fantastic. They serve up really fresh, great quality dishes, and their desserts are amazing, especially their massive slices of cake. I have been here multiple times for lunch now, and every single time the food has been really good and consistently hits the spot and people I take always have great things to say about it The setup is charming and comfortable, featuring a nice indoor space as well as a great outdoor patio area that's perfect when the weather is nice. It has a lively, casual marketplace energy that makes it a great environment to sit down and enjoy a relaxed meal. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you are in the Kirkland area and looking for a high-quality food spot. It's easily one of my go-to recommendations!

We started with the fresh garden salad with pepitas. greens, herby dressing and pickled carrots at Deru, then dove into two wood fired, blistered pizzas, the mushroom and the pepperoni. Add a bottle of vinho verde and who could complain? The ordering process was a little confusing at first, but the second visit should be easier. Pro tip: don't stand in the long line unless you're ordering to-go. Find a table, scan the QR code, and order. Fun atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, and genuinely good food. My main complaint? One bathroom. Rough. Deru Cafe has an extensive menu that covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with outstanding baked goods, pizza, and nightly dinners to go. The long line of cars outside speaks to its popularity. Last year about 1,500 loyal customers picked up Thanksgiving meals here, a testament to the quality of their offerings (and to convenience.) After eating here, I get it.

While you wait, grocery shop or relax and have a drink at the Q20 where you can stay to eat your pizza, too. It's fast and efficient! And each pizza is only $10! I've eaten at the Tutta Bella at the Crossroads before. While I recall liking the pizza, it wasn't a wow factor to me then. Somehow, because of the simplicity of the process and a flat $10 per pizza rate, the total value is so much better here. Also, I now have a better appreciation to a true Neapolitan pizza. Tutta Bella is the first pizzeria in the Pacific Northwest to be certified as true Neapolitan - with a softer center (not meant to be handheld cardboard-like NY style) and a chewier crust. Read "Our Story" on their website about their VPN Certification, the culinary discipline of the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (VPN) - from the preparation of raw ingredients to the cooking method in an approved wood-fired oven. We had two pizzas this visit - the Leonardo and the Mediterranean. Both were satisfying - with a balanced amount of toppings and cheese, not greasy, not excessive. Good meal!
