Came here to get our first Pagliacci experience. A big change to the location of the previous restaurant that was there, the revised atmosphere is a welcomed site. This place will definitely give the adjacent pizza location a run for the money. When we arrived, it wasn't too busy, but quickly started backing up. We ordered the Margherita and a Spinach & Chicken. Unfortunately/fortunately they brought out a Spicy Chicken. When we notified them of the error, they told us to keep the pizza and they would quickly rectify the issue. They brought out the right pizza quickly, and this gave us the chance to taste more of the menu. The local craft beers were a great pair as well. The pizza was delicious, and will definitely keep them on the list for eat-in and take out! read more

Slowest Pizza Preparation on Planet Earth! I went to pickup my pizza after ordering online December 4th, 2020. I was told there were 107 pizzas in front of my order and that it would be another 70+ minutes to pickup a $45 dollar pizza, the most expensive pizza you can buy within Puget Sound. I asked to speak with the manager which they refused to produce. I would NEVER recommend Pagliacci Pizza to my worst of friends. You're better off going to Zeeks up the street where Mark Mullet will be much happier to take your order and provide much more human and friendly service. read more

Every time I asked for an update the counter person lied to my face- lost an extra hour of my life I cannot get back, for average pizza. Even though they are an extra hour late, lying to our faces about it ("Oh, probably another six minutes... then another 15, then another 15, then someone admits they hadnt even started them...). They wont own the errors and switch to delivery, they wont compensate, no free drinks... just sit and wait. And wait. And wait. SO many forlorn, frustrated people in the lobby - everywhere. This location is typically busy during peak lunch and dinner times on the weekend. It is clean and the service is typically pretty good. You order and they bring out your order when it gets made. Try their Paggliccio salad. It is one of the best salads you will taste at a pizza restaurant. One large salad can be shared my 4 people. Come here during off hours and you shouldn't have any issues finding a table. read more

My favorite place for pizza in the area. By far. There is nearly no good pizza within a 30 mile radius of Issaquah. We usually order the centioli, cheese pizza and a Caesar salad. It's all amazing. Would like to try their pasta dishes one day but just the plain ol' cheese pizza has our family in its grips. The place is never overly crowded when we go, so that's always nice. The atmosphere and ambiance could use a little work, it's not a place where you are comfortable and want to hang out, but maybe that's what they are going for and why it's not so crowded. Incredibly unorganized and slow. We have ordered online several time - you can't see when your pizza will be delivered until you've actually placed the order. When they first opened it was around half an hour, now it is 90 minutes on average! When I called, the lady suggested to come and pick up the order myself, whichh would shorten the wait time by twenty minutes. When my daughter went to pick it up, she still had to wait another 30 minutes, so instad of being faster now we had a waiting time of 100 minutes for three pizzas! Not acceptable, sorry. Unfortunately just echoing everyone else's sentiments. Ordered a medium mushroom pizza and a small Caesar salad for pick up. I came 15 mins before the pizza completion time. The order was not ready until 25mins after the designated time and they had about 8 customers in the shop. Pizza crust was decent but the rest was awful. Mushrooms were semi raw and scarce. Salad wasn't anything special and both costed us $31. Never again. You think the manager would read all of these reviews and get it together. I was super excited for another restaurant in the Plateau but this place blows. Met market down the road has delicious flat breads that are excellent with great customer service. I love Pagliacci pizza. I have been eating it for decades. I was so excited to finally have one close to where I live (Fall City). Unfortunately, it has not been a good experience. There is no consistency. Sometimes it's cooked just right, other times it is overcooked. The sauce is almost tasteless. The crust is the biggest disappointment. The last pizza we had tasted like cardboard. The edges were really flat, reminding me of a cheap, frozen pizza. The toppings are either sparse or too much. They need to put these cooks through another training program to get their recipes right. Will not be going back to this location. read more

Not so great. The slices were overpriced - thin and blah tasting. Mod is much better and virtually next door. First time in and the owner or manager, tall older gentleman, grabs a slice to put in the warmer, maybe my order? Very disappointing experience with pick-up. Ordering was a pleasant experience with a convenient online presence, however I am outside the delivery zone so I had to phone in my order anyway. I was told the pizza would be ready in 20 min in Sammamish, and to expect a text when to come into the store to pick up the pizza. So, I arrived at the 20 min. mark and expected a text at any time. There were cars pulling up along side me as I watched people run in and out for the next 15 min...I assumed they were busy but not too that my pizza should have been ready so I called to inquire. The person on the phone located my order and said he will call the store to find out what happened. As he returned to the phone he said your pizza is ready to be picked up, I asked if it was going to be cold now, his response was no it shouldn't. So I went in and was handed a pizza without any reference to any delays or apologies. When I got the pizza home (which is a 10 min drive) it was cold and disappointing. I understand mistakes happen but I cant not tolerate not recognizing or acknowledging them when it happens. Oh, on my way home I got a text my pizza was ready. read more

Best pizza within a 10 mile radius with their only competitor being mod pizza which is essentially a whole different style. Pagliacci in my opinion has the best cheese pizza around, cheap and delicious while always being fresh. You can buy by the slice which is a huge bonus. Highly recommend if you've never had it. Thought I would try this place for lunch. Ordered the lasagna which says it has Bolognese sauce between layer's of pasta. It's more like marinara sauce with some blended cheese. I asked if it was vegetarian and the woman said no there's meat sauce in there. I showed her that it had none and asked for my money back. I was informed that they order it in from another company by the staff. Since then they have reached out to me and explained that it is actually made fresh elsewhere by pagliacci. Have ordered over phone around 5 times now. Pizza is consistently excellent and tasty! The crust is perfectly moist and crispy/flavorful. I usually get the current mushroom special and cheese pizza for the kids. Super friendly and efficient customer service on the phone. They remembered my pizza preferences on kids cheese pizza and sizes, offering to apply it. Also, had credit card on file which was convenient. Pizza is delicious! Unfortunately the service is awful and the staff are more interested in socializing than in making pizza. Today the slice I bought for lunch didn't even have toppings on half. Staff was rude. Unapologetic for not having pizza ready. Actually sent me out the door with an empty pizza box among my full boxes. I had to go back- no apology. Ordered pizza to be ready for 4:00, staff insisted it was supposed to be ready 30 minutes later. Fortunately I had confirmation of the order & time. 3rd example of bad service was seeing my order on top of the ovens, a staff member insisting it wasn't mine, got a different person to check and I was right. I'm guessing the only poor reviews are due to the place being overcrowded, something operational/staffing related, which is an easy problem to fix. What you would expect from Pagliacci, solid pizza. However this location has a serious problem with keeping a pizza as basic as pepperoni or cheese at their slice station. So the idea of stopping in quickly for lunch is a no go most of the time. And forget calling ahead because their number is a Corp line that won't transfer you to the store to find out. Ill keep checking from time to time and upgrade my review if they can do a consistently better job at managing slice stock of the basics. Until then, I'll avoid them for quick lunches and order out whole pies to go for dinner when feeling the craving. Note: the attitude of the employers here is solid as well, but advertising drop in slice culture without managing it properly is a real frustration. read more
