The drinks were perfectly balanced/refreshing. The brown sugar boba was soft and flavorful and the presentation was just as good as the taste. Such a cute spot with a fun island vibe.

We overheard folks at Da Kitchen taking up The Boba Bar in Pa'ia. Back in WA State, boba & milk tea beverages are a big deal. So we checked it out and both our bevs were well crafted and boba was high quality! Refreshing after wandering the retail core for Tshirts and handmade soaps. Recommended while in Pa'ia!

My first time with anthuccino and really did not know what it was aside from... "the best coffee milkshake" from their print ad. The drink was delicious and not sweet, but I t hiink I expected too much after reading their print ad, and I was unable to get that pinch in my palate to consider it the "best".

Hana on the left, Le Perouse on the right

The Hana and the Le Perouse acai bowls are to die for!! Stopped here twice for breakfast on our trip... best acai bowls on the island! A must stop on your way up to Hana :)

They have a good amount of drink options to choose from! And they also carry Poppin Sweets By Lei's poptarts, which are super good! It's a bit hard to get to them parking wise but would def recommend if you have the chance to go to Paia! - Miguel Morales Photography

Who knew a boba bar would have coffee? This one in Paia certainly does, and more! After finishing up a run in the Paia area on a Saturday morning, I saw this establishment that was one of the few open bright and early at 7am. The interior had a lot of cute decorations, as well as cute desserts. I opted for their "Valentine's Day Special" rose latte and a fruity pebbles pop tart for dessert. I was able to take both and consume them on the way back to my Airbnb. The latte was essentially warm milk sweetened with rose-flavored syrup, but it was still delicious! The fruity pebbles pop tart was a supreme favorite of mine----the crust was light, crisp, and flaky while still having a substantial amount of fruity filling. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and motivated, especially on a Saturday morning!

Stopped in to fuel up for the Road to Hana drive. Solid spot with good coffee even though I was skeptical with it being a boba place. Authentic Hawaiian vibes and service with aloha.

Got to try one of their specialty drinks at the matcha and boba fest!!!

Who doesn't love boba??!?!?! My son is a total boba lover so you know we love this place. Maui is definitely lacking in the boba department and the only complaint I have about this place is that it's TOO FAR! Well, not really, but I would really rather they be in my neck of the woods! Not only do they have the yummiest drinks, but they have food items and little local kine gifts! So when you're buying a delicious drink (matcha anything is my fave), you can also get a cute sugar cookie or banana bread or whatever else they have available that day! AND you can get someone a gift too! Perfect place to get a gift card and some other local goodies. Service is great here, Malia is my favorite boba barista and also makes some delicious whip cream!!! Perfect place to stop by on your way to Hana since they open early and you can get yourself a yummy drink and a pastry to tide you over for the drive. Sip and support local!

Updated with pictures!! Took 8+ months, but I was finally able to download my pics from the "cloud". 5/28/22 *See SF Japantown Yelp - pictures to be uploaded if I can recover. Quality/Quantity - This is a milk tea boba bar, so if you like milk tea, this is a place for you. The Popping boba was a hit for my daughter, but not my preference. They had lilikoi and lychee flavors. Also got some fancy expensive boba cookies, see picture. The cookies taste like normal sugar cookies, very sweet. While the design is very beautiful, I personally do not think it is worth $6. My daughter did not know the price since they did not have a sign and was shocked. Atmosphere - Small new local boba bar, the newest talk of Paia. Service - Good, was nice and threw in a regular boba or two into her drink at no extra charge, thank you. See picture. Price - The drink was approximately $7 and the cookies were $6 each + tax. Owner Comment - Congrats on your new opening, approximately 3 months ago. Do you have posted hours? Or did we miss that? You guys were closed the first day we tried to come.

Came to paia fish market, but it wasn't open yet, decided to stop here and get a fresh matcha latte with boba. It was good, the woman working the site was alone but she was handling business! The baked goods looked good but since I was going to eat I decided to not get one haha.

Aye! They got my coffee ;)

Boba, Espresso, Lavender Milk Tea, and hold up... homemade pop tarts!? We caught this spot on the road to Hana and luckily didn't have any wait. Chill atmosphere and great eats and coffee. And you get boba tea here too! My kids loved it and while you wait you can appreciate the music and get to know this spot. Anthony's coffee used to be located around the corner and now is on Baldwin. Love Paia and this gem!

I was so excited when I randomly stumbled across their Instagram page one day. They had been open for just a few weeks, so their hours were changing almost daily as they were testing the waters of when to open & close. I love boba & with Maui's lack of, I made the trip from Kihei just to try it. I'm not sure if there's a sign now, but at the time there wasn't so you could easily miss it if you aren't looking. A cute shop to which they also sell little snacks & treats. I went with the brown sugar milk tea with boba as that's one of my favorites. It was ready pretty quickly. I believe everything comes iced, so if blended is your thing, you won't find that here. The sides were lined with syrup, which I thought was neat & the sweetness level was just right. Boba also had the right amount chew. Overall, I thought it was good. Wasn't anything too special. Definitely need to come back & try some of the treats & other drinks. Support local & keep these guys around.

I'm visiting and found this place while walking back to the parking lot. I saw the reviews and was hesitant to come in. The weather is unbelievably hot and anything to cool me down would be great. I got the butterfly pea flower with lychee tea. Now if you have boba/tea often, this drink seems like there is no tea in it at all. But I still enjoyed it! It's light, not too sweet, pretty color and definitely a help in this heat. I haven't tried their milk tea so I can't comment on it. There's street parking and parking lot nearby. They also accept credit cards.

A handful of espresso drinks, teas, and a few breakfast options like bagels and warm pastries. Not a huge selection, but everything feels intentional and well made -- quality over quantity. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the whole place has that laid-back Maui vibe where you can sit, sip, and just enjoy the moment. I was a little disappointed to see the pump bottles of syrup by the bar, as I would've loved to try a house made syrup. But nonetheless, I ordered a cortado with coconut milk and Mac nut flavoring. It was much smaller than I was used to from ordering cortados at other shops, but it was perfect. I wish I took a photo. Since I stopped by before returning my rental car in the afternoon, there wasn't that much of a wide variety of pastries left. However I was able to snag an Ube croissant. I saved it on my flight and ate it at home the following day. It remained super soft and fresh. The ube filling was light yet flavorful without being too sweet. The color was gorgeous. I'm not sure if you'll understand, but the croissant was flakey but not dry. It was airy, but still bready and full. It was hugeeee!! I'd compare it to half the size of my forearm lol.
