I've had Maui Matcha before at their location in The Shops at Wailea, so I was excited to stumble upon this spot at The Westin Nanea Ocean Villas, Ka'anapali. It's a cute little stand just past the lobby on the right. easy to access whether you're staying at the resort or just stopping by. The menu is simple and straightforward, offering classic matcha drinks along with a few signature options. We tried the Honey Lavender and the Honey Cinnamon, and both were really good. The Honey Lavender stood out--it had a sweet, floral flavor that blended with the matcha in a way that oddly reminded me of Fruity Pebbles (in a good way!). The Honey Cinnamon was tasty too, though the cinnamon was a bit overpowering and took over most of the drink's flavor. The staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations, which made the experience even better. I was looking for a store front, haha, I was not expecting it to be a small kiosk booth thingy in the middle of the shopping center! The line for matcha was crazy long, the lady had to break the line in half so she can take her mandated 15 min break. Glad I wasn't part of the second half of the line, hehe.
