Service excellent. Dinner... I had the Italian Combo, served with a house salad. Dinner was served nice and hot, with garlic bread The meat sauce has a sweet taste to it that I found to be delicious! My only complaint, you're offering me a sample of numerous dishes all served together in a small dish, smothered in cheese (no complaints there, bring on the cheese), however I had no way of knowing what I was eating. My waitress brought me a plate to put it on. Excellent meal but honestly separate your separate your combo so your customers know that they're eating lasagna and manicotti in this bite...etc.. I'll be back for sure!!

What a nice Italian Restaurant right off of I-85 ext 63. You can tell by the parking lot, it must be good. We sat down immediately and our drink orders were take. The service was efficient and our server was super sweet. We had a party of 3 and the place did a good job of disinfecting and distancing for COVID-19. Any one else ready for covid to be over? We ordered spaghetti, the portion was quite large. A veggie sub with fries. And a calzone. The food tastes really good and we enjoyed our time there.

Busy lunch crowd but we were seated promptly. Atmosphere is nice, nothing over the top certainly but not foreshadowing the wonderful meal to be prepared for us. Server was prompt, polite, and attentive but honestly the food here is the star as it should be. My girlfriend got the spaghetti, a safe choice but to be honest at many places this is a bland dish. Not at Pasanios! Full of flavor and much enjoyed by my admittedly picky girlfriend. I ordered the lasagna and it was wonderfully balanced. Often it can be either cheese or sauce but not Pasanios version. Great meat sauce that complemented the cheese but didn't overpower it. We will be back and are excited to try other items on the menu.

It doesn't even look appetizing! The cheese was literally like plastic!

Ok, seriously. Who in the world eats this crap and actually thinks it's "good pizza"? Yes, I am a New Yorker, who grew up and lived my life eating the absolute best pizza that money can buy, but this is just horrible. I would actually say that Little Caesars is way better than this garbage, and I hate that junk. The only pizza I have ever had that was considerably worse than this is Hungry Howie's, and that was horrific. I wouldn't even consider trying anything else on their menu based on the nonsense they call pizza.

The lady started friendly but seemed cold when I looked at iPad to review the bill. We ordered 2 sandwiches- 1 gyro and 1 shawarma. It CLEARLY on the menu says it comes with a side of fries, Greek salad, hummus, pita etc. Nowhere does it mention an up-charge for anything. I saw it said +$2.50 for each of the sides we asked for with the sandwich. I questioned this and she gave me a face like "how dare I question?" And just said "nothing is included with Sandwich, even fries". It literally contradicts what is on the menu! She said she'll tell her manager. Anyway- that was weird. Also, on the mixed grille it came with the tiniest pieces of pita, almost offensive, given the price. The entrance feels nicer for a take out place with the fake plants on the walls, but the back is closed off and the bathroom is dirty. Overall, I'd really only go for take out. And know they're cheap and will nickel and dime you.

We've had some good food here but we have missed kabobs etc. We got the Mixed Plate for Two which seriously had almost everything on the menu. The first things brought out was the Hummus, Baba Ganoush with Pita. The Hummus was delicious and I was so surprised by the Baba Ganoush. It was very different from what I thought. It was delicious! Then came the HUGE PLATES of food. Greek Salad, Chicken Kabob, Jerusalem Kabob, Lamb Chops and Rice Pilaf. Wow! Everything was delicious and flavorful. The chicken was seasoned well and tender. The Jerusalem Kabob was perfectly seasoned and the Lamb Chops were cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful. The rice was different than I was used to, it had raisins in it. My husband doesn't like rice but couldn't stop eating it. The young man helping us was so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!!!

UPDATED REVIEW!!…read more Never again. I gave them enough time to fix things snd establish themselves. This visit was just awful. It was so bad. All of the soda was completely flat. They brought out more, disgusting tasting, still flat from their machine that still doesn't work. My guest ordered chicken Parmesan. Here is what was wrong with hers: 1.) Chicken parm is not supposed to be served chopped up as it loses all the heat, you're supposed to cut and eat like a steak. It's part of the experience. 2.) Sauce - bland. 3.) Pasta was overcooked. 4.) Cheese just rips apart, clear they don't shred their own and there's anti clumping ingredients in it. 5.) The spaghetti was cut up like a child's meal. The cardinal rule. DO NOT break the pasta!! 6.) Never - EVER cut up chicken parmesan!! The are you doing!?!? It gets cold so quick after you let all that heat out and ruins the experience of the diner!! Would you like me to cut up a steak before serving it to you? NO!!! I had the pizza. I didn't feel any flour or semolina under it but okay let's pretend they still rolled it by hand... I ate one bite and my mouth is on fire - maybe I put too much red pepper flakes on. I try the second piece with just parm I believe but no flakes, a little cheese taste but extremely bland. I definitely had the third piece as is. All three pieces toppings literally falling off, just sliding, not from being hot but so many dry areas where there is no cheese holding anything together at all. All toppings and the pizza seemed....watery is the only word to describe it. It was even visual. I'll include picture for reference. Bland, bland, bland! How in the world is it so bland??? I'm sorry but this is in no way 15" pizza that is worth a whopping $18.99!!! Okay the food sucks but what about service and atmosphere? Service: Never told us their name. Was the most awkward experience because they were within' earshot from us the entire time but was attentive. At the end I asked for a box and was given a tiny thing not even one slice of pizza would fit into, I had several slides left too - this was obviously a give away that they had some form of ownership or stake in the restaurant because it was the cheapest option. I had to request a more suitable container then they finally give me an actual pizza box but like a kids one of something so I overlapped my pieces in it and left. The awkward part came due to the atmosphere which was: Atmosphere: NO MUSIC!! We had to sit there in DEAD silence. Are you kidding me? I started a show on my phone just to have something going. We felt like we couldn't talk about how bad things were till we left and it all came out after we came out. The menus are all altered in white out followed by price hikes on EVERYTHING. Are they smoking crack? Don't they have the original word documents that they made the menus on to begin with the furniture... Was absolutely falling apart I mean, literally my guest went to move one of the tables and the seats and the seat just came up looking around the entire restaurant you could just see cracked and chipped paint everywhere. They took zero pride on how everything looked. Also the bathrooms...I didn't use the bathrooms, but they even had a sign on them that said for guest use only. Completely rude!!! By posting signs like that you are saying to everyone that you think you are in business in a sleazy area and refuse to maintain cleanliness in the bathrooms. That's how it comes across. The entrance in, there are tacky hand drawn special taped ALL over the the door where you couldn't even see to the inside. I have to end it here, because I could keep going. Bottom line - I gave them one chance after opening - then another months later - never again. I would be 0/5 stars if I could. What keeps them in business and with decent ratings currently? To go orders, most don't go inside, and people have lower expectations when they get their food 20 minutes later already - a lot of senior folk in area and locals make it their go to because no other competition exists. That does not mean that it is good, that means they are too used to it in my opinion, which are all factual statements in my reviews. I hate leaving bad reviews but that's how restaurants learn and improve!

The one thing I would offer as constructive criticism is really watch the amount of dry oregano you add after the fact. Most of what we received had more than a dusting, which isn't pleasant with dried herbs. (Note, I love oregano and cook with it all the time. This was just excessive). The other thing I would note is there isn't that spirit of hospitality when you are there, which is what the Greeks are known for. Service was I'd say a bit below average- for example, we ordered a bunch of appetizers, and were done with quite a bit of it. When our food came out the waitress tried to deliver all the food on an already crowded table. We had to ask her to remove the dirty, empty plates first. We also had people run out of water, and she never came back to refill. The other thing was it was clearly a celebratory dinner. It would have been nice to at least ask what was going on. Not looking for anything, but typically a server would at least chat you up. All that said, we will be back and recommend this place to others. Would just recommend tasting the food before it does out to make sure its not caked with dried oregano, and bring a little more of that Greek spirit to the business.
