The toast in the top just disintegrated and the soup was now inedible. We asked that the soups be taken off the bill and we'd find somewhere else to eat. After that it still took another 20 minutes just to get our bill. We spent an hour here and walked out hungry and unsatisfied. I didn't have high hopes for TGIFridays but soup should've been easy. More people arrived by the time we left and it appeared they were severely understaffed. Our waitress had to make drinks, serve other tables, as well as play hostess so I wouldn't even blame it on her. She was nice enough to take the soups off our bill.
