WEIRDEST MASSAGE EVER. My masseuse Jenny was friendly but literally the worst and I would NOT recommend. Her TECHNIQUE: includes digging/slapping/pinching. So strange! I did not feel relaxed at all and I am still healing from the physical pain she caused on my back/ribs/thighs. She did not even focus on my upper back pain when I kept telling her, she mostly spent time with my feet and it was PAINFUL. With constantly asking me if I want to upgrade from a 60 minute massage to a 90 minute massage. Like no girl! I'm counting down the minutes to leave here after being touched with her claws. The worst part is that she kept sneezing and I'm pretty sure I contracted a viral infection from her. PRICE: I paid $65/hr for a horrible experience. I guess you pay for what you get. But I have had a better massage across the street for cheaper. Plus it's always so awkward when they stand at the door waiting for their tip. I would go somewhere else if you are planning to have a relaxing massage. If you enjoy pain and agony, this is the place to go. read more

My boyfriend had called a few days prior and booked a couples massage. When we got there, it was like we never called and they asked us all the same questions. This wasn't a great start, but they were still able to get us in. Make sure you have cash because they basically wouldn't take card and we had to go to the ATM inside. The "couples" massage was just that we were in the same room together. Once the massages actually started, we were blown away! It was an amazing experience and both masseuses were wonderful. I got the standard massage with essential oils and the hot stone add ons, and my boyfriend got the deep tissue with hot stone add ons. My normal massage place was booked, so I called to see if there was any availability here and if they could do a Swedish massage. They said yes and I immediately came over. After I arrived, nobody was at the front desk and then a lady opened a door. She was apparently providing foot massages in the room. I asked for a 1 hour Swedish massage and she didn't understand. She paused for a while to try to translate her words in English and after some back and forth I understood that she wanted me and another client behind me to come back in 30 minutes. I decided to wait in my car and as I about to open the door, they called me back. They said it would be $60 for 1 hour and didn't tell me it was an extra $2 for credit card. I went to my room and was assigned Eli. She also had a very bad understanding of English but she tried her best. I asked if she knew how to do a Swedish massage but she didn't understand so she used her phone to translate, but still didn't understand and thought that I said I wanted a soft massage, so I said forget it. It clearly wasn't a Swedish massage and I didn't care for her technique because she kept going over the same spots for like 10 minutes and sometimes it was painful. The bed was very hot and I had to ask her to turn it down so she unplugged it. The face hole in the massage bed wasn't very comfortable and made it hard to relax and breathe. I also didn't like that she spent 50 minutes on my backside and only 10 minutes on my front. Needless to say, I won't be back and didn't enjoy the experience. If I hadn't paid up front, I would have left after the first 10 minutes. I couldn't wait to leave the establishment. They definitely aren't certified. I can't recommend based on my experience. There is a substantial language barrier that you will not be able to overcome when you're in the middle of a massage. I wanted a 90 minute massage. I didn't realize the massage therapists switched in and out during the massage. The second one communicated that she needed more time to finish the massage "two hour okay?" And I'm thinking okay sure, another 30 sounds fine. As I go to leave, I see they tried to charge me the incorrect amount. The woman upfront said the amount would be fixed. I check my credit card statement and they tried to charge me MORE than their posted rates for the massage at the two hour mark. As a result, I won't be coming back and I suggest you skip as well. The style of massage is a mix between Thai and some kind of ad hoc massaging. None of the staff are verified massage therapists. read more

I decided to do the 60 minute deep tissue massage, and they added hot stones for free. Came out after feeling so much better. I had a lot of knots in my back and they instantly got rid of them. This is an outdated review that I've been meaning to write for a while. It's been around 2 months since my last visit so I haven't been here since my first time trying this massage business. Everything went smoothly and everyone was nice but my complaint has to do with the last portion of my visit when I was walking out. I speak Chinese/can understand it but maybe the receptionist lady thought I couldn't? Who knows, but as I was walking out she asked the masseuse that walked me out if she got her tip in Chinese, which made me feel awkward. I did tip her but I didn't want to hear that at the end of my massage. I also didnt necessarily enjoy my massage as it was mostly painful and they never really ask if I felt comfortable or if they should use less force/whatnot. read more

My husband and I have been coming here for a few years now to get a couples massage. He always gets deep tissue for his back and neck. I am happy with the swedish massage. Lily always answers the phone promptly and does her best to get us in. We always request Eva and Emily. They are the best. Eva has warm and strong hands. Loosens up the knots and concentrates on what you need. The place is clean. The tables are warmed up and comfortable. They also offer cupping if you want to add to the massage. I called in if they had any availability on short notice and sure enough they did. We literally called beforehand and we were there in 15 minutes. I believe they're not restricted to just appointments, they were open to walk-ins too. We did a couple's massage as a treat during New Years' Eve. It was great for the most part. The ladies were extremely nice and swift, even worked out the knots I had. They were extremely respectful and checked in on us several times if we were comfortable with the level of pressure. I did the deep tissue and my husband did the hot stones. It felt very thorough for deep tissue and I left feeling rejuvenated. The place was quiet and clean. I'd definitely come back again. The massage oil didn't make me break out in hives and the massage was roughly 60 minutes. The only thing I would have to comment on would be that we had to prepay, and I found it a little odd to pay a tip beforehand. I've been here twice now and my first time was a great experience albeit inappropriate by an American standard. Many of the girls can barely speak English if at all which made my second visit difficult to communicate considering she knew maybe 3 words in English. Not normally an issue, especially with translation apps now on smart phones but it was still difficult to understand each other and I wasn't asked about any possible medical issues or specific places I might have issues with. I forwent trying to communicate this. Both times going, both massages felt invasive and inappropriate as they often blatantly reveal your genital areas, grazing them or even in my case, having to pick up and move my member out of the way. Now I understand nudity is very much a common thing in Asian countries so I very much disregarded this behavior as a cultural difference. If this makes you uncomfortable, then I respect your opinion and recommend a different massage parlor. My first visit I left feeling great, refreshed and revitalized. Unfortunately my second visit was not as pleasant. This feels unfortunate to say because my masseur was very much trying her best, huffing and puffing with the effort. I had asked for deep tissue massage to which she so barely able to accommodate with her tiny self. She was so small, climbing on top of me just to get enough pressure to press into my back. This is exactly out of the ordinary but in doing so knelt down between my legs putting the weight of her knee on the end of my manhood. I don't care how small she is, that hurt... later during the massage she asked me to add another 30 mins and I gave in feeling awkward and unable to really comfortably communicating. Highly recommend bringing a wad of cash if you want to come to this location, they much prefer cash and charge $2 per transaction that isn't. Overall the place is clean and relaxing but I have to give this place one last try before really deciding whether or not to continue going on not. read more

And before she came, the receptionist put her hot stones on my back and left. They were way too hot and burned my back. The actual massage was not bad. I read the reviews and thought this place was worth a try. I work a lot and workout and my body's been super tight. The lady was very nice. That's kinda where it stops. I asked for "as hard as you can" When she asked if I prefer soft, medium or hard. She did not deliver. It was so light that I just felt like I was being gently rubbed when I needed some deeper work. I asked again to go a bit harder and it only would last a minute or so. I was pulled and stretched more than actually massaged here. Because of how conveniently close to home this place is, I decided to give it another try. This past summer, my body was in shambles. I reached out to Lily to ask if they offered cupping, which they did. I just needed a quick massage with cupping and Lily recommended added Gua Sha, so I agreed- my body felt significantly better the following days! I only did a 30 minute with the added cupping and Gua Sha, but it was worth it! Fast forward to last night, both my husband and I were in awful pain and discomfort and he asked if I knew of any place near by-- and of course I remembered this place! I called ahead to make sure they had time available for two, which luckily they did. This time around, their special for 40 min and 30 foot was $65 and if you wanted to add either deep tissue, hot stones or essential oil, it was an additional $5. Hubby wanted deep and I just wanted the essential oil. I had Tala and he had Sunny, we were both SO pleased with their services! My husband praised me for bringing him here, said it was definitely in his Top 3. My experience with Tala was AMAZING. She really worked on my knots in my neck and traps, her hands are amazing. I had a pinch nerve on my shoulder blade for days and finally decided to get a massage to help massage it out. Summer is amazing! She is the first masseuse ever to get all my problem areas. She didn't even ask what to focus on, it was like she just knew. Her pressure was great. She was kind and friendly. The check in process was ok. Weird that they ask you to pay ahead of time, but I'm sure there has been people who walked out without paying so I get it. The receptionist just told me to go in the room and that's it. Was I supposed to close the door and change? Was I supposed to wait for my masseuse to come first? Explaining what I should have done would have been nice.
