I've never had someone put so much care into my nails. I went in unsure if what I wanted was going to be executed as well as I was hoping, and I was blown away. Ken did an AMAZING job and I'm beyond thrilled with how it came out!! Definitely go, the quality and care and all the customer service was amazing. & don't forget GIVE GOOD TIPS FOR GOOD WORK !!

The service was okay until she put the powder on. At first I was okay with the powder but then I looked at the nails they were different length and thickness. I had to turn right around and have them take off the nails.

I payed $55 bucks for a French pedicure. I didn't notice at the salon he horrible of a Job this woman did. I was at Nordstroms trying on shoes when I noticed not only do I have dead skin all over my toes. But on my left foot she painted over the white tip with pink coating. My heal looks like it wasn't even touched with dry broken skin. HORRIBLE quality. Definitely NOT worth $55 dollars. read more

This is still my go-to salon but most of my issues lie with their process of making appointments. I have had issues on multiple occasions - and to be honest they should take down their online booking system because it's never actually followed. One time I called and made in appointment well in advance only to find out my nail tech was double booked and the other client showed up RIGHT before me . Another time, I booked with a tech and was given another newer tech who did a subpar job, and most recently, I made an appointment online for after new years that was not only confirmed but that I received a reminder for a day prior only to find out they were closed to celebrate new years . Because of this, I had to seek out a different salon. I will continue coming here but this is a major inconvenience and their management needs to do better . read more

I got super cute almond nails with pink french tips. I love how clean it is inside. However, I didn't appreciate my nail tech's attitude. He kept complaining to himself about something, replied with a rude tone, and it took 2.5 hours for it. read more

i just moved in this area last September so first time ever here. Went for eyebrow wax. lady was on her phone when coming into the room, no hello when entering. picked up a mirror to look at herself after letting me look at my brows when service was done. again quickly back on her phone. very aggressive with her hands when switching sides of my brows when she was waxing, tweezing, and when putting oil or aloe when she was done. usually they ask me which one or if i want any at all. will not be returning. read more

I am so glad that I found this nail salon. I have been always searching for a nail salon that does good designs. And I am so HAPPY now with platinum nail bar. We had a work event here and had 6 ladies. Made an appointment and they were ready for us when we arrived. It did take just a bit for all of us to get worked on, however, we all sat together and got to chat with feet soaking and massage chairs working. The pedicure itself was AMAZING. We did the $69 one and it included aloe, lemon, brown sugar, honey and the massage was 20 minutes! I think the one person who got a manicure could have been a better experience. I thought manicures involved a hand massage (which she didn't get), but, I haven't done one before... so I am unsure. Everyone was really happy with their nails and we had a great time. read more

I've been to a few others before and sometimes I think finding the best fit lash artist is like Cinderella and her glass slipper...you gotta try a few until you find the best fit! Let me tell you exactly how I've come to fall completely in love with her work: 1) Perfectionist! Katie does spend time on her volume sets but that's because she is literally making absolutely perfect fans on every single one of your lashes. How do I know? Because as my lashes grow out and naturally shed, I'll find one on my counter sink in PERFECT fan, not clumped together, not 3-4 lashes with globs on glue at the base. They are perfectly spaced lash fans that create beautiful wispy volume. I would rather lay there for two hours with PERFECTLY fanned out volume lashes than have a rushed one hour session with clumps. 2) Genuine and Real! Katie is honest and isn't trying to just make a fast buck with shoddy work. When I came to see her after not being able to be scheduled with my previous lash girl, she very honestly told me that she needed to remove the previous work and let my lashes grow back a bit. She could've easily just removed my previous set and put a new set on, but after removal, she saw that I had some natural lashes that needed to grow a bit more (apparently they might've been pulled out in a chunk due to glue clumping from my previous artist's work). She wanted what was best for my lashes and not what was best for her pocket! 3) Caring! She cares about the health of your natural lashes and wants you to be able to enjoy lash extensions for a long time. She educates you on your natural lash growth circle and lash care and because she is so meticulous in her careful placement of every full lash fan, my lashes really DO get healthier! 4) Lastly, TALENTED AF! She knows that I have thin but long natural Asian lashes and that a D curl is not going to work with my small Asian double lid. She knew to use a C curl, she knew to use thinner but more lashes versus thicker and less, she knew what length would work with my eye shape! She customizes it to fit your look. I even referred my girl friend to her who is also Asian but has different shaped eyes than me and I could tell she did a slightly different style and it looked amazing on her. Oh wait sorry and one more 5) did I mention her lashes lasted ALL MONTH? I used to get my lashes filled every two WEEKS with all my previous lash artists. I don't know how she does it, but they still looked good a MONTH later when I came back in for a new set. You know what that means? Better for my wallet! Katie is in it for quality lashes, customized looks and longevity of your natural lashes! Anyway, I've found the Cinderella to my glass slipper. I've enjoyed the lashes of my past but I think Katie fits me the best and I'm done searching!!!

I noticed the price for my manicure was changed at the register compared to what had been written by the nail technician. That felt dishonest and left a bad impression at the end of the visit. Because of those experiences, while the salon is beautiful and the technicians were skilled, I'm not sure I would return anytime soon.
