Kids portion of spaghetti and meatball was ridiculously small portioned.

Ordered takeout from Pallazos and got let down hard. The kids' pasta portion was tiny -- like "did someone already eat half of this?" tiny. For the price, it felt more like a side dish than an actual meal for a kid. Quality was fine, but portions matter, especially for takeout where you can't fix it on the spot. Plenty of other spots that don't skimp.

I prefer the Briarforest location. I wasn't served seasoned olive oil to go with my bread. The bread was good though. I ordered angel hair pasta with marinara sauce. Something was off with the sauce. I can't tell what. I thought I'd get a spoon for my pasta. But the waitress didn't come by again for a while for me to ask for one. There was no one visible on the back room of the restaurant where I sat. But I did manage to twirl the pasta on my fork. When waitress came, I asked for a box to go and the bill. Palazzo's doesn't have pasta with marinara sauce on the lunch menu. They only list the one with meatballs. The lunch pasta with no meat costs $16. That's too much.

My partner asked me not to review his favorite restaurant because...and I quote ..."if more people come, the prices will go up". Well, I hope instead, spreading the word will inspire a diverse population to come enjoy their food. I have to admit, I've been dragged to this restaurant time and time again by my significant other & the experience is always the same. Yes, it's awkwardly positioned in a strip mall. Yes, staff will file in and out in rapid succession fulfilling the numerous go orders, and yes, the company who dine in the restaurant (in my opinion) are not very diverse- I, a 29 year old, 4'11", natural hair wearing black woman ALWAYS stand out in age & color...not to mention I'm occasionally gawked at by their patrons. On the other hand, from dining at this location for years, I stand by 3 items: 1. The free bread & seasoned oil prior to your meal. When fresh it's truly heavenly 2. The veal Ragu. It's delicious, flavorful, and surprisingly lighter than you'd expect 3. The beef lasagna- it's flavorful and balanced They also have specials (on the chalk board) & homemade desserts, so if you dine here, leave the "must maintain diet" mantra at home and embrace the carbs.

Went for dinner and realized it was also Restaurant Weeks! Ordered the crab cake with buerre blanc, the veal piccata, and finished with fig and goat cheese gelato (pictured). All of it was amazing and the portions were huge!!! Plus, the staff is so incredibly attentive. Definitely a must try place!

Not impressed with the flavor. Expected an explosion of flavor as the sauce in my dish was pesto based but it was more Just like any sauce I could make at home. Lunch specials are great size and include salad and bread. Service was impeccable! The food is just ok.

Easily some of the best pizza I've ever had…read more Friendly staff upon walking in. We were seen once the line moved through to us. We had the order put in ahead of time and it was ready on time. The space is smaller but I think its designed to be that way. More so a spot to pickup and if need be theres a few tables in and outside to eat at. We ordered the pig and chicken pizza along with the truffled mushroom bruschetta. Both 10/10. The buschetta by itself can be an order. Good lord it was so good. Nutty, mushroom, cheesy crispy but not dry bread. Im a big toppings make the pizza guy. Perfect crust. I asked for it to be cooked a bit longer because i like really crispy edges. Good bread to topping ratio. You can tell the toppings arent just run of the mill stuff you put on top. The pizza was flavorful, the ricotta was creamy and gave a good cut through with the fatty meats on the pizza. Wonderful job talespin. I need to come back for the breakfast for dinner pizza.

I got the Pepporini pizza, classic neo style. It was good but not my style of pizza, the ricotta…read morecheese on each slice was not a good touch and the pizza was floppy. Great char on the bottom, light crust, cupped pepperoni and sauce/cheese were good. The pizza looks amazing when you get it, presentation is 10/10. I bet if I would have customized it without ricotta, it would have been a lot better. Inside the stores decor is cool; skateboarding theme and I bet a lot of items are great on the menu. I wouldn't knock it and I will forsure come back.
