Kids portion of spaghetti and meatball was ridiculously small portioned.
    William W.

Ordered takeout from Pallazos and got let down hard. The kids' pasta portion was tiny -- like "did someone already eat half of this?" tiny. For the price, it felt more like a side dish than an actual meal for a kid. Quality was fine, but portions matter, especially for takeout where you can't fix it on the spot. Plenty of other spots that don't skimp.

I prefer the Briarforest location. I wasn't served seasoned olive oil to go with my bread. The bread was good though. I ordered angel hair pasta with marinara sauce. Something was off with the sauce. I can't tell what. I thought I'd get a spoon for my pasta. But the waitress didn't come by again for a while for me to ask for one. There was no one visible on the back room of the restaurant where I sat. But I did manage to twirl the pasta on my fork. When waitress came, I asked for a box to go and the bill. Palazzo's doesn't have pasta with marinara sauce on the lunch menu. They only list the one with meatballs. The lunch pasta with no meat costs $16. That's too much.

Went for dinner and realized it was also Restaurant Weeks! Ordered the crab cake with buerre blanc, the veal piccata, and finished with fig and goat cheese gelato (pictured). All of it was amazing and the portions were huge!!! Plus, the staff is so incredibly attentive. Definitely a must try place!

My partner asked me not to review his favorite restaurant because...and I quote ..."if more people come, the prices will go up". Well, I hope instead, spreading the word will inspire a diverse population to come enjoy their food. I have to admit, I've been dragged to this restaurant time and time again by my significant other & the experience is always the same. Yes, it's awkwardly positioned in a strip mall. Yes, staff will file in and out in rapid succession fulfilling the numerous go orders, and yes, the company who dine in the restaurant (in my opinion) are not very diverse- I, a 29 year old, 4'11", natural hair wearing black woman ALWAYS stand out in age & color...not to mention I'm occasionally gawked at by their patrons. On the other hand, from dining at this location for years, I stand by 3 items: 1. The free bread & seasoned oil prior to your meal. When fresh it's truly heavenly 2. The veal Ragu. It's delicious, flavorful, and surprisingly lighter than you'd expect 3. The beef lasagna- it's flavorful and balanced They also have specials (on the chalk board) & homemade desserts, so if you dine here, leave the "must maintain diet" mantra at home and embrace the carbs.

Not impressed with the flavor. Expected an explosion of flavor as the sauce in my dish was pesto based but it was more Just like any sauce I could make at home. Lunch specials are great size and include salad and bread. Service was impeccable! The food is just ok.

The staff is super friendly, and we were welcomed as we were (we had hoped to eat at a sister establishment but they sold out of what we wanted). Mimo's offers a great selection of Italian inspired apps, three well appointed pizzas, a few varied and surprising options for pasta dishes, and some mains. Items we tried: Pane - delicious Roasted Carrot Pizza - AMAZING, A little spicy, but definitely something we would order again. Pastas we ordered initially came out cold - our incredible waiter immediately corrected the issue. But from a flavor profile - Pansotti - sooooo delicious. You'd never guess that it was a vegetarian option - the mushrooms were so meaty. The delicate pouches with the spinach and ricotta were heavenly. Pappardelle - The lamb braised sauce had a depth of flavor that could rival any restaurant in Italy. My only tiny hope was that the pasta would have been served aldente, it was a little overcooked. But to each his own. Overall - really great. Would recommend. This would be great for a weeknight dinner or an off the beaten path date night.

Even as we were leaving, the staff opened the door for us and sent us off with a warm handshake, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was also a 10/10. The build-your-own pasta menu was fantastic and offered so many different options. The weekday happy hour until 6:30 p.m. is hard to beat, especially with $6 Aperol Spritzes and margaritas. The complimentary focaccia bread was delicious, and the olive oil, balsamic, and garlic dipping sauce was the perfect touch. We also ordered the fried calamari, and the sauce it came with was unlike any marinara I've ever had--in the best way possible. Everyone there was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere made me feel like I was transported somewhere else entirely. It's also very family-friendly, making it a great spot for any occasion. Definitely my new date night spot, and I can't wait to come back. I highly recommend Mia Bella's to anyone looking for amazing food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Some of y'all are silly gooses Anyway, my friend and I came by on a Thursday night and it was pretty busy! The inside of the restaurant is decorated with so many Italian knick knacks which gives this place a cozy vibe. Instead of ordering an appetizer and an entree, my friend and I decided to order 3 things from the appetizer menu: Arancini Montanare Impepata Napoletana The arancini was delicious! The exterior/crust wasn't too thick and was fried nicely. As for the filling, it had cheese, beef, and tomato sauce- yum! I really enjoyed the montanare because it came with 3 different toppings. Not to mention, the bread was fantastic! All 3 were great but my favorite was the one with smoked provolone, anchovy, and the red chili on top (I believe that's what the red topping is). The Impepata Napoletana was another solid dish- loved the white wine sauce with garlic and pepper. Although it was a tad bit too salty for me, it paired nicely with the bread. For dessert, my friend got the pistachio gelato and I ordered the Tiramisu. Both were a great way to end dinner. Food was wonderful, our waiter was very friendly/welcoming, and the vibes were lovely. The flavor was good, but because they were small and folded in on themselves, they held a lot of the oil. The oil did taste fresh though.
