We went in and asked for the mangonada, In all fairness they did say it was spicy but to anyone that normally handles spice, you don't think it would be OVERWHELMINGLY spicy. Unfortunately it was too spicy to even enjoy . I went back in to ask to exchange it and she said well she asked if we were ok with spicy and I then told her we didn't think it would be THAT spicy like it was a lot. I understood this however I would've at least liked to exchange for a regular mango ice cream or anything or same value. They declined and said I'd have to pay for another one . Mind you it was about two mins or less in between from walking outside the store into the car to try it and back. Ultimately had to throw it away and not get anything. Wasted over $5 read more

Came here with my family and I was impressed with the ice cream I got. I was satisfied with what I got which was the strawberry cheesecake ice cream which was very sweet and cooling. There was a long line so we did have to wait a bit to order which wasn't their fault obviously. I would say that the service could be better because the lady that took our order was not the nicest. And when you ask the people working there what the flavors are, they can't answer you because they don't speak English. I admire this Paleterías selection of ice cream flavors. Many flavors are reminiscent to those available in Mexican Paleterías (Nance, Coco, Mamet). There are also many traditional American flavors such as Oreo and chocolate. The shop also has a large assortment of Paletas that can be dipped in chocolate and made "Eskimo Style" and can be covered in the customer's choice of nuts, sprinkles, or chocolate chips. There's plenty of parking in the shopping center that they are located in, but I will warn you that there is no sign outside of this Paleteria. I'm not exactly sure why they do not have a sign, but I can guarantee you that they are open for business. The ice cream shop also has plenty of seating indoors. read more

Terrible freezer burn!!! I purchased a pineapple popsicle and it was covered in ice making it very difficult to eat. The texture and taste was awful!! I didn't even get the chance to enjoy it. I threw it away immediately. I do not recommend getting their popsicles unless it's a fresh batch. Terrible congelación quemadura!!! I have to say this mangonado was muy delicioso! It had an interesting texture with the chili flavor in the mango and on the straw. On the straw, it was this kind of chili candy and it was kind of sweet. As I dig into the cup, the mango was sweet and it was so good with the chili flavor sauce on the slice cube mangos. This place was colorful and it had a variety of flavor popsicles. In the popsicles, they use real fruits rather than the artificial juice. I'm surprise that not that many people know this place. I can understand why since they do not have a sign with the name of the store. But highly recommend for those who want to try a new dessert place! read more

First of all i want to say that i enjoy coming to this place with my family and friends. It's a great spot to get together; however, today i was hoping to get some items with the kids and my friend and the customer service was unbelievably terrible. I had waited in line and Carol the cashier ignored us and didn't acknowledge us. A gentleman comes in and she proceeds to take his order. I asked another lady at the store if someone could take our order since Carol ignored us and i figured she was new or just mistakenly forgot about us. The other girl said that once she was done she will take our orders since we were the ONLY ones left at the store to order. She finished the transaction and we waited again for our turn.. another family comes in and she ignored us again and took her order. She finished and started laughing with her other coworkers. It is ridiculous! I have never had something like that happened, employees like her will make sure you lose a lot of customers. I don't recommend this place unless they have a change of staff and their customer service improves. The food is great never had an issue. read more
