Today I went to this place and my experience was not pleasant. The staff has no intention of serving people. They throw things at you. It's not my fault they don't love their job. You just don't like it. Don't do it. You're there to serve. People don't go there to ask for something for free. The melted ice cream didn't leave the establishment once it was melted.

An overwhelming variety of delicious ice creams, paletas, and snacks. It was a bit of analysis paralysis so we went for a few classics but will branch out next time. I had the large fruit cup and my husband has the small mangonada.

Best authentic Mexican ice-cream shop! Hidden gem which recently opened. Not your typical 31 flavors! Great selection of ice cream flavors and authentic mango treats with a twist. The line was out the door. Staff was friendly. I will be back.

I admire this Paleterías selection of ice cream flavors. Many flavors are reminiscent to those available in Mexican Paleterías (Nance, Coco, Mamet). There are also many traditional American flavors such as Oreo and chocolate. The shop also has a large assortment of Paletas that can be dipped in chocolate and made "Eskimo Style" and can be covered in the customer's choice of nuts, sprinkles, or chocolate chips. There's plenty of parking in the shopping center that they are located in, but I will warn you that there is no sign outside of this Paleteria. I'm not exactly sure why they do not have a sign, but I can guarantee you that they are open for business. The ice cream shop also has plenty of seating indoors.

Staff was really friendly! They sell very authentic treats. I had a paleta de limon con chamoy, it was delicious. I also ordered a paleta de chocolate, which was amazing. I will definitely be back for more.

I have to say this mangonado was muy delicioso! It had an interesting texture with the chili flavor in the mango and on the straw. On the straw, it was this kind of chili candy and it was kind of sweet. As I dig into the cup, the mango was sweet and it was so good with the chili flavor sauce on the slice cube mangos. This place was colorful and it had a variety of flavor popsicles. In the popsicles, they use real fruits rather than the artificial juice. I'm surprise that not that many people know this place. I can understand why since they do not have a sign with the name of the store. But highly recommend for those who want to try a new dessert place!

Butter cream w/ strawberry was Ah-Mazingggggg!

The gelato is actually fantastic and definitely amongst the best in the area (including quite a large radius). The texture is just so smooth, creamy, and perfectly rich while somehow still maintaining some lightness so I could keep eating more. The flavors were relatively simple and traditional, but just packed and executed incredibly well. Overall just some truly great gelato. The shop itself is quite nice with a modern and well decorated interior, offering a good amount of seating inside, a bench outside, and with its location in the center of Downtown Cary there are plenty of places to walk around or to where you can enjoy. The service was friendly and efficient. Prices, while definitely on the higher side, are acceptable given the quality, especially for this quality of a sweet treat! Will absolutely be coming back for more and recommend all to give it a try.

The chocolate brownie is thick and rich, but not too sweet, and the marshmallow cream is divine, especially with the ice cream. The service is great and relatively quick, and everyone I've met there is kind and willing to help. The inside is a bit small, so smaller crowds are better and it does tend to get crowded later in the evening and on weekends. The outside street sitting area is nice too and hopefully will be fully fixed soon. Overall a great places to stop for drinks and desserts after a nice meal! There was no host or hostess present upon entering. We did see her coming; from near the kitchen. The dining area (not the bar) was moderately decorated. We would suggest some art pieces could brighten up the place. We wanted to sit outside, but we soon learned that they did not have enough servers. Our seats were near a wall: one seat was a cushioned attached seat and the other opposite was moveable. Our lamp on our table had lost it's battery power. Our neighbor got one from another table and switched out ours. We noticed the table toward the center of the dining room had had a wine spill, all over and onto the seat and floor. Staff did not clean this properly. Wine remained on the floor, even when they later sat 3 people at this table. As for food, we first ordered wine from Chandler. It was just his 2nd day waiting tables for Leo's (but experience from another establishment dictated how he would serve us). He was not dressed like a server. He had old blue jeans and a while button-down shirt. The rest of what few wait staff there were wore white shirts and black pants. All of the staff were scrambling to help guests. Even the restaurant manager was bussing tables. We ordered the fried zucchini, and those resembled onion straws. They were delicious, but immediately after those were on our table, our entrees came out by a female wait-staff. We asked her to take them away and make them again (for $44.00 scallops, why should I have them under a heat-lamp). It was a mistake that they corrected. She didn't do anything wrong, thus the look of surprise on her face. When Chandler asked about our entrees a bit later, we said that the pasta bolognese was great, but my scallops were not hot. They were sent back again, and this time they were just okay. I learned that some seafood products arrive frozen, and the kitchen may not thaw them correctly, thus, not receiving a good sear on the grill. The pea risotto was good and the asparagus was very good. Chandler really wanted to take care of us, so he arranged for the manager to come over and speak to us. Between the two of them, this restaurant "made it right!" Our dessert was comped and we enjoyed it. We will give this restaurant another try. I wanted my experience to be stella, and that may not have happened. However, going again will certainly give this establishment a second chance.
