The young girl assistant manager here was spactacular. Give this girl a raise. She called in to management for our two service animals in Sherpa bag to enter the pizza cafe while we were passing through. And they said yes. Order was wrong...again and all they offered me was 50% off my next order! Really? You offer delivery. Get your butt, in a car and deliver my correct order. It's not that hard. It was a quiet evening in Forney, a small chain awaited our arrival. It was quite empty in the restaurant, there was a good bit of carry out going through the door. The salads in the display case were 3 days old the young man told us - he was making new ones in back.... made me wonder if I ordered the cheese cake if it would come from the case or how long those had been there?? The wings were not good -To their defense, it did advertise baked, but... baked off in an oven, skin not crispy, rubbery kind of meh looking, however they were served hot but soooo over sauced. I don't recommend the garlic parmesan- it does not have a flavour of either garlic or parmesan. The pizza was interesting - it was OK. Its a Chicago cut,. We had The King, which had everything on it. The sauce was good - it had a sweet bit of flavour to it; otherwise it was just a pizza, like you would expect, not something that would make you say " I must come here to have another". read more

Not a fan. Not a fit for our family. But it could be for others. We ordered for a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children, it was over $70 and was absolutely not worth it. The wings were okay The 'garlic' cheese bread had no garlic flavor. (Compare to a chain restaurant) the Caesar salad was fresh greens, but the dressing had zero flavor. Cheese sticks, those I could have done the same thing and better in my oven..... and the pizzas were blah and soggy. We gave it a go.... but will stick with Pizza Grand. :) read more

The food was very good, but the service was horrible. Last time (and it will probably be the last time), we had to ask several times for forks because there were none at the counter. The tea dispenser was empty and when I pointed it out, I just got a shrug of the shoulders from the girl who was standing there. Place was also not all that clean. The food was great, had Grace's pizza and tiramisu. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Really nice atmosphere. Looking forward to many more meals there. The pizza we had, which was the king was good. Crust wast nice and crispy not soggy like some of the other pizza restaurants. This was our first time here and didn't know you just walk in and order at the counter. You feel rushed as your trying to look at the menu and see everything, while trying not to take too long to order so the people behind don't say anything. But the pizza is definitely good and we will be back. The cheese sticks are definitely frozen and weren't good at all. Won't get those again, but all in all it's a cool place with TVs on the walls to watch a few games and grab a quick slice. Check it out. read more

We love this place. Until recently the only place that all 5 of us liked was Napoli's pizza. Some of the previous losers were Pizza Hut, Mr.Jim's, Dominos, Marco's and finally Eno's. They are definitely in desperate need of variety with good food in this city but anyway back to the review, I wish I would have taken a better picture of the dish. I had the chicken Alfredo and loved it. Very flavorful with fresh chicken seasoned just right. The sauce was light and perfect! My husband had the chicken parm and my son had the meat and cheese deluxe pizza. Everyone was satisfied with nothing but good things to say! Horrible service! On my first visit there, I found a hair in my salad...No biggie right...lets try again for a 2nd visit.... We waited for 30 minutes for our lunch, when I received my chicken parm, there was about an inch of water in the bottom of the plate and someone thought it was a good idea to place the garlic bread in it...yumm. On top of that, there was a cook with his cellphone out making food (cellphones are covered in germs) no one was wearing gloves and one of the gentleman cleaning tables walked around with his pants sagging. Got in and ordered quickly. Unfortunately, since out last visit, they started a delivery service. And it seems as though the delivery service is taking precedence over in house service and the staff is plugging away at the orders and having difficulty organizing and keeping up. Waited almost 45 minutes to get the cheese bread appetizer, but the main food came out about 5 minutes later. Overall, my family of 6 will return, because I anticipate them finding their groove between in-house and delivery service. The food makes it worth our return business. All 6 of our kids LOVE the pizza and cheese bread. Any place we can find where all of our kids love the food is a big deal for is. Also the bbq Marias calzone thing is fantastic and we LOVE the tiramisu. Staff is friendly too. read more

Brand new and we were very serprised at how good the food was and how polite the staff were. We got a pizza, baked mac and cheese, cheese bread, bbq calzone, tiramisu, and shrimp il palio. The ONLY reason this is getting a 4 and not a 5 start is because the past was a bland and the food came out at different times. BUT the manager was fantastic and took very good care of us and my kids devoured everything!!! They all raved at how good everything was. My favorite was the baked mac and cheese and THE TIRAMISU was absolutely outstanding!!!! Try dipping the cheese bread in the mac and cheese and its even better. BYOB ... Bring your own Booze!! Thy don't charge a fee for opening a bottle of wine which is very nice. They provide the opener and the glasses. Also the food is great! The crust was the perfect 'not too thin not too thick' ratio, the sauce is flavorful and robust, cheese was great, toppings are fresh! I wanted to try something new other than the typical pizza chains so we figured we would give Palio's a try. I paid just about double what I normally would pay for three pizzas and was glad to do so with what I thought would be a premium pizza. Placed my order at 5:15pm on a Friday and when it got to be 7pm I decided to give them a call to check the status. I was told the driver had just left and had a few deliveries with him so they couldn't give an estimated time. Definitely understandable for a Friday and I wasn't even upset with how much time had passed. Driver arrived about 20 minutes later, very nice and apologetic about the time. I told him it was no problem at all and tipped him 20% for delivering my food. Now I'm a very understanding person and can overlook many things (unlike my wife,she was upset over how long it took) but one thing I can't overlook is after all that sitting down to eat and the pizza is COLD! No joke, COLD pizza. Very very disappointing, you can get away with overcharging and taking a very long time to deliver if your food is epic but that was not the case here. I will not be ordering from this place again! You might have a better experience if you dine in or pick up yourself but for delivery I would look elsewhere. read more
