Which means ALOT of the machines are reserved and not available for outside customers. Why not do the outside clients laundry after hours when nobody is trying to use the machines? Then instead of taping off TEN machines- you'd have every machine avail. Wouldn't that mean faster turnover at night? We've already found another Laundromat down the road. It's a shame because I've been going here for 10 years.

Perla helped us and she was incredibly kind and thoughtful, making sure everything was taken care of smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers. NOT HERE!! It wasn't until after I'd wasted $19.00, AND, an hour of my evening, AND, wasting another $8 to dry my still soiled clothes, AND, stood at a table folding what I idiotically assumed where clean clothes wondering where the putrid smell of urine was coming from, did I realize I had just spent $27 dollars to fold a warmed version of the filthy clothes I paid to wash!! Here's yet another sorry excuse for a business owner that cares more about lining their pockets than providing anything close to resembling adequate services. The customer service is top notch…read more I dropped off a cream-colored shirt that had a permant marker stain, and I received it from Valhalla Cleaner in like-new condition with no visible stain. I also had a white church robe that had brownish hue near the collar, and wine and coffee stains throughout. I had sent it to another cleaner before coming to Valhalla cleaners, and they weren't able to get rid of the stains. However, that wasn't the case for Valhalla Cleaners. They did a fantastic job at removing all the white stains from my white robe. Other services performed at this establishment included downsizing the width and length of my jeans, and dry cleaning my corduroy pants. Everything came out perfect. 10/10 for customer service, dry cleaning value, and size altering. Thank you for all your hard work.

I was very happy to see that they were open and said I could wash my clothes! There was a brief miscommunication with the team on site, but it was settled quickly. 4 stars only because of the price to wash ($9.50 for extra large loads + $7.50 x 2 for large loads) which is kinda high for me and the quality of the wash. I never estimate how many loads I actually need to wash but this was right before Easter and I was really in a bind to get my clothes off the checklist. I recently visited Super Wash and Dry on a Friday evening, around 7:30 PM, expecting to use their…read moredryers. According to their posted hours, they close at 10:00 PM, and the last wash is at 8:00 PM. However, when I entered, the woman who identified herself as the manager was extremely rude and began yelling at my boyfriend, insisting that he remove his clothes from the dryer. When he explained that his clothes were already drying, she threatened to lock him out, even though it was well before closing time. This isn't the first time that customers have reported such behavior from this individual, and it's clear that the business owner doesn't seem to be involved in managing the establishment. Overall, I would strongly recommend that potential customers take their business elsewhere, as the service and treatment are unacceptable.

I left it for a week to give them extra time treating the shirt. It came back with the stains still as evident as the day I got them, not even cleaned a little. No note saying they couldn't fix it like they used to do, just bagged and returned. The worst part is, there were two new rips along the seams of both sleeves near the shoulders. They were very obvious but no one said anything. The lady at the counter was very rude and just brushed me off, the STILL charged me full price. I hate to say it, but this place is not what it used to be. Now I'm in search of a new dry cleaner that doesn't charge $6 to destroy an expensive silk shirt.
