This is for your Main Street location! I dropped off a wool sweater to get dry cleaned and it's come back shrunken and is now unwearable. How do you shrink my wool sweater dry cleaning it when dry cleaning does not use water? You did not even let me know you shrunk my sweater. I had to find out about it myself at home. If you make a mistake like this and ruin a 500$ sweater you should own your mistake! read more

For the last 2 years this has been my go-to for dry cleaning, but since Covid began I will not be returning as a customer. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and they do dry cleaning well - except when they don't. The first instance that I was extremely disappointed was when I dropped off a Henna outfit to get dry cleaned. It was a dress with embroidery and a velvet jacket that went over it. I was charged for 2 dresses, and when asked to correct it since it was actually a dress plus jacket I was told that since the velvet material is difficult to dry clean, they would have to charge as a second jacket. Okay, I understand this and was willing to pay the $50 I was charged. However when they were returned to me the day of the event, I picked it up and took it home as I was in a hurry to get ready. The dress has two large holes in the arms that were not there before. I was so disappointed. Since I was on a time crunch to get to my event I took it to a seamstress to fix and they charged me an additional $75 to fix the mess the cleaners had made. When I went back 2 weeks later to drop off a suit jacket for my husband, I told the man who had helped me what happened. His reply was "why didn't you bring it to me here?" I told him that the cleaning was 1 day late and got it back the day of my event, and I needed to get ready. I assumed that there would be no holes in it, so I couldn't just take it to him right then and there. I also told him I was overcharged for the item and he told me that I can get 1 dress dry cleaned for free to make up for the damage. I agreed. Well I went to pick up my husbands suit jacket a few days later and welp - another hole! This time the jacket wasn't even cleaned properly. There was a white mark on one of the sleeves and when I went to smell it, it still smelled bad. $25 down the drain. I just can't keep coming here to have my expensive clothing damaged. I don't know what had happened to them since COVID began, but the quality of the dry cleaning has went down a lot. I ended up finding another dry cleaner across the street who I took the jacket to. She is also a seamstress and fixed the hole and I got the dry cleaning back the next day- completely clean and smelling great! The price was literally HALF of what I would have paid too which is a plus. I really, really wanted to continue to support this small business especially during times like this. But they will not stand true to their word of providing excellent service. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I dropped my things to get fixed and I showed up and they charged me for work that they did not do. Maybe they fixed a small seam but that's me giving them the benefit of the doubt. Then made me drive back to pick up a refund in cash. Disappointing but not surprised. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would . I brought several expensive shirts to them and one time two of my shirts were returned with holes in them. They never said a thing. When I took them out of the plastic, I noticed the holes, mind you these were new shirts. I took them back to show them and the man said we didn't do that you brought them here like that. REALLY?! Needless to say I don't use them any longer. So if you want your 200 dollar shirts ruined this is the place for you. read more

I have had two horrible customer experiences there and I will not be returning. I spend about 20 dollars a week dropping off my husbands shirts for dry cleaning. On the last pickup, one of the shirts was still dirty. I took the shirt back (with their tag still on!) and the guy actually said that my husband wore it and made it dirty. He wanted to charge me again for cleaning a shirt that they cleaned improperly! He lost a customer because he insisted he would charge me the 2 dollars again. The money is not a big deal but they should have cleaned it right! And to seriously say that my husband wore it made me really upset. Why would I try to scam them out of two dollars when I was spending 80 dollars a month. read more

I had been looking for a new dry cleaner and I've found it. I've used them about 10x. They clean and press (which i'm most critical of) the clothes nicely. The only reason why I didn't give them the highest rating possible is because they're a bit pricey. All in all, I'd rather pay more money for better handling of my clothes so I'm now a loyal customer. read more
