Best Bloody Mary's around. Kudos to Ashly! Great jukebox you can play from your phone. (Just don't play jazz)

While waiting to pick up two propellers for our bass boat, we thought we'd stop and get some lunch. Maddie was our server on Wednesday, August 9, 2023. She was friendly, efficient and attentive to our needs. My husband had a glass of their premium beer and the Old Fashion Burger. I had a glass of water with the Calamari & Chips. Both were served promptly and hot! Kudos to the chef! As for the sporting amenities, they offer pool and darts. The bathroom, unlike some bars, was clean and well maintained. It's too bad we're from Vallejo otherwise we'd make it our regular stop. However, we're telling our Facebook friends about this Pub

We have been coming to Palm Street forever. We normally only go during football season. Recently Palm Street changed ownership due to the passing of John. RIP John We returned recently to try out the new menu and watch some football. It was pretty good - see pics. Ashley was the bartender & server....she is awesome! The regulars were there too....very loyal group. We will be back of course.

Great after work stop off - all of the games were on the multiple TV's. Staff was really friendly, and ended up getting a 1/2 order of the Nachos - so happy I got the 1/2 order..it was huge! The chips were so fresh - and the salsa was delish as well. The hours right now are Sunday & Mondays open at noon, close at 8 pm - then the rest of the week - I believe they said they close at midnight-kitchen closes at 8.

It's the weekend and we are staying local because it's that time of year for football!…read more Things that all of us really love about players sports pub, is that Jeff the owner encourages everyone to come in and watch sports! They make sure that all of the TVs are on and tuned into the same game so that we can enjoy our favorite teams! Today was no exception. TV's tuned in which by the way, the reception is amazing, drinks ordered, food ordered, and let the games begin! The wait staff is super friendly, and definitely super busy. The bar is constantly turning out drinks for everyone as well as the people sitting around the bar. My Cosmo was good, I would've preferred for it to be a little bit stronger, but it was tasty anyway. This go round we ordered the fried green beans and the chicken strips. The fried green beans is one of those hidden items on the menu, but I think it's overlooked but it really shouldn't be. Yes I understand. It's a bar and people want whatever their perception of bar food is, but the green beans are tasty enough that they should be on your to try list. They're very lightly breaded and tasty. I would've preferred them to be a little bit more seasoned, but they come with a Thai chili dipping sauce that just works. The chicken strips are very thin, very lightly breaded, and while they're not my thing, other people like them. I just find the chicken to be really bland and kind of like cardboard. The bathrooms are clean, the entire bar is kept pretty clean and you can pretty much be assured that when you see yourself, it will be in a clean place. Fun sports bar, and if there's a particular team that you're intent on watching, chances are they will have other people there wanting to watch the same game, or better yet create your own watch party and have everybody join you at players sports pub!

I think there might have been like 2 people working there, a bartender and cook doing their best…read more The place has good vibes and there were a lot of people enjoying the football game. I got the ribs, which came with amazing garlic bread and some fries. The ribs tasted great, although some of the bigger ribs were cold around the center. I didn't really mind because the portion size was so large. I'd recommend the food here, it's great bar food, and the wait wasn't even that bad despite the lack of staff.

I was way wrong. My wife and I met Mo, he told us about the brisket special. It sounded too good. We ordered that and split the spicy chicken sandwich with a side of mac and cheese. Everything was delicious. Even my espresso martini. Usually people put way too much alcohol in it. This one was perfect. Even the bathrooms are clean as heck. They were so amazing, left them a $20 tip. My wife and I are already planning coming here next time we are in the area.

Tons of seating inside and a patio outside. The food was phenomenal! We met the owner and he mentioned some of his favorites - we tried it all. The Mac and cheese is super good and very Smokey. The chili is a MUST get - so delicious!! Bang bang shrimp are amazing - that sauce is to die for. Get them as an appetizer or as a taco. Special was the brisket plate - absolutely great! Meat was perfectly smoked (by the owner onsite) Good sides of cheesy bread and onion rings. Loved the service and will definitely be back!

After enjoying glasses of chardonnay at nearby Luna Lounge (please reference my review if…read moreinterested), my wife and I headed to The Blind Pig to enjoy a few cocktails. Upon entering, we were greeted by a friendly bartender by the name of Ronny. Our first round consisted of two dirty martinis (my new drink of choice), which Ronny put his fist (that's a good thing) into making. One of the things that I love about dive bars is the various demographics that usually frequent them (along with their interesting conversations). For our second round we ordered a "Manmosa (yes I know that sounds ridiculously machismo in 2024)" that Ronny insisted on putting a fruity spin on. Not only were we thankful for his suggestion, but his version was GOOD! In real dive bar-like fashion, Ronny provided us both with an extra cup to house the remainder of the Manmosa that could not fit into our glasses (another dive bar perk). As we sat at the bar, my wife and chatted while lightly watching the movie Step Brothers on one of the televisions. Although it was a fairly slow Saturday afternoon, I can imagine that this place gets pretty lively in the latter part of the night though. We observed lots of seating, games, and an area for karaoke (toasted karaoke is the best!). I highly recommend The Blind Pig if you're looking to have deliciously strong drinks at a price that won't have you waking up the next morning rethinking the decisions that you made the previous night!

They have a row of about 5 large/standard 9' tables and then more smaller 7' tables. They also have dartboards and some arcade games. For large tables it's about $15-16 an hour... I forgot to actually ask about pricing in advance but we finished in a little over 2 hrs and also got 2 fireball shots and total bill was $41... Ashley, the bartender, was nice and I appreciated her being welcoming and letting us know about the kitchen closing at 11pm. She even said when we were leaving to come back and try the food. The only complaint I had was to have someone check the bathrooms more bc they were both disgusting- throw up in both men and women's sinks. Also it seems to be a hangout for youngin's (high schoolers) which is fine. I liked that it wasn't super packed and lots of tables and quality.
