Honestly I wasn't impressed. The yellow veggie curry I ordered had no flavor I might as well had just drank water and more water for dinner. My husband's stir fry had a small portion of very thin nasty noodles. We are disappointed. It's so hard to find good Thai food. read more

Meh. This place is not that good. Ordered delivery on a Saturday evening. Panang curry, papaya salad, and crab rangoons. Panang curry - the chicken was mock chicken, the veggies were not fresh and appeared to have come out of a frozen bag, and the curry itself was so bland. The option online doesn't let you pick the spice level. Papaya salad - It was VERY salty. It didn't taste like papaya salad. Crab rangoons - There was no crab. It was just straight cream cheese. They gave the tiniest amount of plum sauce too. I will not be ordering from here again. There are way better places out there. read more

My family and I eat here often. We appreciate the friendly service and quality food that Palm Thai offers. From the variety of Phô soups to the Tom Ka, and the flavorful entrès, they do not disappoint. I have to add that the peanut sauce is the best around. I've gone through phases with diet restrictions and they are often able the accommodate, but the menu itself offered choices for any diet you may be following. Enjoy! read more

I signed up for the birthday club and received an email a week ago stating for my birthday Palm Thai Wildomar location will be giving me 10% off my bill and a free dessert of my choice.Well an employee who works there told me that they would not ir the free dessert, but will give me the 10% off. Because the email should not had said free dessert. Sorry for being petty, put that truly is horrible business practice. I love their food there and frequent going out to dinner there. Veggie chow mein with no veggies in it. Very disappointed. Also, got a pineapple fried rice that had no flavor. I go to this place because its pretty close to home. Lady on the phone offered to replace which was nice, but why should I have to go back. My bill was $63.36 not cheap. So I expect my food to be right.. won't be coming back. This was place did have authentic when they originally opened, for those of you who know Real Authentic Thai food, you know...and over time I can tell they switched up the cook along with the style of cooking to solely IMITATE thai food. Which honestly SUCKS if u ask me....I've moved here from the LA area 2 yrs ago & the 1 thing I miss is authentic Thai food..definitely not many places hit that authenticity out here in Riverside like LA does it. OMG! I went back to this place tonight with a good memory of the past experience! Not only it took the manager to have my food ready on time. My favorite the chicken skewers were stale and the Penang & Red Curry were identical. There were hardly any eggplant in the dish! When I called to find out what happened, the manager Big began to argue with me nervously! Someone must teach them CUSTOMER SATISFACTION & CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went to Palm Thai with a group. Ordered the Rangoon as an appetizer. It was pretty good but expensive. That's where the quality ended. We ordered two entrees to share with 4 people. The orange chicken was basically fried orange dough. The amount was ok but where is the actual chicken? Not to be found except for microscopic pieces inside the fried dough. We also ordered the garlic pepper with beef. The first bowl brought to the table was full but was covered heavily with cilantro which one of us is allergic to and we asked to withhold the cilantro. The dish was sent back and remade but this time it was half full. The beef was chewy and was obviously a cheap cut. Now for the good part. One appetizer, two entrees, a glass of wine and two sodas was $84! Do yourself a favor and go to Panda Express or China One for average Chinese food. The food is so much better and a fraction of the cost. I'm not a pho person so I can't speak to those dishes. Hopefully the Thai side of the menu will keep them in business. read more

We live locally and we have been coming here since opening. The food is tasty, and that is why I would recommend it. But I have noticed that their portions are getting allot smaller and the price is so going up. I don't mind paying more, but don't mess with the portions. They used to serve the Pad Thai plate on the Styrofoam plates (like Panda) and it was a full plate with the veggies on top, then they give you the small plastic plate full with veggies on top, and now it'the same plastic plate but only 2/3 full and veggies on the other 1/3. Service is great. Not sure I will keep coming back. read more

I've lived in Wildomar pretty much the majority of my life so getting a Thai spot locally is something I was looking forward to. I used to go to Country Kitchen which wasn't too bad but when I saw that a Thai restaurant was being put in it's place I was very excited. I decided to put in an order online just to check and see their menu and decide what I wanted. The prices were what was to be expected, but when I went to pick up my order (which was on time and I did not wait at all for my food other than the person up front handing me the bag) I noticed the portion size was very generous. I ended up having TOO much food, but that is never an issue. All that meant was I got lunch tomorrow haha. I've tried most of everything on the menu so far and it all was great. I was more particular about the Pho and the Tom Ka. Let me tell you, both were very delicious and totally customizable. I always get some extra meats and even some extra noodles since I am just big on soups. Consistency is always key when ordering food. Every order I have made so far has been the same quality and same taste. If there was 1 drawback at all it would be that they do not have any Boba. It's not a huge issue since Mr. Chi's Boba is down the street, but it would be a nice addition if I could get a boba tea at the same spot as my meal. Aside from that, 10/10. read more

Won't be coming back here ever again. Came a couple times and it was good food and good service. In the past month it's obvious they don't want to work. One time we showed up 30 minutes before closing. It looked like they were shutting down so we asked and they awkwardly told us they were still open but closing soon. Next time we came and they were taking all their phone orders over people waiting for tables. Plenty of open tables available but they had us and another couple waiting. Moved slowly and didn't seem to care about it. Although food seemed to be coming out fast for anyone already at a table. There's too much Thai in the area to wait for this one. read more

Of course I got the shrimp pho again, but we also got beef pho, beef Thai salad and crispy noodle with chicken. The beef salad is fantastic, it was all excellent. We got the beef red curry, chicken pad thai and potstickers. The potstickers were generic, but tasty. My husband was happy with his red curry, it had good flavor and spice and they didn't skimp on the veggies and meat. The beef was thin cut and rather chewy, like pho meat, which wasn't the most appetizing but it still tasted fine. The pad thai, however, was honestly pathetic. Very little flavor and no peanuts?? Maybe the cook forgot to add them but have never had pad thai that didn't come with peanuts, bummer. It made the dish taste quite plain. The noodles were also thin, round, spaghetti-like noodles instead of the typical flat noodles. The chicken was generously portioned and cooked perfectly but there was just no flavor. They didn't give any lime wedges; luckily I had some at home. I squeezed half a lime over the whole thing and that at least gave it some flavor. Won't be back for the pad thai but I'll try some of their other offerings and update. read more
