I ended up letting him go but was left in the lurch with a mess. Erik helped me clean up all of the code violations from the former GC and get my plumbing in solid working order. He fixed San-tees, redid a bunch of incorrect plumbing in my bathroom and added a pressure regulator. His work is neat, clean, and id even go as far as to say pretty for some of the exposed copper work. His prices are very fair for his level of skill, experience, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness. Most recently, my entire mainline was wrecked and full of roots (my old GC told me he re-piped it which was not true). I couldn't flush anything in my house and my bathtubs were backing up. Erik made it out bright and early the next morning and cleared the mainline to get us up and running again. But that's not where the story ended. He coordinated with two other plumbers - one with a camera to get eyes on the problem and another to sleeve the mainline so that the root invasion won't ever happen again, basically acting as a plumbing GC. I feel so fortunately to have a solid plumber with his level of skill and integrity, and highly recommend him to anyone reading this page.

I called Adrian for the Hydrojetting, but he didn't even need to do that. He was able to snake past the point yesterday's plumber got to and unclogged a very stopped up drain -- without opening my walls or anything (we were concerned because it's a second-floor jacuzzi tub.)
