Venezuelan owned spot in the Milla de Oro area in Hato Rey. Very popular breakfast and lunch destination for those who work in the area. As such, they only open weekdays and only for breakfast and lunch. They close at 2pm, after lunch rush. There is always a line for lunch but it moves quickly. Service is nice, especially from the owner. Not sure if they speak English. Seating is mainly outdoor, but they do have a few tables inside.they are located on the side of the MCS building, on Calle Bolivia. Street parking is available. You can also park in the MCS building, but the restaurant doesn't validate.
Although the owner is Venezuelan, I've never seen them serve Venezuelan fare, so don't come here expecting arepas or anything else. It's mainly traditional Puerto Rican comfort food. It's served cafeteria style. Speaking of food, it is very good and affordable. Including taxes, the food comes out to just under or over $10, depending on what you get. They also serve a variety of smoothies. read more
