Went here yesterday to watch the World Cup game. It was busy but not overly crowded, which was great. But the crowd was good so it was still a pretty lively atmosphere. Our server was great. She recommended the Asian bowl, which I subbed ahi for instead of the steak. It was spicy but in a good way! Also had avocado and a slaw that was super fresh. The food came out quickly, too. My friends had a beet salad and the steak tacos which looked good too. I had an espresso martini, which was good. However, just a note: if you're in Utah, expect the espresso martinis to have Bailey's in them, so they're all on the sweeter side. Mine was good, but I will need to remember to ask for mine without it for a less sweet version next time. I would definitely go here again. It's a good spot to watch the game and in a good location. Came here for the wings and they did not disappoint. The "Hot" wings are just standard buffalo flavor. The Theo's red chili was just ok. The boneyard triple sauce was a surprise hit. Had an interesting sweet and savory profile. Onion rings were awesome too. They have a decent beer selection to complement the wonderful food options. I love that we are working our way through the menu. Haven't food a dish I disliked yet! Tonight we tried the chicken pot pie and the Thai shrimp curry. Service sucks. If you are ok with that, then the food is worth stopping by. Service was slow. Staff kinda stood around and talked to friends (see photo). The two bartenders were hustling and awesome, but the floor staff and manager seemed to be moving in slow motion. Food was great and very innovative. Bartenders rocked. I went here for a work event. I had never been before but I will definitely be back. I got the fried chicken. I was pleasantly surprised that this was like chicken cutlet fried, so there was no bones to deal with. Under normal circumstances I would care but it was just cleaner and easier to eat I thought. They also offered the "corn off the cob", for the same reasons I really appreciated that. I was getting some social anxiety about eating corn on the cob, but I wanted the corn! I have attached updated menu pricing since the others on here are pretty old and will just disappoint you when you see the prices we use to pay for food then get the sticker shock of 2-3x the pricing if today from 10 years ago. This is a friendly bar with a nice setup, our server was great and the food was excellent. We loved it so much we can back for a second meal during our vacation in Park City. I had chicken pot pie the first time and fried chicken the second time. Both times the dishes were prepared well and good portions. I had the privilege of visiting Boneyard this weekend. The food and service was excellent, I wish I could say the same about the environment. There were people everywhere which is to be expected during the World Cup final. But what caught my attention was how poorly the manager Regina was during the rush. She barely paid any attention to the customers and was chatting it up with one of the servers. She also was incredibly rude to the customers who wanted the saloon. Stopped by during a snow storm. Luckily wasn't too crowded so easily found a table but it was open seating so could be difficult on a busy night to get a table. Service was good. Food was good but not great. I had the pulled pork special, and it was just a mess. The buns were soggy and falling apart. I ended up just eating the meat on its own. The mac and cheese was very good though. So were the risotto balls! Definitely get those! The hot bird sandwich was also good but very large as well. We appreciate the large portions but sometimes too large makes it difficult to eat and ruins the experience IMO. Overall, good service and drinks. This is a great stop in Park City off of the main drag. During fall time they have super cute Halloween decorations! This place has exceptional food. They do not cut corners on flavor!!! I started with an espresso martini and it was delicious. If you love beer this is the place for you. They have hundreds of choices. Amazing. My husband had the Triple Burger and he said he thought it was the best he ever had. My sun had the ribs and they were very moist, tender and flavorful. They were served with a coleslaw that was loaded with flavor and not mayo. Great job. I had the Korean taco's and they were amazing. This was a vegetarian dish with mushrooms loaded with pickled veggies, herbs and sauce. The bun was super puffy and soft. Yum!! As the name implies, this is a bar that also serves food. Yes, you have to be 21 to dine here, but you can also come in just for a drink. I visited for lunch recently and enjoyed a giant cobb salad and Vesper. Both were delightful. The atmosphere is large and open with friendly staff. I don't know that there's anything out-of-this-world amazing that makes it stand out as a must-visit destination, but it's a solid option, especially if you want something off the crazy busy (and touristy) main street. read more

Visited during a work trip on a Wednesday evening. Busy! We had a party of 16 or so, and the waitstaff did a terrific job. I ordered the kale and Brussel sprouts caesar salad, and a cup of tomato bisque soup. The soup was thick and fresh tasting- I wish I had ordered a bowl of it with the grilled cheese sandwich. The salad was very good. The kale was cut up and small enough pieces that I didn't have to fight each mouthful nor did I have to cut it all up before I ate it. It could have used more crunch, maybe pumpkin seeds? It had crunchy bacon on top, thinly sliced and baked-maybe I should have tossed the salad before I ate it But it was really good. This place is great especially for watching games. But they don't have sound. Must be 21+ which I don't get. Not exactly just a bar scene. We got the wedge salad. It has chili oil in it. Great twist creates great flavor. We finally got the chicken dumplings pie. So GOOD! No peas. A plus for my bf who hates them. They say you can't order it to go. I kind of see why. One change I'd make, I'd probably ask them to cook it just a bit longer so the dough cooks more. But overall delicious. Service: AWESOME! Everyone there was great and helpful. If you're a tourist in town, this restaurant offers the beaten path is worth finding. Because it's a saloon it's 21 and over only. My wife had the fried chicken. It was a large boneless chicken breast seared with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob. I had the wygu smash burger with fries. Everything was great. Came to boneyard for a quick bite to eat on Monday and had a pretty decent time. It's a pub so the food is pretty heavy. I enjoyed the kale and Brussel sprouts Caesar salad, although was surprised the Brussel sprouts were fried or baked(?) but the Brussel sprouts + bacon bits definitely made the salad heavy. I was also pretty disappointed in the truffle Parmesan fries :/ for $10 I thought the serving was pretty small and was bummed that they were kinda flimsy / greasy. It's mostly bar seating, not accommodating to special needs guests or anyone who doesn't prefer sitting on high chairs since all but one table had very high seats, even on the booths. They just added this grilled cheese and tomato soup as a part of their holiday menu, and it was delicious! The grilled cheese had a hint of rosemary which was a really nice touch, and the bread was perfectly crispy. The soup was pretty good as well, and it paired nicely with the grilled cheese. Service is usually impeccable, bar tenders and servers are some of the best in the industry. We sat on the rooftop deck tonight, we were unclear on the fact the we can't get certain drinks upstairs. The manager Brian, was so rude and uptight at the fact that we did not know that. He had no personality or sense of humor, it resulted in him asking us not to come back, even though our local servers were willing to help us and the whole thing was blown out of proportion.
