I don't understand the bad reviews I've never had a problem with anyone working there. They are helpful and quick which I appreciate.

(Separate business) CONs: Prices: As should be expected, You pay a lot for the convenience. Prices of everything are at least double what you would pay at a grocery store. For example: a pint of Ben and Jerrys ice cream costs almost $13 HOURS: I am an early riser and would go there more often if they were open earlier Currently, They do not open until 7:30am.

I had the delightful volunteering "job" of pouring these delectable wines along side Vine Connections' very knowledgeable, soft spoken, and hospitable general Manager Jonas Carlson, who brought in the full range of wines from the Argentine catalogue. Not only are the Argentine wines outstanding (and surprisingly affordable for the quality and perfection of these highly structured and beautifully balanced offerings) but the company participated very generously in a supporting a good cause. In addition to my own conversion I witnessed at point blank the crowd pleasing effect of these lovely wines on scores of shoppers, some being introduced to the Argentine grape for the first time. This is a company to admire, to do business with, and you'll be on your way to bliss in a bottle!

Vintage is my go-to place for that next out-of-the ordinary bottle of bourbon and a last minute bottle of wine when in Mill Valley. Almost every time I am in MV I swing by here to see what bourbons they have on the shelf. This is where I discovered Rowen's Creek (or was it Noah's Mill). This is where I picked up that Pappy Van Winkle 15 year at a decent price. The list goes on. The selection isn't the largest, but they always have interesting ones to choose from. Yes, they have Knob Creek and Makers and some of the other standards, but I can get those at Safeway if I want. I go here for Black Maple Hill, Willet Pot Still Reserve, Elijah Craig 18 year, or the aforementioned Pappy Van Winkle. They also have a nice good selection of wine. And the prices aren't too bad.

I can only speak from my own experience, which has been helpful and informative. It's a good spot in downtown Mill Valley that we leverage for a hostess gift or something special to bring to a local dinner party. Visit here or Mill Valley Market for local night-of options to share.
