NEW OWNERS????? Terrible place! If you want disrespectful service his place is for you!!!! PLEASE AVOID!!!!!! They messed up my order of 2 pizzas.....twice. I agreed for them to fix the order and paid for the second pizza. After 20 minutes, my order was ready only to find out my original ordered pizza was incorrect. 1/2 Cheese and Pepperoni, they made an all pepperoni pizza. Then all began speaking Spanish, I asked all to please speak English. The owner said we speak Spanish to our employees, and would not converse in English. I asked to owner to speak with me.....he elected to point me to all the CAMERAS he's installed. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! We ordered take out for the first time for a small gathering. The take out time was spot on! No waiting. This was all of our first time getting pizza from here. We mainly tried it out as my neighborhood fb page has given this spot great reviews and the location was very close to home. We usually go for a NY style crust so we weren't expecting mush. Every single person was so impressed! I ordered a veggie pizza where the ingredients were bright and not over cooked, cheese bread and a few other varieties of pizza. This place is so good it really surprised me . I am from Boston and hate to say it the pizza in Texas is nothing to write home about. Tried this place out a couple of days ago. I can eat pizza everyday if its good. We ordered a xl pizza and 12 wings. I wouldn't order the pizza again, the crust was undercooked as well as the toppings. The wings were pretty decent, but I definitely won't be ordering another pizza from here. We like Patty's they are down the block from our house and her pizza is legit! It has a great crust and I liked the toppings, her wings needed some work when we last tried them but I am so glad that we have a pizza spot that is so close by and yummy. They had a few kinks to work out when they first opened but are very concerned with providing excellent customer service and I believe it is important to support our small local businesses because we don't have enough up in this neck of the woods! read more

Non-existent customer service. In the rare occasion you get someone to pick-up the phone, they put you on hold indefinitely until you juts decide to hang up assuming they'd forgotten they placed you on hold. Food is just so-so. I try to never write poor reviews because I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but my experience today was awful. I ordered online to be ready at 4:55. I arrived at 5:15 only to be told it would be another 10-15 minutes. When they finally brought my order out they had completely missed my pizza rolls. Had to start cooking them from scratch. So I wait. Another 15 minutes. At this point it's 5:45 so my order is now 50 minutes late. When they finally bring my forgotten item out I kindly asked if they would be willing to comp or refund me for their error because and now my other food is cold. The manager was extremely rude. Asked me "why?" I explained it was almost an hour late. She said "so?" She said "give me the pizza rolls back and I'll refund you". At this point I simply told her I would not be coming back and she said "I don't care." Very good pizza! Loved the crust. Loved the sauce! I'm very picky about my sauce too, so that says a lot. We ordered the Pepperoni Fever pizza and added black olives on one half and meatballs on the half. We also ordered chicken tenders and some fries. The tenders were good, but I was bummed they gave us marinara instead of ranch to dip them in. Chicken tenders need ranch, I'm sorry. The fries were good, but they don't travel well so I had to crisp them back up in my air fryer. No big deal. Anyway, we were very pleased with our food and the customer service, and we will definitely order from them again. First impressions are very important, the first thing you notice is the place smells like a moist cigarette festival. We still have it a try, when my co-worker got his pizza a bug was on it, tried to take a picture for the review but we couldn't find the bug. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place. I ordered a pizza and wings for pick up. They told me that it would be about a half hour. So I show up in about 45 minutes. I get there and they tell me they never made my food and I would have to wait 12 minutes for them to make it. They've said this to me before and I waited about 20 minutes. So I just said no thank you and left. I will never go here again. Two out of the past three times I've ordered from here they've done this. Never again. The service is crap. read more

We love the pizza rolls from this place and the pizza is pretty good also. Delivery is slow so if you have time go pick it up, but the driver is nice so be nice to her! We experienced the worst customer service ever from Patty herself., the owner. We order a Double Pepperoni Fever pizza that was supposed to have double cheese. When we got the pizza it clearly did not have double cheese. When we called and voiced our concerns the nice girl Ariana offered to remake the pizza. Then... they called back and Patty said she made it herself and said she was not going to remake the pizza. She said she put double cheese and went on to argue with us. In addition, we asked to be notified upon delivery and we were told it would be about an hour delivery. Well it came much faster but no notice when it arrived and was left on the front porch. We get Covid but notification would have been nice given the early arrival. We love to support local businesses but we will not be supporting Patty ever again. I wanted to try a new pizza joint this evening so I ordered two medium pizzas from Patty's Pizza and Wings tonight. The order completion screen indicated the pizzas would arrive at 5:35pm. After waiting nearly 30 minutes more, I called the pizza shop to inquire as to where my pizzas were. Initially I spoke to the son (family owned business) of the owner and was told they'd call me back once the manager was finished delivering pizzas. Shortly after I hung up, my order arrived at my door (6:05pm) and I showed the driver (who happened to be the manager) the text message I got from the pizza shop indicating a 5:35 delivery. He said that was an issue with the service provider in that they don't allow updates once published and the time was incorrect. I proceeded to take the pizzas from the driver, and noted they were luke warm. I questioned the driver as to why they were practically cold to the touch and he stated they were warm and will be fine. As soon as the driver left, I called the pizza shop to complain about my order being 30 minutes late and barely warm when it arrived. Initially I spoke to the son again and was told there was nothing he could do for me. I asked to speak to the owner. The owner told me she'd come pick up the cold pizzas and give me a refund. This wasn't an option since my kids had already decided to heat the slices up and dive into them because they were starving. Once I informed her of this, she curtly told me there was nothing she could do and hung up on me. I called back and was sent directly to voicemail. It is very apparent this company cares nothing for its customers with their horrendous customer service. Sad part in all of this is their pizza isn't that great. I've personally had frozen pizzas that taste better. I recommend you steer clear of this establishment as I certainly will. read more

Taste is average. We were misled by the price of pizza. We ordered large pizza. And the menu said choose up to three toppings. So we chose 3 toppings. We used to get pizza here pretty regularly. We got some tonight and I don't know if the recipe changed, management changed, or what. But something is wrong. Both our pies tasted like they came out of the freezer aisle. Low quality ingredients. Barely any (what appeared to be canned) sauce. Flavorless cheese. This hasn't been the case in the past. It was like they brought a pizza in the back door and sold it to us out the front. It was certainly edible, but neither of us wanted to finish our portions, and didn't save left overs.
