Pork sisig is a pork dish made of chopped pork ( ear, belly and fat At least that's what the menu stated) in a soy citrus glaze. The pork had a slight sweetness. The order was served with white rice and spring roll. It was $23, ouch. A bit pricey. A container of vinegar was included which I didn't know could been used to pour over the sisig to add another depth of flavor, sourness. Sweet n sour. The fried spring roll had a so satisfying audible crunch as I bit into it. Crunchy crisp exterior. Yummy inside. The food came out on a paper boat. No not the kind Stuart Little used.
