My coworker recommended this place for lunch and being so close to work I figured why not. I had seen the post on social media and knew there would probably be a wait and there was but they moved through fairly quickly. Staff was helpful to let us know all the different sides they were offering that day. This restaurant is a cafetería style, so walk up and through the line. You can opt for dine in or carry out on this day we did carry out as we had to get back to work but they offer plenty of seating inside.

I told myself that I will not visit Bai Lechon - Roseville while they're in their first few days opening because I'm pretty positive that lines will be long and true enough, I was right. But didn't regret my decision of coming. Bai Cebu Lechon- Roseville opened last Thursday, June 18. This Bai Cebu Lechon location is by far the biggest of the 3. This location was designed to have music jamming with a band from 6 - 10 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Last Friday, we came twice- for lunch and for the show in the evening. The show in the evening has a $15 entrance fee which includes a free drink. It was totally worth it! The complex itself has a huge parking space. The inside of the restaurant was simply decorated with Cebu posters and signages which reminded me of my younger years. They are open Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00am to 3:00pm and Fridays and Saturdays from 6:00 to 10:00 pm with live band on site for a $15 cover charge. Closed on Monday and Tuesday. Me and my friends came in last Friday about 30 minutes before closing time and line is still long. But when you come in on opening days and you know there's going to be really long line, patience is the key. On to the food - for this visit, of course we ordered their renowned Lechon belly ( crispy skin and tender and juicy meat that is seasoned perfectly), dinuguan ( pork blood soup with meat), pancit (by far the best I've ever tasted). As per Bai Lechon, their menu will change daily to give variety of options and avoid having people loose interest due to repetitive menu (make sense). Local businesses thrive by the support of the community so we all need to be patient and fair in reviewing. If you like the food and gave a good description or review of the food then it's not fair rating them 1 or 2 stars just because the line is long and you waited a long time. So please be fair! I definitely and highly recommend Bai Cebu Lechon. June 2026

I intended to swing by during their Grand Opening but observed the closing time at 3PM. I managed to swing by on a Saturday around 12:30PM. Ample parking. I arrived to an extremely long line. That being said, I HIGHLY recommend arriving early. That being said, I didn't mind it as I was able to converse with patrons that have been to their other locations - at one point, I believe one of the co-owners came out to mingle with us all and offering water and I believe pan de sal during the wait. Once inside, the establishment was very clean and spacious - Most tables were occupied. Everyone seemed to be enjoying their meals. I observed a lot of us (including myself) were planning to order to go and many ordered large portions which probably was the reason for the long wait time. I admit I was worried they would run out by the time I was able to place the order. I ordered 1 lb of lechon and after some convincing with patrons in line, I also ordered a few chorizo. I was slightly disappointed that they were short on many of the other side orders but it is something I am sure they'll perfect as time goes on. The food was amazing! I generally only have lechon during celebrations, but this was different. Very succulent and flavorful! I regret only ordering 1lb. It's one of those "must return and order more" in the future type of meals. The chorizo was different than what I am accustomed to but in a good way as it had a slightly sweet flavor. Overall, I WILL return in the near future and plan to order in advance for any gatherings I have in the future. Very glad they have a Filipino restaurant representing the City of Roseville. Thank you!

The queue at this restaurant isn't nearly as long as they make it seem. The reason there is a line every day is not because of overwhelming demand, but because the service is extremely slow and inefficient. During my visit, it took approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes to serve only 20-30 customers. The line barely moved, and there appeared to be little sense of urgency from the staff. Long wait times can be understandable when a restaurant is exceptionally busy, but in this case the pace of service was unacceptable. Customers were left standing and waiting for extended periods. The overall experience was frustrating and not worth the amount of time spent waiting. The food is okay. Some of the skin are crispy and some are chewy even though it came from the same roll., No meal is worth standing in line for over an hour and a half due to poor service and inefficient operations. Unless significant improvements are made, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values their time.

Stopped by Bai Cebu Lechon in Roseville and had the crispy lechon and paklay so good. The lechon was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, and the paklay was packed with flavor. Comfort food done right. I left happy and full. Great service and place is clean.

Another Day Another Cebu Bai Lechon- Wow..Delicious&Tasty. We love it here!!! We went here at lunchtime, and the line is still packed with customers who are craving Cebu Lechon. I was in line around 12:45pm, and I placed my order around 1:13pm. It has been worth the wait to line up for delicious Cebu Lechon. This is worth a meal for lunch. We decided to eat here inside the store instead of going out. It's a really good setting, clean and modern. We highly recommend this place, and we will always come back.

    Cebu lechon.

Super excited to try this place especially the Cebu Lechon. I ordered a pound but after tasting it, felt really disappointed due to excessive saltiness to it. Didn't even use the sauce cause it was salty already. I'm thinking that it might be a bad batch and the other Lechon is not as salty. Maybe I'll try again and see if I was right about the bad batch l. I also noticed that it was a bit burned. I also tried the tripe menudo but it was chewy and hard. Could be better if it was tender.

Well, the food certainly looks fantastic (spying on the tables). Crossing my fingers it'll be worth the wait!
    David L.

Spying on the food, as we wait in line. Wow, it sure looks good! Still waiting to get to the counter... I'm glad they're here!

Long line, but well worth it. The meat was super tender, crunchy skin, great addition to the Roseville area

    2lbs order of lechon.

The lechon was worth the hype. So delicious, crispy and tasty. There was something unique about how they cooked the skin. There's the crispy layer and then the 2nd layer where it is like eating really tasty chicharon. Meat was also tasty and juicy and only had a bit of fatty portion. All-yummy meat and skin! The bam-i was ok but pairs with the lechon well. The acharra was very good as well. We also tried dinuguan and it was good but very soup-y and had not enough meat in the small serving/order. The only other suggestion is to have a faster person to run the cash register for more efficient flow. Will definitely recommend the lechon and will come back when we crave for it in the future!

Lechon, rice and bam-i is perfect! Tastes authentic!

Food was amazing! Masarap! The service was fast and they are all very friendly! The decor was interesting and uplifting. This is the restaurant to visit over and over again! Kit and I both enjoyed it! What a way to celebrate my graduation from University!

It's was worth the wait!!!! There was a line when we arrived but it went by fast. Yummy

I am so thrilled that this place is open and serving delicious Filipino Lechon! I was working so my mom graciously picked me up some Lechon. She called to place her order and my mom was able to deliver me the Lechon. It was everything I expected and more. Juicy, crispy, delicious. What more can you want? From my mom, they were so busy but helpful and they really care about providing amazing service. From the photos, the establishment is also clean and spacious. I'm happy to have a piece of the Philippines here in Roseville.

Oriental Market: a Great Local Asian Market in Roseville!…read more This market has always been our go to for filipino ingredients, fish and any asian delicacies or specialty items since they are the only one in our side of town. Parking can be difficult during peak season but most of time it is ok. Compared to prices in the Philippines, they are overpriced but still consider them to have reasonable pricing in terms of US standard. They mostly have what I needed when craving for Filipino food and delicacies. They have also expanded their products to other asian countries. Staff are mostly welcoming. When you buy fresh fish, you have the option to have it cleaned free of charge (just give tips). Their kitchen has a variety in their menu. My fave back in the days was their BBQ pork belly however they don't serve that now. I also love their fish soup (sinigang na pamapano). Basically their food is really good. The selection of produce is impressive, they also have a wide selection of fresh fish and seafood as well as different cuts of meat. In addition, they have a great amount of frozen and canned goods and of course dry goods. It's not only filipinos that patronize them I see a lot of different ethnicity coming in to buy ingredients and their products so that's really good. So if you're looking for an excellent Asian market in our area, look no further than here. July 2026

Some pantry items and produce are on the pricer side, but you're basically paying for the convenience. If you're in the area and don't want to make the drive to KP Market or Seafood City, I highly recommend shopping at Oriental Market.

Well, I reserved a table for my wife & I at FATS this evening to Celebrate our 4th year wedding…read moreanniversary, 1st time customers. We were seated promptly by our hostess with a smile, and with a "Happy Anniversary", as they remembered. The ambience & lighting was simply perfect, and the 4 Palm Trees inside accentuated our experience, even though they were petrified. I ordered the Bulgogi Pork Lo Mein, which came with Pork loin in a Korean style marinade, grilled and served over lo mein noodles with cabbage, carrots and green and yellow onions. Recipe includes eggs, wheat, soy and shellfish, & the Hot & Sour Soup, while my wife ordered the the Wok, oh, and how could I forget, we enjoyed the Mongolian Ribs as our Starter, everything was cooked to perfection, a High End Chinese Dinner that continued to serenade my taste buds as we drove home.... We cannot forget our waitress, Reina, who was professional, attentive, possessed an intimate knowledge of the menu, and was genuinely a delightful person. Our 1st experience was augmented by our waitress, we thank you. Rob & Jennifer

The spicy edamame was really good with a kick. The service is what got us and we may not come back. We had reservations 8pm got there at 7:30 was sat very quickly. Was told who our server was and they would be there shortly. After waiting quite a bit server Cynthia finally shows up. Offered water and took order for appetizer. Got waters didn't see her again for about 20 min. Took our order didn't see her again empty glasses didn't have any interaction didn't offer any suggestions didn't have any personality or communication. When food came no one asked if we needed sauces or anything just got food and left. Middle of dinner got informed out waiter was leaving.someone else was taking over. Barely saw anyone our waiter never went home but continued to attend other tables. Some people had their food packed up for them to go I was given a box and a bag and left. Maybe having kids at the table was off putting maybe my husband and I looked too young but the service was absolutely horrible. I have not had an experience like this in a very long time. I did bring this up to management not to get a refund but in hopes another family didn't get the same service. Place is expensive and it was truly hard to enjoy our time. The manager was amazing took the feed back and did comp some of our check. Maybe we will be back but not anytime soon.

Tried this place after being recommended by a friend…read more It's not in a fancy area of town by any means but if you're looking for authentic and reasonably priced Filipino food like we had a craving for today, you've hit the jackpot! Plenty of parking in the front. The smell of delicious food welcomes you when you walk in. Your mouth will water when you see the 6+ options of ulam ready for you. Peak around and you'll see all of the desserts your heart desires if you're missing home. From Turon to leche flan and Sapin Sapin, our cravings for sure were satisfied! I ordered the 2 entree plate with rice which was less than $15 (insane and unheard of these days!). I got the kare kare and beef steak. Both were delicious and the portions were big enough for both my lunch and dinner! I also had their lumpia sariwa and almost grabbed 10 when I saw it was only $2.99! Definitely grabbing more of these next time! I didn't wander through the aisles in fear of finding even more things to fall in love with but from where I sat, I saw all of the fixings if you're making halo halo and the cooler had all the options of drinks you can imagine - guava juice, coconut, calamansi, they have it! The service was straight to the point and they were busy for lunch. Remember to be kind and remember this place is a small business! Support local!
