I've had the carne asada taco plates (momma's homemade flour tortillas and the standard corn tortilla) with all the sides- rice/refried beans/elote esquites, sopa loca (the spicy ramen soup with meat, cheese, all kinds of fun fixins), flautas, quesadilla, BYO burrito, breakfast burritos, cheesecake dipped cones, churro cheesecake bites, tres leches (birthday cake, cookie butter- pro tip is to drink the liquid milk mix on the bottom so yum OR dip a cookie in there to sop it all up... I will try the latter one next time, I just thought of it), Mila's lemonade, strawberry pound cake jar, and the addicting Dubai cookie. Food is so good and soul-satisfying that I've sent my husband to pick up orders right after he gets back from an inter-island commute (H3 is right there)! Trust me, you cannot go wrong with anything. We eat it as soon as possible because she makes her stuff fresh and that's how you get the best experience! She posts frequently on her IG just follow directions for how/when/what is available to order. Oh, she sometimes has cute little helpers (AKA her kids) who are doin the best they can for their momma, so don't have mean or ridiculous expectations! She gets very busy and may not see every message in time to get your order in if you're last minute like me, but I've never had service issues or problems with my order. I ALWAYS order no cilantro and she gets it right every single time which is not the case everywhere I go. We love to support her when we can. It's cooked panini style or looks more like a fancy grilled cheese sandwich. It was very good. I usually have tomatoes with a lunch sandwich so having tomatoes in a breakfast sandwich was different. But, the combination of all the ingredients was delicious. The tomatoes were firm and not soggy, the bacon was just right crispy, and the cheese melted nicely onto the eggs. If you're looking for their factory outlet store, you can't miss their bright yellow building. A handful of parking stalls right out front - enter through the red door that is unlocked during their store hours. Lots of items that you can get at a cheaper price than in the retail stores. You can also buy items in bulk. My favorite area of the store is the research and development section, to which they currently have dark chocolate covered animal crackers, yum! Please put them on the shelves permanently! When purchasing items from this store, don't forget to ask for a stamp card that earns you 1 stamp for each $5 spent = $10 off when you have 10 stamps.
