Follow them on Instagram for their weekly menu offering and where they will be popping up. They have several dessert offerings such as banana bread, pumpkin bread, different cheesecakes, rice crispy brownies, and way more. All look good and they offer some samples to taste. What really stood out for me, and I ordered a whole bunch of them (20 bags) is their freeze dried pumpkin crunch cake to give as Christmas presents. They were to die for! I've had freeze dried candies before, and maybe other vendors make freeze dried pastries, but Pami's was the first to offer me a sample and I was sold! Light, crisp, airy, and so sweet and tasty. None of the flavor of the pumpkin crunch cake is lost in the freeze drying process. (They have a freeze drying machine.) I ordered them one week, for pick up the next, putting down half as down payment. The following Saturday (today) I went to pick them up and they were nicely bagged, waiting for me. They even gave me a thank you gift bag of their freeze dried malted balls (said to throw a couple in black coffee - can't wait to try it - sounds so delicious!) and a bag of freeze dried croissant bread pudding - yum! They said several other customers were picking up orders, too. They offer freeze dried banana bread and rice crispy treats, too. Have tried the banana bread and it takes banana bread to a whole different level when it's freeze dried. The flavors are much more concentrated, and turns it into a unique treat or gift. Will definitely return in the future when I need a gift, or want to treat myself!

Baked goods at the Kailua Town Farmer's Market…read more.. Open every Sunday morning from 8am to noon, I've watched Baker Dude for the past few weeks. The lines for fresh pastries was always long... This week, I decided to get in line early! I know that Baker Dudes has a shop on Alakea Street. The parking in downtown Honolulu isn't the best, so, I avoid the area. That's why i chose to patronize Baker Dude at the Kailua Town Farmer's Market! There's lots of street parking around the Pali Lanes area in Kailua. If you park in a metered stall, parking on Sundays is free anyway! I usually park in the free covered garage in front of Longs Drug Store. Enter from Kailua Road. If you have a good sense of smell, you'll find Baker Dude when you follow your nose. The fresh aroma of pastries will lead you to the stall. There were a few customers in line already. SERVICE: The guy was really hustling by fielding questions about ingredients - he was amazingly knowledgeable - while gently packaging goodies. The female worker was tending to a goose in a stoller! I kid you not! It was quite amusing! When she was done with making the goose comfy, she cleaned her hands and donned gloves. She was as efficient and friendly as the male worker! I limited myself to two items: the Blueberry Lilikoi Cinnamon Roll and the Apple Turnover. I'm so glad that I devoured them at home because they were so flakey and I was making a mess! I probably was emitting strange noises with each bite and attempting to contain my drooling! Gosh! LOL! Anyway, if you want some high quality baked goods, I would suggest that you give Baker Dude a try. If you work in downtown, stop by at the shop. If not, the Sunday morning Kailua Town Farmer's Market is a great shopping experience! I'll be back for some scones, cookies, and bread!

Today, they opened a cozy Cafe in the same courtyard as the restaurant... in the Kailua Square building, on the Ground Level. The shared metered parking lot is convenient for customers. There's also metered street parking. Inside, the environment is cute... and service is friendly and efficient! I got the Salted Strawberry Yuzu-Citrus Cooler. It was sweet, savory, and tangy! I added water to it at home, even after the ice melted! It's concentrated! I'll be back for cookies, iced coffees, baked goods, and cream sodas! She gets very busy and may not see every message in time to get your order in if you're last minute like me, but I've never had service issues or problems with my order. I ALWAYS order no cilantro and she gets it right every single time which is not the case everywhere I go. We love to support her when we can.
