Arrived by Lyft only to find it closed for remodeling. God knows from the looks of it from the outside, remodeling ain't gonna do it. Major inconvenience for us but in a way I'm glad it was closed. My bad for not calling ahead of time. It wouldn't be fair to give them a bad review though. I wish them luck with the remodel. read more

Beyond disappointing experience - full disclosure: ordered via Uber Eats. I was already weary due to there not being many reviews on Yelp (I decided to keep an open mind regardless) and the owner seems to be snarky towards the couple of negative reviews left (this should be fun!). I'm not sure how this is considered a quesadilla. There's hardly any cheese and it's overloaded with mushrooms. It didn't come with anything traditionally found in a quesadilla - no lettuce, tomato, etc. Addiction kitchen? Unlikely. Glad I checked this place off the list because I've lost my appetite. read more

We are down here on vacation in Lighthouse Beach and were looking a black owned restaurant to support on our first night. This place popped up, and one look at their menu and the diversity in it, it made sense to try it.....WE WERE NOT DISSAPOINTED... We opted to pick up are food and they offered curb side service. They were pretty prompt and the lady that brought us our food was super friendly. She thanked us for our patronage and as soon as the food was passed through the window, the smell had us racing to get home... The food is amazing. Definitely a must to stop and grab a bite if you are in town. read more

Back again a few years later and they're still not disappointing. They are Currently running a special $25 gets you a steak, Parmesan crusted chicken, mashed potatoes and salad. Homemade Chimmichurri sauce as well. Not sure why this place doesn't promote as much, but the food is really good. read more

I put my review on google to help those who only read google reviews but I'm mostly a yelper.. LISTEN CAREFULLY FRIENDS. This is probably the best food in Florida. We DoorDash and the food always arrives fresh and warm. The salmon is incredible the 7oz seems tiny but it's enough the 10oz is huge. The blackened salmon Alfredo pasta is incredible, my favorite, I could probably eat it everyday. We order here every few days. The shrimp is huge, I'm almost certain that it's fresh wild caught seafood not the bag kind. The ribs fell off the bone... lord what a blessing. The burgers, the fries; the onions/mushroom mix... I could go in and on. we've tried a little bit of it all and not a single disappointment. Y'all deserve a million stars, we will support y'all until the end! I went to addiction kitchen. I opened the door to the restaurant, and there were no tables to sit at. There was a gentleman behind the register. They told me that they were remodeling all that they had was to go food. I had invited two colleagues to have lunch there with me not knowing that it was not really open for businessother than takeout. Full disclosure! Took me about 10 times calling to reach someone to place an order. Not sure what was that about. We are vacationing so this was our first time ordering takeout from this place. I drove right past it several times because it's a TINY place next to a super shady convenience store. The sign for this restaurant was not lit and it was under construction so I thought I got punked. Despise the sketchy atmosphere I decided to go in. To my surprise (because I was prepared to be robbed or kidnapped) a very nice gentleman came out from the back room with my order. To an even bigger surprise, husband and I both enjoyed our meals very much!!!! We ordered a 6oz sirloin (medium rare) with loaded mash potatoes and sautéed onions & mushrooms, side of penne Mac n cheese, Blackened Mahi with fried sweet plantains and loaded mashed potatoes. My wife and I tried to place a dinner order thru DOORDASH but for some unknown reason the order did not take and Addiction kitchen never received the order. We called Addition Kitchen directly and they were wonderful. Our order came very quickly and very hot.. Best of all the food was really great. New to the area, it was late by the time I unloaded everything so I ordered on DoorDash not really knowing what to expect. I was blown away by how amazing their food is! I ordered 7oz Salmon, broccoli, plantains & a brownie. Everything tasted so fresh, I had to order again a few days later. I tried the wings & ribs both excellent... like falling off the bone good. The food&flavors, great! The lack of attention to my order, not so great! I will start with the food itself the food was great! We ordered full rack of ribs, 15 wings, side of fries and a side salad. The ribs were awesome, perfectly lathered in bbq and fell right off the bones. The chicken wings cooked perfectly and still juicy. The side of fries was fairly large which who doesn't love a lot of French fries!? And the side salad was exactly what you'd expect, a side salad lol. The reason for 3 stars is the fact we picked up out order and they called me within a few minutes after leaving, telling me that they forgot to give us the ribs. That was pretty annoying because you'd think they'd check that before bagging it up and letting me leave. Before going back in we checked the entire order given to us to make sure everything else was correct. Which I'm glad we did. At first glance I knew there wasn't 15 chicken wings, and after counting we were given 11 wings, when we ordered & were charged for the 15 count. Upon going back in the lady at cash register counted them and also agreed we were shorted on the wings. She signaled to the chef to put more on and would take 5-10 minutes to cook. At this point I just wanted to get home and eat because I was already annoyed with the fact I had to come back for the ribs. The lady did refund us the difference in cost from the 15 to 10 count wings but should've never gotten to that point if they made sure the order was done correctly the first time. Besides the fiasco of getting my order correct, the flavors of everything were awesome! Would like to give this place a try again and hopefully have a better pick up experience. read more

Very nice new takeout spot with delicious food! My first time I had their quesadilla and it was beyond the ordinary. It has grilled onions. Mushrooms, chicken and melted cheese - cooked perfectly and huge! My husband had grilled salmon and steamed broccoli with a touch of butter sauce, also cooked perfectly. Went back for dinner and I had the skirt steak which was cooked perfectly medium. The steak had a really nice seasoning. Comes with plantains, a side and a salad. My side was buttered mashed potatoes. My husband got the gigantic full rack of fall off the bone BBQ ribs and had enough left over for lunch. All entrees come with a side and a salad. Great value for delicious food! Not often can you find a takeout restaurant with gourmet food. The owner Bernard is very friendly. He will have much success. Give them a try! read more

Great food, great prices, and great people love their Lemmon pepper chicken wings but anything in the menu is good highly recommend.

Ordered through UBER Eats and the food was delicious. Will definitely have to try them again in the near future.
