They refresh water, check robot feeders, feed a can of wet food each visit and it doesn't stop there. They also pet and check on the welfare of the cats plus pick up mail or packages for us.. We get texted a picture of each cat or several and a written update on how the visit went. We have never had 1 issue with anything missing or even a picture frame moved out of place. My husband is a worrier about our lovely cat family and it puts his mind at ease using this service and how well cared for our cats are. We have a shy kitty that will hide from time to time, but YHPC sitters eventually will win her over and coax her out to feed and get petted. Based simply on how well my dogs were behaved told me everything I needed to know. Other sitters we have worked with left us with less than desirable results. Accidents, late feed times, anxiousness and furniture damage. Not with Maggie. When we come home, Julian and Lucy are on cloud nine. We can tell, they have been catered to. This is them coming in to my home on the wrong day and yelling at me for it, instead of apologizing. Their excuse was they sent me an invoice with different days. That is still their fault for showing up on the wrong days when I sent a very clear calendar and instructions. It wouldn't have been a big deal at all if they justapologized, but no.
