Wanted to treat my students to donuts on last day of school. Ask for 3 dozen, her choice. She YELLS "no 3 dozen! Only one! That too many!" Ummm, excuse me? Apparently she didn't want to run out and have to make more, or close early? A sale is a sale, sister! So I said "peace out on your one dozen" (or something very close to that, might have started with an "f", not a "p") and went next door to the grocery store and bought cookies. Unfortunately Pams use to have the best donuts ever! But the last year now the donuts have become half the size they used to be and the price has gone up way more than they should have raised it! We now get our donuts at Stater Brothers of hwy 79! It's a further drive but worth it! Very fairly ( lower than Pams for sure) priced and taste much better and are the size donuts should be! They Pick favorites here at this place. If you aren't a local customer don't expect good service or friendly employees. The Mexican lady is the rudest worker there she won't even acknowledge you when you come in instead of saying next customer or something she'll just stare at you until you say what you want. The Asian lady is ok on most days she'll greet you at the door but I've witnessed her being rude to other customers. The old Asian man is nice he will greet you every time but watch out he will short you on change here and there but then sometimes he will knock off the price depending on how often you come in. Also I've been in a few times and when I do I always get the same thing so I know the price and what it should be sometimes they change it just because they feel like it. Great find. Been looking for a donut shop for a while now and finally found one worth coming back to. One item that was missing from the selection and IS A MUST are Kolaches (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kolache) . Being from central TEXAS I miss these delicious breakfast snacks. If the owners are reading this you should add these to your selection. If you do, you won't be able to keep them in the case! DELICIOUS! There are all kinds of Kolaches but my personal favorite are the Jalapeno Sausage Kolaches. Anybody know of a good place to get Kolaches in Temecula? read more

I have been coming to Pam's Donuts for over 10 years each and every Saturday morning with my son. Pam's isn't fancy but the people are nice and the donuts are consistently good. My only complaint is being charged 50 cents each time I use my credit card... I don't usually carry cash. Over the years I have tried other donut shops around Temecula, but have found them lacking in one way or another when compared to Pam's. I particularly like the old fashion and buttermilk donuts. The apple fritter is sinfully delicious and probably more than one person should eat. Their croissants are also very good. There is also a group of older gentlemen that come in most mornings I am there. They have been meeting up there all the years the I have been going as well. read more

First of all, let me say that the people that own or run this shop are ALL super friendly. I love that. They have delicious apple fritters. That's pretty much the only donut I ever eat. I always call in the evening to see if they've run out. Most donut places run out of the fritters early. BRING CASH as they don't take debit or credit. Really love this place! The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Just last week I was in with my three year old daughter and she couldn't decide what she wanted. The donuts are good. This review is based on my visit today. Fountain drinks, I know a lot of establishments set their machines up to disperse the least amount of syrup in order to make more money, they have the mixture so off here. First, the Chery Coke looks like a watered down iced tea. She caught that so, I told her to give me Dr Pepper. Although it looked better, it tasted like carbonated water and that is it. I am not sure if they play dumb so you just walk away or if they actually believe people will fall for it. When you go to Pam's, take a sip from your drinks before you walk out. read more

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The donuts are super tiny compared to other donut shops and are made very poorly. They don't taste good at all and to charge $6.60 for 1/2 a dozen is a lot!! Other places where the donuts actually taste good and are big it's about $5!! I definitely won't be back there again and DO NOT recommend. Not only do their donuts SUCK but the lady behind the counter helping me was completely RUDE! Quality of food=TRASH. Pam's Donuts is the best donut shop in the Temecula-Murrieta valley. I'm not a fan of "gourmet" donuts, and fortunately Pam's sticks to the basics. This is our go to Donut place. They also have fresh homemade crescent, ham and cheese crescent with jalapeño made every morning on site. Their donuts are not too sweet just right. The place is small but there are tables outside. There is always a line early in the morning for people buying donuts to go. If you come too late, the donuts and crescents will probably be sold out since they are made fresh every morning. I am a proponent of supporting local family owned establishment rather than going to big chain coffee and donut places. I give this place a 4 star. read more

I know my donuts, and this place stinks. How they have 4 stars is odd. I have buttermilk bars all the time, and never had too bad of one to eat until now.
