I have visited PCB the last two years and have enjoyed it both times! There's so much to do and see and I'm here for it! From relaxing and sunset viewing on the white sandy beaches, to shopping in Pier Park, to eating at any of the numerous restaurants on the strip, PCB has everything you could want in a coastal city vacation. I've only visited in late March, so it hasn't been as crowded as I've heard it can get during peak season, Spring Break and summer. So, to avoid the crowds, visit in the off-season. Pro Tip: There are numerous public beach access points so to save money, stay in a hotel/rental property not on the beach and simple park and walk to the beach. Go shopping with the extra savings!

Ahhhh, the only thing better than Panama City Beach is PCB in the off-season. Just spent a couple laid back months enjoying the beauty of the beach, gorgeous sunsets, delicious oysters, crab, shrimp, grouper! You get the idea. No crowds. Snowbird meal specials at so many PCB restaurants. It is our favorite old-school, laid back, rejuvenating vacay. Love that powder soft sand and all those lovely sea shells!

We had a fantastic family vacation at Panama City Beach. Everyone loved the beautiful sand and clear blue water. Some took pictures, while others enjoyed playing with the sand and water. It was a great trip to visit the Florida Panhandle and have fun in the blue water.

Back in the day spring break memories for sure but after visiting recently, it's definitely not the nicest beach in the panhandle . I would say this is the dirtiest but for the 4 legged friends, the dog beach was packed and the pups were living their best life ! Panama City reminds me of Daytona beach . Very touristy but I guess from the younger crowd or those wanting to have a budget friendly vacation, they would enjoy it more than I did. There are a lot of shops, hotels and restaurants near the beach so that was a bonus however after soaking up the sun in Navarre and Destin, I would never return to this beach.

I would say this beach reminds me of the beaches near Clearwater, FL. The water isn't as clear as the beaches near by. This was a bucket list beach to visit. Now I can say I scratched it off.

Amazing Area! This was my first time in the area. I will return. The water was perfect on our visit. No red flags. Gorgeous weather, low 80's. Very little traffic (End of April). Great's restaurants.

What a beautiful beach!! There is just something special about white sand. I found the beach to have easy access with clearly marked arched walk ways allowing public access along beach front r The sand was pretty clean and didn't have very much, if any liter. It smelled great with a minimum amount of fishy odor. But you know, it is the beach. Lol.

Wishing my second born daughter a happy 12th birthday. This beach writing was more work than I wanted it to be

Panama City beach is a popular beach destination and travel spot located in Florida. My family had a summer vacation here and overall had a good time. Very crowded and popular town with your traditional beach detonation sights and places off beach shops and seafood establishments pretty much at every turn. The beach itself on our visit was kinda of a let down. While we had great weather all week there must of been some bad weather before we arrived because the entire duration of our week stay the waters of the ocean were seaweed invested and had kinda of a rank smell to it. It didn't matter which part of the beach or ocean we visited that week. The water was very calm that week as well with very little to no wave action. Which some may prefer Overall we still had a great time. It still is a beach destination. Great weather, swimming and trying new places to adventure and eat. We recently stayed at Destin which is an hour away and I'd say I preferred Destin more. But you can't do wrong with either beach destination.

Panama City beach is a place to relax and kick back on off-season (September-October) The water was super clear and the traffic was so light. We did everything we wanted to do. All the restaurants we tried were decent and good eats and the service is laid back and not rushing. It's a nice sleepy cool town. Will definitely be back on a whim.

What a beautiful white sand beach with gorgeous blue ocean waters! We hit it during off-season so it wasn't too busy. There are plenty off-road parking areas along Beach Drive and quite a few beach access walking paths available. The beach is clean. We saw quite a few people fishing from the beach. Great beach for walking and sunbathing. Would highly recommend!

I have visited several other beaches and I always compare them to the white sand and emerald waters of PCB.

Come to find out, we needed to buy a ticket at the park in order to have a way off the island. A few hours later, I am starting to panic wondering if I'd be able to get my daughter off the island or not. I'd seen some people who rented boats and asked them for a ride back to the dock at their convenience, but nobody was willing to help us. Then I googled St. Andrew's ferry's and got ahold of a lovely lady named Kim, I explained our situation and she tried to get us on the next available ferry, unfortunately we were on the other side of the island. I had all but given up when Kim called me back to let me know her entire team had been working together to help get us safely off the island. When Captain Scott showed up on his boat, his reassuring smile was exactly what we needed after being stranded for 4 hours. He pulled up onto the bank and helped my daughter and I board his boat and he even let me vent about the anger I had for my husband and the fisherman who just left us there. To all the people with guest services at St. Andrew's state park, you all will never know how much it means to me that you all helped and went above and beyond. After Captain Scott dropped us off at our vehicle, the employees even came up to us to make sure we were okay and to see if we needed anything while we were waiting for my selfish husband to get back from fishing. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. Kim, Kelsey, Chad and Captain Scott, as my grandmother would say, I would dance at your wedding if I could. God bless you all and thank you. If it wasn't for you guys we'd still be over there on the island. It's beautiful but I don't know when I'll be going back. If I do I will be sure to have a ticket and go through you guys. The park is beautiful and the staff are a blessing.

When I asked her if we could just drive around OR walk, she refused even when I said we had driven 40 miles just for that purpose. I will have to reserve BLINDLY for next year and be content with whatever site we get shaded or not. Looks like she had a bad night and hope that Karma comes around, it wasn't like we were going to sneak in and spend the night in the car when we were staying in Topsail which I am almost sure is better than this other one. I am sure that if I was a politician she would've extended the red carpet. So this review is not about the Park itself but about the Ranger at the gate and her attitude towards potential customers
