Absolutely disgusting filthy restaurant and staff!!! Saw a young teenage girl picking pineapple (from the chicken & pineapple) off her plate WITH HER FINGERS & flinging it back into the buffet tray. Advised the staff, who really were right there & most likely saw it too. I was shushed/waved away and NOTHING was done about it. A clean restaurant would have removed the contaminated tray from the buffet. The board of health should investigate this place & shut it down!!! My wife and I ate here today, the food was good, hot and fresh. The waitress we had was very pleasant and nice. The sushi is basic variations of the California rolls but they offer plenty of them. Only one star because i had to put one~ I am not one to complain. However, last night I could not believe how terrible it was there! We hadn't been there in a while, the last time we were there it was a long wait for crab legs and last night was even worse. If you are going to have crab legs keep them stocked! The man who brought out a pan of maybe 15 crab legs was rude to my husband and kept watching him the entire time we were there. Stopped here on 10-13-17 with 2 friends hoping for a good buffet and good laughs. We were all disappointed with the selection. The food wasn't hot or warm, most were lukewarm. Went there for the 1st time last night while in the New London area. We were greeted and sat right away! The service was friendly and attentive. The buffet was continuously refreshed and fully stocked. We focused on our favorite, the crab legs! They were plentiful and perfectly cooked! First of all do not plan on trying anything new. If you do not eat everything on your plate they literally yell at you. They also yell at kids if they do not eat every bite on their plate. The waitress got in my 5 year old niece's face yelling at her that she can't waste food and telling her what a bad girl she is for wasting food. The cause for this was 2 pieces of chicken left on her plate... The food is good but every time we go with the same number of people the bill goes up and up. Last time for lunch they charged $10 a person plus drinks. We all had soda. They advertise on Facebook $7.95 for lunch all the time but have a sign hanging up that says $8.95 per person for lunch. Instead of either they charged me $10 a person for lunch the man I asked about it said it included drinks but there was a separate charge for 6 sodas. When I pointed this out he said the bill is right just pay. Yeah no thank you. I will not go there again as it seems they have no problem ripping off customers. We had been going there for a couple years until these events happened. We always had a minimum of 6 people every time we went. I will not be going there again. read more

I treated my granddaudhter to dinner at the buffet the other day and ended up with food poisning . I complained to the manager about the melted butter which was more oil then butter.He assured me without checking that it was the same butter they always use. Food is always fresh and good here, I eat spot of Chinese buffets in my life, so I know when I eat at one. Come here often on Sundays. The crawfish and crap legs are my favorite, and their desert and ice cream section is diverse. Definitely the best buffet in the area. Went to see my Nephew in Groton CT with my family of 6. Was looking for decent place that wasn't to pricey. Found this place on Yelp and was going to pass it by at first because of the ratings. We decided to walk in and around to see the place. We stayed and I am so glad we did. The price was right, the service was great, the food was tasty. Everything was well stocked. Nice Selection and good price! For my husband and I with drinks we paid less then $20! They even have sushi which was actually pretty good! I loved the salmon and cream cheese role.
