Eat here or order from here? HECK NO!! Went here around 10pm at night and they didn't close yet. Went in ordered Rice with Orange/Teriyaki Chicken to go. As I'm standing at the counter I thought the counter looked like parts of it were moving. I had to do a double take and yep you guessed it cockroaches crawling on the counter in front of the glass and behind it! The server handed me my food in a bag and one jumped off the side of the bag! I told him take it back and give me a refund! He asked why? I said look out here on the counter! There are little and big roaches crawling all over! His response, I will have an employee take a look I have heard about them but never seen them. I said well come around now and look there is at least 6 right now crawling around on the counter! He casually leaned over and looked but didn't say anything. Got my refund and got the help out there! Won't be going back to this location EVER! Disgusted and lost my appetite! This is a place I took my grandson because he likes it - I once did too. However, this last time may be the last. This location needs a manager to give the kids working a push and some guidance. Very very disappointed in the Food itself while it looked like they kept replacing the hot items it was all cold. The noodles w the cabbage had a fishy taste to them it all went in the garbage $23 plus dollars of food. Obviously inexperienced staff that have been instructed by management to prioritize fulfilling online orders as quickly as possible over walk-in customers. 6-7 people standing in line with their lunch breaks ticking away while the employees supposed to be working the line fulfilled mobile orders. Maybe try ordering online instead of waiting in line at lunch time; it will probably be faster. When they do fulfill your order, they give undersized portions for the price, but they are polite. The whole location could use some serious work on their service. read more

Lunch time - 12:15. No Super Greens were ready, lots of empty bowls. Two workers behind the counter very busy filling orders for online orders. Waited in line for a bit, and then the girl was so rude to me. Like I was an inconvenience. Had to wait 10 minutes for my food to be prepared as nothing was ready. I went to check on it - and I was scolded by her with - what do you need??? I said, my lunch! I'll call you when it's ready. Waited while several more pick up customers were given their food and others that were in line. When I saw the girl putting the super greens in the bowl, I stepped forward and she ignored me and basically slid the bag across the counter. Wow! Nice way to treat a customer. First time at this Panda...There was 3 people working, 2 up front and one behind cooking. We were the only ones in there at the time but still had to wait minutes before being helped. I got chicken which tasted very mushy, but then again the chicken from Panda is always mushy texture. Inside the restaurant was clean but the bathroom wasn't as tidy. All in all, a so so experience and probably wont be back anytime soon. read more

The service here is always great! friendly staff. The food is always hot and ready to eat. Placed a mobile order so no wait time.

Mobile order line is deeper than regular customer line, and they keep helping out the 1 or 2 people who keeps walking in. If I knew, I would have just walked in instead of placing a mobile order. On top of that, you got 3 people working the line, not 1 person can pack the mobile orders? I would assume the process has to be better than this and just this store doesnt know what they're doing. Otherwise Panda needs to rethink their process. Unacceptable. read more

This was my first and last time going to this location. placed order online, at 10am, to be p/u at 12noon arrived and had to wait over 30min. was told "you'll need to wait in line" I asked to speak to a manager, "not here" that's the reply. so why do they have online ordering if you arrive and have to wait in line. also ordered 3-orders of chicken "egg rolls" and soy packs, sweet & sour packs and teriyaki sauce. when I returned to work, discovered they gave me 3-orders of "spring rolls' and -0- zero sauces. the fried rice was not only really dry it was so salty we could not eat it. ask to speak to a manager, "not here" I will let everyone I know to stay away from this location. read more

Disappointed at the visit tonight, the Indian girl server was being lousy at serving the food. She was serving with small scoop, portion size is 1/2 to 2/3 of what we used to get. There wasn't a line or anything, no one was behind me.. not sure what's the rush.. I think she's just lazy. My sister found its obviously the meal is lighter than usual when she picks up the box.. If this is indeed their new serving size, will visit the other Panda location nearby next time. read more

It's definitely a Panda Express restaurant. The services was reasonably fast, considering it was peak lunch hours. The food is as good as one might expect for a good Panda Express location - everything was fresh and tasty. The restaurant is clean, and everything seemed in order. Around lunch time a guy before me asked for the receipt so the cashier went thru the trash with her gloves and couldn't find it then had a manager help her and she also couldn't find it. After that they didn't even change their gloves to help me and the cashier even opened my food almost touching my food. Both the cashier and the manager didn't throw the gloves away and get new ones. Skimpy portions are never a thing of Chinese restaurants, however, this location really is trying to make their portions last... the portion of greens was extremely less compared to other Panda Express... and I always get greens... the Kong Pow portion was a very skimpy portion and it was over shadowed with the Teriyaki chicken.. My husband and I went there and they seemed to be possibly training a new counter person. There were 3 people together w/one male using the spoon to get the food. He scoops the 1st entree and some of it falls out and then he puts it in the container. There was also some still in the spoon that was stuck. I said something but they ignored me. Told them what I wanted for the 2nd entree and he looks like he's trying to scoop as much as he can - most of it falls out and there's like 4 pieces of the chicken in there. I had to come and leave a review because this staff was soo great!! It was close to closing time, they were busy, running out or low on foods, and none of it ever showed on them. One year ago I would have given this location a 5 star. We ate there 3 times a week for nearly a year up to that point. However, something changed. They now give you small portions, they reuse to much food and it throws the recipe off and even worse.... thier cooks cough in the food while they cook, this is at the height of the Corona Virus. We literally just walked out with a group of 5 others as the cook coughed right into the food he was preparing. They kept serving all the food also, unacceptable. Update: We ate at the Wing Stop a few doors down, walked by the location again to see what was done. Cook was still there walking about, by the main food area this time. When half the country is shut down over this virus, you'd think calling a manager in and sending this cook home would have been the right thing to do. Meh. This food is good in a pinch. If you're busy and want something decent and quick, it's not a bad option. If you have time to get more authentic Asian fare, I would definitely go elsewhere. I like the options here though...you can get white, fried, or brown rice, there are several options for chicken and beef (and even some seafood), and you can get as many entrees as you like to fill your plate (and then some). They give you pretty good portions here, so you PROBABLY only need two entrees. Probably. The thing I REALLY liked about Panda Express (and their real saving grace) is their sauces (soy, plum, chili, hot mustard). Those chili and hot mustard sauces were BOMB. "I'm so sorry for your wait" was the phrase of the day when I visited this Panda Express location this past Monday. And if I were one to use the term "hot mess," I think that would be accurate too. You could see the frustration in the employees' eyes as they tried to assist the customers best they could, but unfortunately they were overwhelmed and nobody seemed to be able to dig them out of the rut they were in. The shop was out of everything. Y'know how you go in and see a spread of food in the warming trays ready to be heaped onto a plate? Yeah. They had about 5 dishes when I came. I decided to wait because the girl who helped me told me they were out of chow mein and it would be about five minutes. No big deal, right? Well 5 minutes became 10, then 15 and eventually 20. They forgot about me. They got so immersed in the crowd that showed up they completely forgot about me and my chow mein. I finally flagged down the employee who originally tried to help me, but she was so busy trying to get this place's collective sh*t together that she was busy trying to cook all the dishes that they were out of (even the ice machine was out of ice). I don't blame her for this. She was working her tail off trying to manage things, and I'm pretty sure she wasn't even the manager. So as she tried to build my plate (nearly 30 minutes after I arrived), again they were out of half the things I asked for, so I settled for a couple of dreary looking entrees that looked like they'd been sitting there all day. And y'know what? They were well past their prime. The chicken was so overcooked by that point that it was practically falling apart and not in a cute way. I don't go around asking for free food, but I think this disaster of a dish should've been comped to be quite honest, because even tho she gave me a discount (since I ended up with an entree they normally upcharge for and she waived it) I still don't think it was worth what I paid on this particular day. I was literally just one of the people I can't stand. I walked into a restaurant a few minutes before closing expecting there to be fresh food and a smile waiting. Although I could tell I wasn't her most favorite person, ha ha, she did offer to have fresh food made, since the few items left we're not the ones I had come in for. Little did she know that I've had a crappy two days and a teenager at home that was a little too excited at the thought of me bringing Panda home for dinner and I couldn't imagine disappointing him. This was a good trip to Panda. Don't think I've said that too many times before. Food was fresh, hot, and good tasting. The food looked like it had only been there a few short moments, and almost everything was at least half full. Usually Panda tastes like frozen garbage that has been heated up. Of course, that goes for almost any company. I would give it a 3/5 because I know it can be better, but the food is still delicious. This is my second time here and the food yet again is over cooked I can't even eat it. My chicken was so hard it broke my fork. The 2 entries meal they give you are very small portions. Alright. So. It's 9:28 pm on a Tuesday. I'm rushing to get here because my fiancé has a craving. I pull up to a completely dark restaurant, kid in the doorway wiping down the door. I give him a look and the "thumbs down or thumbs up" sign and he gives me the thumbs up. Unlocks the door and tells me I'm all good. I get up to the counter, there's barely any food, and especially not the food she wants, Sweet Fire Chicken. I tell the young women what I would like but I'm aware they don't have any of what I'm looking for. She says with a smile on her face, "Well we can make fresh anything you'd like, that's no problem." Wow. What service. They proceed to take my order, which almost all of they had to make from scratch. They tell me it will be 10 minutes to cook the food and that they can ring me up for it now. They hand me a water cup and direct me to "sit and relax" while they prepare my food. They did all of this with a smile on their face and with such a positive attitude. This is the 3rd time I have been disappointed. Most Panda's are good, this one is simply dissapointing. My 3rd and last visit to this location. Ordered 3 meals to go. Just like the 2 last visits the quantity is quite lacking here. 1: Chicken broccoli bowl not even filled to the little line on the inside. 2: 2 entree, chow mein was fine, beef broccoli had 2(no exaggeration) pieces of beef and all broccoli. 3: white rice, sweet fire chicken and Beijing beef, it was fine tasting but lacking in quantity compared to other Panda's. read more
